Sorry folks, the Dreamy Charity has been closed until further notice due to the lack of interest in this charity on both the quester and charity end.

[Welcome to the Dream Charity]

This charity was founded by the wonderful Chocolate Dreams, but because she wanted to spend less time on Gaia the ownership of the charity transferred to us, DreamyAspirations, Shinyuri, and SailorOuterMoon.

Like most charities, donations are needed to keep this charity alive. Dontators are much appreciated and loved and will be placed on the charity's White List forever. And if you're interested in donating, please direct the donations to the charity mule: The Mule of Dreams.

Due to financial circumstances, we're limited with the amount of gold we can give out. And in order to moderate donations, we're only accepting applications Sunday through Tuesday. Due to different time zones, this time frame may vary depending on where you live. Generally only three donations are given per week, however if we have extra gold laying around... the amount of donatees shall increase.

In addition, if you stick around the thread long enough. You'll have a better chance of receiving a donation. So...:hinthint:

1. Do not advertise in this Charity.

2. Don't complain about the donation amount if you get one.

3. Be nice to everyone. If someone needs to be yelled at, let one of the staff members do it if they're on and present at the thread at that moment.

4. Talk Properly. Be Literate. It gives you brownie points. l33t and netspeak tend to irritate us.

5. To let us know you read the rules, post a sentence that uses the words "space burrito" or "super monkeys." Do NOT put this in the same post as your application. (By doing this, you up your chances of getting a donation.)

6. Don't quote anything from the First Page.

7. Don't Beg.

8. If you get a donation, you must say "thank you" in the mule's profile.

Avi Contest! - Think your dream avatar looks way awesome?? Well, here's a chance for you to show your dream avi off and possibly win some gold! So here are some of the details involving the contest:

There will be 10 contestants.
It's a Dream Avatar Contest.
The entry fee is 200g.
The winner recieves 2k!
Voting will begin once we have 10 contestants.
Voting will last 1 full day according to Gaia.
If there's a tie for some reason, the prize money will be either split or another mini-contest will be held.
When sending trade to the Mule, please say "avi contest."
Your spot in the avi contest will not be official until you PM the Mule the picture of your Dream Avi.
