Oh, before that. Definitely. NuP is pretty much run by money-hungry idiots, and the sad thing is that the users go along with it and pay twenty bucks for a coloured sentence under their name because they think v2 is going to be so great if Ticon's taking such a long time to do it.



Boy, will they be disappointed.



It was okay in '04-'05 though D:

Same old, same old. NuP users are still feeding off the empty promises Ticon gives them, but some are finding more information, too, thus leaving. NuP is dying, simply put.
