I think remembering it also makes you feel sad, just like when you think of past past memories of being sad and then you start crying, etc.
Except this was quite recent so you're more likely to remember a lot. In fact, it's probably like always on ur mind now :/.

Good good, just remember if you die, you'll make someone else feel exactly the way you're feeling now.

And mhm, I think you gotta relax and take it in and then think about other things or something.
Just not yet, cry as much as you feel and talk to people etc, to feel less painful inside.
Watch anime, and movies or something, it doesn't fix anything, but it makes you feel slightly better D;

Ahh right, hm.. I guess everyone could die tomorrow. Even you, or me.
But yes, I see your point about the whole what if the dog got ran over thing. I don't blame you for being all touchy about it.
It's not really your fault, and there's nothing wrong with it and as much as it may feel different to you, I guess it's still you that feels that way now but because of the change in environment.
I suppose everything that reminds you of him, makes you feel upset?
