I realized quite suddenly last night at about one in the morning, when I was trying to finish coloring the two custom gods and the Firekin lionesses, trying to do lineart edits on tWoHP, trying to finish up the items for the Nov. and Dec. letters so I can open them, plus color some of the trading cards, not to mention fretting over the certing that needs to be done for the Secret Santa SoA's, plus growings, that I can't do this alone anymore.
I need someone to help me co-own the shop. There's just too much that I want to do with the shop on my own - things I can't do because I have so much to do. I need a co-owner for Shadows of Africa.
However, this is no free 'OMG MONEY!!' sort of deal. If you are picked to be the co-owner, you will be working. <3 I don't want to pick someone, only to have them work maybe once every three weeks because all they wanted was money. I also want someone creative, intelligent, and confident, able to think up and execute things without constantly needing to ask me. Someone that can cert, keep the front page of Shadows of Africa updated and neat, and help color....
Likewise, I need an RP Manager. Naita's been busy lately, and this is not to replace her - only to add another RP Manager on so that they can move RP along and work on a few plots and get people together to RP.
