- Well lookie here! New layout, again, and some new set of banners. Hope the new layout is a bit less confusing than the old one. Also the event opens tonight! It's a Gemstone event sicne Ki absolutely loves gems.

- Halloween event is coming up soon! Were going to be having a joint event with Grave Guardians. How are these two shops related? There doesn't seem to be any link between the two at the moment...

- Ki's back! Sorry for vanishing. D': It's been really hectic with summer classes ending soon, bf's car almost finished and the sick kitten. Expect growings soon and a mini event before the big August event.

- Well the little mini event went well! Congrat's to all the winners. Got some plotting going on at the moment to a possible upcoming summer event. Keep a lookout for some sneak peaks.

- The event starts tonight at midnight EST! The auction, raffle and advertising contests will open, along with a game or two for some minions. FS's will be help the 5th and 12th.

- Opened a new thread and given it a total makeover! Also added a few new features to the shop. Clans and duties are some of the new things to come. Certs have been changed around as well. If you have a version 1 owners list, and would like your pet recerted on the new cert with personality and duty added, post here.

- Because of a virus in a corrupt download, I have lost all files on my computer. Luckily I have recovered the lines from the colorists. New lines are in the works along with an event. <3

- Not much has gone on since the end of the year. It was so busy. I graduated high school finally! Yay for me. Now to get things rolling again! Three new sets of lineart for the upcoming flat. And lots more.

Do not nag the artists. Constant nagging will not get things done any faster.
Do not quote the first or second page. It stretches the page and is a nuisance.

A - Buy one at a flatsale, win an auction, win one at a raffle or the page freebies.
Q - How come so-and-so got one for free?
A - Freebies are given away through out the thread and random times/page numbers, or maybe it was given as a gift.
Q - Can I guest colort/ be a colorist?
A - Sorry, no. If we are looking for new talent we will open a hiring thread.
Q - Do you do pet trades?
A - Yes. Please check the availability post to see which colorists are accepting pet trades and what their likes are.
Q - What about art trades?
A - Yes. Though type of custom, and possible quantity, depend on quality of art.
Q - Can I direct link?
A - Yes and no. Please direct link until your pet has reached it's adult stage. Once they are fully grown please save to your own server.

The cobra, one of the more vicious minions dragons seem to pick. These small scaly creatures spend their time independent from their companions, preferring to lay in wait for prey.
The chinchilla, the smallest creature dragons have grown found of. These furry little creatures spend the day running around with their dragon companions, trying to to get stepped on or rolled over.
The lynx, stealthiest creatures dragons manage to find. These stealthy creatures may be on the small side,but they have a lot of power, able to their companions take down prey.
The otter, one of the slickest creatures lurking in the rivers. These cunning little creatures love to spend their days alongside their companion exploring the depths of the lakes, rivers and ocean.
The owl, the wisest of feathered creatures found by the dragons. These feathered friends like to spend their days patrolling the sky with or without their companions in search of prey.
The Kitsune, the most mysterious of all exotic creatures ever discovered by the dragons. Lucky few have managed to find themselves one of these majestic creatures, those who do only seem to increase their luck. These furry fox-like creatures prefer to spend the day by the side of their companion.

Roleplay may be done either here in the main thread, or you my create threads in the Guild for open or private roleplays between yourself and others. Roleplay is not required but is strongly suggested. RPers may find themselves with bonuses, perks and special shop coupons.
A bonded is not required for RP, but is recommended. RP between bonded and their dragons and other dragons with bonded is encouraged. Journals can be kept of you and your dragon's adventures, items and other things.

A clan is a large or small group of dragons who share the same territory. Either they are related or are together do to similar interests and beliefs. Many dragons prefer to live in a group, but there are some to wish to live along. Clan life provides many things for it's members, such as protection, support and companionship.
Clans Rankings
Matriarch/Patriarch: One female and one male. The leaders of the clan. Can be mated, but not necessary.
Elite: One male and one female. Second in command. Can be mated, but not necessary.
Hunters: Those who hunt for the clan.
Guards: Those who protect the clan's territory.
Gatherers: Those who supply the ingredients and herbs for Shaman's, Apothecaries and Painters; and other necessities for the clan.
Crafters: Those who make jewelry, armor and artistic things.
Painters: Those who specialize in making paints and applying them to the scales.
Nanny: Those who watch over the little ones.
Shaman: Those who heal others through wisdom and herbs.
Apothecary: Those who make the many potions.
Teacher: Those who teach little ones working skills.
Rogue Rankings
Scavengers: Those who live on their own and scavenge food and scraps from other clans.
Vagabonds: Those on their own who have been greatly injured by either prey or other dragons, or have been cast out by their clan due to similar reasons.
* How To Form A Clan *
Clans need a name, Matriarch, Patriarch, and a minimum of three others, though more is preferred.

If you wish to create a clan of your own, PM the above form to Guardian of the Realm. Your form will be reviewed and you will be informed if your clan has been accepted or rejected. If accepted a trade of 2.5K must be sent to the mule so a subforum may be setup in the guild for clan RP and usage.

* All clans must have a Matriarch and a Patriarch.
* Small clans of less than 8 members has no new member within 6 months time, it may either be disband and it's member to join other clans, or for it and another small clan to merge. (Applies mainly to RPing clans. Small clans don't normally have enough working dragons to keep it alive. Keep that in mind)

Once a dragon have reached adulthood, and been so for at least one month, they may pursue a mate. The female will lay a number of eggs depending on her species.
Common: 3-6 eggs
Uncommon: 2-4 eggs
Rare: 1-2 eggs
God: 1-4 eggs
In the case or interspecies breeding there will not be cross breeds. Say the mother laid 2 eggs, one egg could take after her while the other took after her mate, or both like her or both after her mate.
There are several different ways eligible dragons can breed.
Mated
Members of an established clan can be mated. They will only mate with each other, and not with another dragon. Ranking within the clan does not, any dragon may breed. Eggs laid in a clan in this nature have a mortality rate of .1% due to the combined care of so many clan members. While the death rate is low, they DO occur, however it is extremely rare.
Unmated
Unmated member of an established clan may mate with another unmated member. This mating is slightly less stable, as one mate may not feel obligated to stick around, which can lead to the death of hatchlings within the eggs. Eggs laid in this nature have a mortality rate of 8%. Death is noted upon posting of the clutch with a cracked and blacked egg.
Rouges
Rouges, or lone dragons, can mate. Be it with another rouge or a clan member in secret. This method however has a much higher mortality rate of 50%, meaning 1 out of 2 eggs are likely to not hatch. Without the support of other clan member there is much more work put between the parents, or all on one. Death is noted upon posting of the clutch with a cracked and blacked egg.
