There wasn't much he liked to do besides earn money so he wouldn't be leaving the room for anything besides that. Why his partner wanted to do something with him he didn't know but he'd rather not be involved. "The only way I'm leaving this room is if you find a gamblers hut." He was sure there was one there but he didn't plan on looking for it himself.

"I'm sure you'll have enough fun for the both of us." All he wanted to do was rest without worries. His stitches brought too much attention to him so even if he were to do anything he'd need his clothes. Even then he doubted that he'd find whatever Hidan wanted him to do fun. He ate quickly as he always did, wasting nothing.

Not one to starve himself needlessly, Kakuzu went to get his own food before returning to the chair. He didn't feel like sitting on the bed to eat and hoped that being here would be less of an invite for conversation. He didn't mind his partner's presence but his incessant talking often got on his nerves.

Taking a bag he found in the closet he put their clothes in it and left it by the door. With a glance at Hidan he then moved to a chair in the corner, where he couldn't be seen from the door. He didn't want to deal with the stares and whispers he'd receive if someone saw his stitches. "Give them the clothes to wash when they deliver the food."

He glared at his partner. "You're the one that 'pulled s**t'." If he hadn't had wasted money he wouldn't have had to punish him by chopping off his head. But, since it was free, he didn't really care what Hidan did right now.

After showering and drying off he wrapped himself temporarily in the other robe and wondered if the workers here could be trusted in cleaning their clothes. There wasn't much that could be done to them but there was always the chance that someone would recognize the Akatsuki cloaks. Picking them up and taking them back into the room with him he set them down with the his own before glancing at Hidan. He was always aware that sooner or later the man would do something stupid or reckless. He hoped that whatever it was this time he wouldn't end up having to pay for it even though things were supposed to be free.

For a moment he was almost surprised that the nudity loving b*****d was wearing a robe instead of nothing but decided not to comment on it. What mattered was that he was out of the bathroom and that now he could finally clear the grime off himself and set about cleaning their clothes since Hidan was too lazy to do it himself. Walking into the bathroom he shut the door behind him, not bothering with the lock, and scowled in annoyance at the clothing Hidan had just left lying around. He would deal with it later though and instead went about taking his shower.

Once he heard the lock slid in place he knew he'd be in for a long wait. That man was as vain as a girl sometimes but at least now he didn't have to worry about prices. Taking his cloak and mask off he set them on the other bed and got out his balancing book to get started. He might as well get this done with since he didn't have much else to do until Hidan decided he was pretty enough to emerge.

After going down one of the many hallways and up a few flights of stairs they finally came upon their room and Kakuzu opened it to find it was just as nice as the rest of the hotel. That didn't really matter to him though as he searched the room as he normally did for threats. He figured that Hidan, being the vain b*****d that he is, would claim the shower soon enough and that he'd have to wait until he got done for his turn. That was how it normally was, he just hoped that he wouldn't have to listen to moaning and calls of his name coming from the bathroom again.

He ignored Hidan as they processed everything, relieved that they did make a fuss out of things and argue with him about it. He didn't want to have to deal with it. In fact all he wanted to do was get to the room and relax, once Hidan got bored and left to find something to do that is.
After a few minutes they finally gave him a room number and a set of keys, as well as directions as to how to get there. He tossed one to Hidan so that the man wouldn't wake him if he stayed out at all hours of the night. He had little to no intent to leave the room unless he had to.

He checked the name and confirmed it. At least now Hidan couldn't complain about accommodations or bedding. They should have rooms with two beds here and since he didn't have to pay he had no problems asking for one. Though he was skeptical whether he would be able to brings his hearts out with Hidan's fear of them, especially when he wouldn't be right next to him. "This is the place."
Entering into the inn he went to the front desk to check in, taking out the label as evidence.

"There's work that needs to be done. Everything else comes secondary to that." He didn't currently know of the other members expenditures at the moment but at least he could make estimations to their cache. As long as Deidara hadn't blown anything of value up there wasn't much to account for.

They were looking for the Shiragiku Inn and although he didn't know where it was it was most likely to be on one of the main streets. He wanted to hurry up and get there so he wouldn't have to pay for anything anymore.

He didn't make any further comment on it and after a few hours the old boat actually managed to make it to their destination despite Hidan's non-belief in it. What happened to it afterwords though wasn't his concern. After tying it to the dock he got off and started walking towards town, calling back to Hidan. "Hurry up, I don't want to have to pay docking fees."

"It did. He had something to take care of." To the last question he paused before answering. "A lot time ago." He kept his eyes foreword though he could practically hear Hidan's fighting. Something was always wrong with that man.

Turning his attention back to the boat he piloted out of the harbor and towards the direction of the sea islands. He had never navigated before but he knew where he was going. In his long life he had visited many places and the Sea Islands were one of them, though he hadn't been there in many decades. He couldn't remember much about it besides the statistics of the bounties from that country but it didn't matter much. It was a tourist town they were heading to so things should be rather simple to find.

"It'll work fine, now get on the damn boat." He wasn't about to find another boat and kill another captain. If he needed to he could use his water jutsu to keep it afloat. Starting up the boat he took off the tethers and glanced at Hidan to see if he was coming. He could run across if he ******** wanted.

Checking all the signs and prices around he told Hidan to wait on the dock as he went to negotiate with one of the captains of a small ship. They didn't need much room and it was a short trip so even if the old boat sunk they could walk the rest of the way. After a few minutes of talking to the captain he realized that the senile old man wasn't about to negotiate with him or even hear him out. It pissed him off and so, with a quick look around for witnesses, he snapped the man's neck and threw him overboard. Walking back to the dock he motioned to Hidan before going to take the hull. He'd drive the damn boat himself.

"You'll be sitting down soon enough." And possibly rowing if the boatman's prices were too high. It would only take them a few hours by boat and then Hidan could eat all he wanted once it was being paid for by the company sponsoring the trip. He didn't plan on completely starving his partner though so he took out one of the few remaining pieces of food from their last stop and tossed it back to him. Whether he caught it or not wasn't his problem.

"I'm not going to spend money on high priced tourist food. Shut up and keep walking." It wasn't as though they had much further to walk. They couldn't since they were on a peninsula and had to cross water in order to get to sea country. Hence why Kakuzu was heading for the pier looking for a cheap vessel to rent. If he didn't find one then they'd walk across or use his water element heart if they had to.
