1. What are Vespah/Vernal/etc?
1A. Vespah is the general term for these pets; Vernal, Velama, and many others are the sub-species proper names (think Normal, Angelic, etc).
The normal Vespah live in peace (well, the normals and Angelics anyway) at a place called the Chaparral Tree. This large tree offers protection from the elements, enemies, and always provides them with food (the fruit that falls).

The Valana species, or Demonic, are known to inhabit a place called the Dark Abyss. They are rarely glimpsed in the open and prefer dark, warm places. They're said to be rather cold, and callous, and take an experienced owner to tame them.

The Velama species, or Angelic, live high above our plane, in a place known as the Yasmana. There is no conflict here, and the Velama go about their daily business as if they knew nothing of the outside world.

7. CHEATING! It's bad, and rude, and completley unfair to everyone else. If I catch someone's mule, or hear anything of ANYONE cheating, it's an automatic blacklist. Got it? Also, post editing during raffles, flatsales, auctions or anything else is NOT allowed.

8. You need to check the thread to see when your pet grows, hatches, etc. I will NOT PM you, because it's too tedious a task, and it's your responsibility.

9. I, AlmightyAce, reserve the right to take away your pet due to inactive, bad, or otherwise untolerable behaviors, give NO refunds, and blacklist you. If you're a good little kid, that shouldn't happen.

1. How do I obtain a Vespah?
1A. Simple! There will be flatsales, auctions, raffles, dice games, trivia, contests and yes, even giveaways! Be active and courteous; I make note of it. biggrin
Another way to get a Vespah is by purchasing a Custom. Custom slots open rarely so they're a much more difficult way of obtaining a pet, but you'll get to choose things like colors, markings, etc! Your own personalized pet! Of course, they cost more than the average flatsale pet, but that's to be expected.

3. Is Roleplaying required?
3A. Nope! I personally dislike RP required pets and journals and that mess. RPing DOES yield you some rewards though, but what they are I won't say. whee Though I DO require you to stop in the thread at least ONCE a month, even to say a quick hello. If you're sick, going out of town, or on hiatus, please post in the thread and let me know. That way, it won't count against you. ^^

4. Do you do pet trades or bribes?
4A. Hm. I might. It depends on the pet and/or the bribe. Please first post in the thread inquiring about this, and I will respond, and things will go from there. Don't be upset if I decline; I'm picky about the pets I like. ^^

5. Is there a limit to how many we can own?
5B. Right now, no. If these become wildly popular, then I may put a cap on it. 3nodding

Breeding F.A.Q.
1. How many leaves will I get?
1A. You can get between 2 and 4 leaves, though I will be randomizing using Gaia's dice.

2. Can same sex pairs breed?
2A. Eh..right now no. I'm not a homophobe, but I'd prefer to not see any Yaoi/Yuri in here, thanks. ^^

3. How long does it take to acquire my leaves?
3A. I'm a fairly busy person, so it can take up to a week after breeding has been announced between a pair. Delays may happen and in that case I will post an announcement. I will not be PMing you the URLs, they will be posted here.

4. How many times can they breed?
4A. I..think a max of 3 per any pet is the limit. They're not machines! xd

5. Can I keep the babies? How many?
5A. While we encourage owners to keep one offspring, for RP or other purposes, we'd like you to give away an offspring, or give it to us to auction/raffle/etc off. You may NOT sell the baby yourself.

6. How much does breeding cost?
6A. Breeding will probably cost around 5K, 2.5K from each pet owner.

1. You can only claim one pet in a flatsale, and one for someone else, but IN SEPARATE POSTS.
2. Flatsale rates, though undecided now, will be between 5K and 6K. They're 4 stage pets after all. blaugh
3. Flatsale payment is due within 24 HOURS of winning a pet. If it is not sent in the appropriate time, the pet will be given a new owner.
4. Flatsales can be speed, dice, or other. I will tell you at least 24 hours ahead of time what the gameplan is. ^^
5. In the event of a speed flatsale, wait until I post GO! in big, bold letters. Posting before will not yield you a pet.
6. No guilt tripping anyone if you didn't get the pet you wanted.
7. Pet information can be posted in the thread in bold letters, NOT PMed to me.
8.You MAY proxy for a friend, unless otherwise stated.

Familiar types~

1. Chipmunk: A spunky little familiar; it's quick to be your friend, quick to play...quick in general. xd Though they can bite on accident, they're sure to make up for it just as quick. Quick witted and quick to action, they make a great playmate; just make sure they don't tire out your pet!

2. Mouse: A timid, quiet familiar; very loyal and will always be at your side. They like to see action..but from afar, perhaps on your pets' back? smile They will always help out when needed, but like to be out of the lime-light.

3. Turtle: A slow but steady familiar: the turtle may be the slowest of the familiars, but they're the oldest and wisest by far. Your pet will learn wisdom from days long past with this familiar.

1A. Familiars can be won from events, given as gifts, or obtained from falling fruit.

2. Can Familiars breed?
2A. Nope, and they never will be able to. ^^

4. How much will they cost in a sale?
