have you tried making a thread in the Site Feedback Forum, or you should send PM to the moderators of that forum.
When I joined gaia I had problem with connecting to their server, the thread thing wasn't much help but the PM to the moderators were very help and they answer really soon and try to help.
You should try that, maybe they can do something about it.
