You need a better video editor, something that can make things in the video. Like you can paint it on paint then insert it in to the video. When I was in fifth grade I made a cartoon on hypercard on the mac that was 8mins with 12 frames per sec or was it 18 Fps, never mind that the video now belongs to the school now what I'm saying is I want you to is make a cartoon out of flash or an AMV/【ＭＡＤ】

Don't only use windows movie maker, use more stuff unless you are trying to get the unedited best AMV award. I want you to learn from other styles and pioneer your own style that no one can possibly copy. Remember Mikuru Beam Dragonball Z style? Make it flashy and unpredictable like Pokemon episode 38 except no seizures, man my brother was sad at that day, his best friend died. Okay no time to be nostalgic and get back to work!

Do you read manga? Use it to make a MAD. Think about it, no subs and see your profile, you can make it with Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Elements. Dream it and list down all your favorite Mangas and Anime shows, and comment them on my profile I want to see what you came up. now you know the differences of Satoshi's personality and mine.
