I think at private schools the peopledo what they feel like doing and at public schools they have to follow certain rules.
My English teacher already canceled a good amount of classes this year.
Lazy teachers are annoying though. >_> They should get off their butts and do their job. My English teacher always gets out of class by saying we need some "independent study time."

It's not bad. We were supposed to prepare for the AP exams yesterday, but our headmaster canceled classes, which is weird because he's really only allowed two headmasters days but yesterday was the third one. I guess it's something like "the more you pay, the less you go."
Private school teachers are really lazy.
