What's Going On?

This is the Lagoon! This peaceful bed of water is where the Phoenii go to court, and breed!

If you have an adult Phoenii who has a Fertility Vial and would like your Phoenii to breed, then simply reply here! If your Phoenii has a mate picked out, tell us who it is!

This topic is for chatting, arranging couples and breedings, and generally plenty of Phoenii frolicking XD

The Rules

13. All Phoenii eggs born from separate breeding that are being sold, must be sold in this topic.

15. Vocal interaction between is not required, but it is encouraged! Don't take it too far though with the mating n stuff XD

Breeding Couples

For your couple to breed, they have to claim a spot that a colourist has on offer! They both also have to have Fertility Vials. Once you have a spot, the colourist will work out how many eggs will be produced, and which parent each egg will look like the most! smile

What is a Phoenii?
A Phoenii is the offspring of the Sapphire Phoenix. See the story for more details.

How do I get a Phoenii?
In the main topic.

How do I sell my Phoenii egg?
To sell new eggs, let me know. I will let everyone know that an egg is for sell and then an auction will begin for the egg. It is up to you how long you let the auction run for smile After the auction is done, the shop recieves 30% of the profit, and the other 70% is split between the owner(s). This is to discourage selling eggs to make a quick buck. Phoenii shouldn't be bred for gold.

Do I have to pay with pure gold?
Yes.

Is my Phoenii a girl or a boy?
You get the choice! Phoenii are generally sexless until they become teenagers, so you can sway their gender to your preference!

How do I name my Phoenii?
You can name them whenever you wish! You will be asked to confirm their names and genders when their childhood is almost over.

What colour of Phoenii can I get?
It depends on the parents smile

Can cosplay Phoenii breed?
For cosplays to breed, it has to be Sapphire Lazuli who does the breeding. These breedings cost 100K if there is one cosplay involved, 300K if there are two. This can still result in up to 6 cosplay eggs!

Can I change my Phoenii’s eyecolour?
Yes, you can buy a special eye changing serum! All Phoenii are born with red eyes, but you can change it by buying an Iris Vial from the store.

How long does it take my Phoenii to become an adult??
Eggs take anything up to 3 days to hatch. Further growths are generally seperated by a week or so.

How do I breed my Phoenii?
In here, all you need is a Fertility Vial and a mate! If you don't have a mate, say so, and we'll matchmake wink

Do I have to buy vials forever?!
If you Phoenii is life-mated and has bred more than three times, you do not need to buy vials! There is however a 1K per breeding fee. smile

When I breed my Phoenii, what colour of eggs will I get?
It depends who your Phoenii breeds with.

Can my Phoenii breed with the Sapphire Phoenix?
No.

How often can my Phoenii breed?
Your Phoenii cannot breed again until their previous chicks are teenagers.

How many Phoenii can I own?
As many as you want! :3

How often does the Sapphire Phoenix lay eggs?
Usually every couple of weeks. She lays between 2 and 8 eggs a time.

Can I customize my Phoenii?
At the moment, you can only change their eye colour. So if you really want a blue Phoenii, wait until one is for sale or auction.

Can I pay half now and half later?
No.

I sent you a trade for an egg yesterday, and when I came on today, you had cancelled it. Why?
If you bid on or try to buy an egg, you must pay for it immediately. I will give you a small window of time to pay, and if you don't, then the egg will go back on sale. This way, people can't 'reserve' eggs, which is unfair to other eager buyers.

How do I know if there are any updates?
Add TheSapphirePhoenix to your friendlists, and she will send out a newsletter so to speak, of all new stuff added biggrin
