This thread is here to serve both Crystal Grove and Numa Numa Land, two B&C shops teaming together to bring you this event in celebration of winter and the many holidays it carries along.

Now, as it is the Month of Giving, this thread is almost entirely dedicated to the selling and shipping out of presents. Even the few games, raffles, and so forth that we hold will have this same, consistent catch: prizes must be given away! The very point of this thread (and month) is to give, after all, and not to keep! (...though, with all of that gift-giving, Santa's bound to notice. In fact, he's pretty darn likely to reward many of you for your generosity...)

Finally, it is important to note that we're here in respect to every winter holiday, not simply Christmas. However, for the ease of certain absent-minded busy managers, all gifts will open on December 25th. They'll still be individually wrapped to fit the holiday (or theme) of your choice, though. <3

Can't quite afford to buy customs for your friends? Love to gamble? Fan of both CG and NNL? Well, if all that's true... grab bags should be perfect for you!

For only 1K you can purchase (or, for free you could win) a grab bag which contains... well, who KNOWS what it'll contain! Grab bags can contain anything from either shop, including pets, petpets/minis, items, crystals, gift certificates, collectibles, Gaian gold and/or items... or maybe nothing but a pile of snow! Thing is, you won't know what's inside until December 25th when they open!

Regardless of whether the Grab Bags are purchased or won, you MUST GIFT THEM TO SOMEBODY ELSE! No buying/winning for yourself!

Grab bags are limitless-- you can buy as many as like, and receivers can receive as many as they're lucky enough to get. These are for fun, though, so only buy them if you (and those you're buying for) have a healthy sense of humor and enjoy games of chance.

For the holidays, both Crystal Grove and NNL are offering customs at a significant discount. These customs will be wrapped in gift boxes, sent (via PM) to the receivers, and open on December 25th.

The main catch is this: THEY MUST BE A GIFT FOR SOMEBODY ELSE! No buying for yourself! If we catch people sending gold to friends to order for them, or using mules, we will be very upset at your dishonesty. Please respect our wishes and do not cheat the system.

For the Holidays, Crystal Grove, much like NNL, will be offering customs at a fraction of what they normally go for! We'll do our best to give away as many as we can for the holidays. Keep in mind, however, that all customs MUST be a present for someone else! Absolutely NO buying for yourself!

All presents will be wrapped in a giftbox. This giftbox will be PMed to the receiver shortly after being purchased, and will open (ie, the URL will update) on December 25th.

How pre-mades work...
Premades are cute little mini pets that are precolored! Unlike the gift bags they will not be random. We'll open 10 slots at a time for these and you can have a choice between the Chrismouse and the North Polar Bear. These will cost 2k each.

How customs work...
Because Tuari wants everyone to have a chance at the slots, he will open slots for a period of 20 minutes where people can sign up for a free raffle ticket. From those tickets 1-3 numbers will be drawn and those people will be allowed the slots.

Numas are just as big on gift-giving as Gaians are, and that's precisely why this shop has been temporarily erected. Run by Willy, Mayor of Numa Numa Land, it sells a variety of goods-- for Numas. These presents will be gift wrapped in one of the two boxes shown below, shipped out via. PM, and open on December 25th.

Gifts can be purchased by Gaians or by Numas, but either way, they are obviously intended to be received solely by Numas! Likewise, gifts vary in type, so whether buying for a parent, a child, a friend or a lover, you shouldn't have any trouble finding the perfect gift. <3

Please note that you may ONLY buy a gift for your OWN Numa if it's being sent by another Numa of a reasonable relation (parent, child, sibling) *and* if the present isn't a higher value than those given to other Numas of the same relation. This isn't an item shop for your own Numas; it's a gift shop for giving!

Santa is always watching you, you know. He sees that many of you are questing for Breedable pets, and this year, he wants to grant some of you your wishes-- be they CGs, Numas, SoAs, or any other type of pet! In fact, Tuari and Tofu, two of his ninja-elves, have been sent on a special mission to shirk through the populace of Gaia, finding worthy questers and bestowing upon them cards similar to this:

...though precisely what it is you received will be a mystery until Christmas, of course!

Also, if you know of someone who you feel is a worthy, motivated quester with no (or few) pets of the species they're questing for... you can PM us a recommendation, with a link to their quest thread. <3

Everyone who purchases a gift for someone else will receive one ticket for this raffle, which will (most likely) contain one Numa, one Crystal Grove pet, several petpets/minis from both shops, grab bags, and a special secret prize. The winners of this raffle will be able to choose their prizes in the order they're drawn, and only one prize can be won by any one person.

However, you're free to co-own and/or fully gift away your present. You're also welcome to exempt yourself from this raffle, in case you have no interest in the prizes. x3

Everyone who participated in any section of the gift-giving (grab bags, customs, NNL Gift Shop) will receive one ticket (regardless of how many of each thing they might have purchased). In other words, NOBODY can have more than one ticket. This is to keeps things more fair, since it's not about the quantity of the gifts; it's about the thought behind them. ;3
