Well over the span I've been in WD, I'll just state what I believe has happened and how to plan for the future.

The one thing that made this group successful was companionship.When I joined it was more like entering a society of friends banded together,it seems somewhere along the lines that was lost.

War and competing against other groups was the main purpose that so many people joined with of course the love of Rping.For that reason the times where we were the closes together were in times of crisis and war.

As for the main thing we lacked was definite leadership.Lonewolf no doubt everyone saw you as the leader of the WD,however who ever possessed the second in command slot became a main issue.I believe that everyone, especially after a large slow inactive period needed a familiar/friend a very like-able member to take VP, making a veteren very preferable to most.They would of had to bring every1 back together in lones absence and raise moral.Since this need wasn't filled and every member lost the backbone of every clan, friendship.Those with friends inside WD formed little clicks and this is when it goes down the toilet.

This separated us as a clan making us very vulnerable to pretty much anything from attacks inside and out,chaos.Not to mention this is when the Vets decided to take matters into their own hands,supporting that if a vet was in 2nd in command the others would more likely respect them more and listen.The Vets decided to break up resulting into every little spin-off you know of.

As for the future what we need to do before all is repair "bad blood with those that have made thier own spin offs and bring them back to the main branch,tempt them with a position of authority instead of everyone being crew give everyone a specific task to hold on to,they'll feel more connected and valued that way,for example ((giving kero-of-ice the title of peace keeper)) Then this is when it gets tricky and is in lones hands decide what you really want to do with this clan,You have stated "*sighs and looks away* this isnt how i saw the clan turning out even in my absents" well how do you want this clan to be in the end a large group or a small selectivity group (more likely to die).

I personally believe we should go along with a larger group,with the positions idea elect some one an rp instructor possibly 3 levels (begginer-avg-advance) based upon not only strength but fairness,creativity and aspects of the english language.Those in the level 3 of RP will be aloud into mercenary missions involving other clans and what not.Wars for the point of strengthening togetherness ,purposed by dragon,is an excellent idea along with adding decent to advance rpers from other clans ((note:not given a position of power however assign an officer that they can report to for problems concerns and a subforum for the outside members))This will create a great society that WD was on the path of becoming before corruption and the only way I see of bringing this group back together.
