Welcome to the home of the Egypt Kitties! These kitties are straight from the far away land of Egypt, beautiful and exotic. These kitties love the sun and sand.

Egypt kitties come in many colors, the most common being a lovely ruddy orange-red. All Egypt kitties have beautiful almond shaped eyes in strange and captivating colors.

Generic Rules

1.) No whining, flaming, arguing, etc. If I say you are, you are. Deal with it.
2.) No stealing. This is obvious.
3.) Nothing over PG in the RPing.

Specific Rules

Flatsales: All flatsales will be first PM/post first serve. Sorry if it was close, but that's just how it happens. I plan to announce dates of sales in advance from now on to give fair chances. Flatsale prices will be lower than custom prices for the same stage (A flatsale Lotus will be less than 1k, a flatsale Kitten will be less than 2k, etc.)

Auctions: All auction times are at my choice. I may extend the auction if I like/if there haven't been many bids. If it looks like there won't be any other bids after that time, I'll give a time of closing and then stick by it, provided I remember. sweatdrop If I miss it, I'll extend it another hour to two, with a 20min extension after that time to prevent sniping. Any bid during that time extends it another twenty mintues, etc. All auctions will be for special/Isis Kitties, so they will start at higher bid prices than usual.

Raffles: All raffles, like auctions, have their duration at my choice. I may extend the raffle if I like/if there haven't been many entries. If only one person enters, and it looks like no one else will enter, I'll refund the person's money and switch to an auction. A raffle is no good with only one person. All raffles will be for special/Isis Kitties, and raffle ticket pices will vary depending. Raffle ticket prices and amount of tickets you can buy are also at my choice.

Customs: Okay, I AM opening customs again. But I'm making three major changes.

I need to up the price, for one. It's becoming more and more difficult to get all these cats out so fast, AND it's getting a bit overpopulated. I wanna' make flatsales and auctions the primary way of adopting kitties, with custom being after them. So the price is going up to encourage waiting and purchasing at flatsales. Lotuses will cost 1k, Kittens 2k, and Adults 3k. If you can't pay for them but really want one, don't worry; PM me. I have no problem letting you pay over time.

The second is, of course, the orders list. I will only have four active orders at once; one on my 'working' list, and three on my 'waiting' list. Those on my working lists might stay there after I've already sent out your Lotus, because I"m finishing the other stages. Once a Kitty is ENTIRELY done (that is, I have all stages made and ready to go) they'll be taken off the list, everything will be bumped up, and there will be an opening for a new order.

Nextly, I'm going to reorganize my lists and keep careful track of who's paid and who hasn't, because I can understand it's hard for people to remember if they've paid (and it's hard for me, too. sweatdrop ) If you haven't paid in a few days (about two) and we haven't already discussed a payment plan or such, then I'll send you a PM telling you what you owe. If it's not paid in another few days, I'll revoke the Kitty until you do pay. (NOTE: If the bank begins having major errors again, I'll extend the payment time until it's safe to use.)

I also have a minor change, though it's not really a big deal. For the Kitty's jewelry, you need to really be specific on metal type and what jewelry you want. Don't whine if you weren't specific enough and I changed it. Also, earrings are now non-negotiable unless you pay an extra 500g. Defaultly, all kittens will have little stud earrings, and all adults will have hoops. I'm doing this because earring changes are the hardest to do of all jewelry requests. But if you really, really want to change them, you can (for 500g.)

CUSTOMS ARE BACK OPEN.However, you need to READ THE NEW RULES before sending an order.


Adopting an Egypt Kitty is easy. There are many Lotuses ready to come home with you, and every so often a special adult or kitten will be available. So adopt a kitty, post or PM with the following form.

The Kitty's name and sex are self-explanitory.

The fur color can be anything you like; if you want a very specific color, post a swatch or the color code. Same with the eye color.

You can customize your Kitty's jewelry; he or she can have any color of metal (gold, silver bronze, etc.) and you can add requests for colored stones to be set in the jewelry. Jewelry can also be removed, but not probably not added (though you can ask, and I'll see what I can do.)

LIST OF DEFAULT JEWELRY: Gold hoop earrings, gold Egyptian-style plate necklace, Gold ankle bracelets on the front paws, Gold tail ring.

All Egypt Kitty Lotuses will be 3k. If you wish to order a Kitty already at the Kitten stage, she'll be 2k. An Adult will be 1k.

It make take a day to two days to send your your Egypt Kitty, due to customized colors and their info sheet. All info sheets' colors will be chosen by me, unless you ask specifically.

Because of how many orders I'm getting, I'm implimenting an order and waiting list. Therefore, there will be one order I'm working on, and then another three waiting. Any order submitted while the two lists are full will be ignored.

Breeding

Breeding is possible when your Kitty is an Adult. You will need a male and a female Egypt Kitty, and Egypt Kitties mate for life but can have an unlimited number of children (number of kittens a litter is random, from one to three).

Breeding is 500g for each person's Kitty (if you have both a male and a female kitty, it will be 1k.) It may take a few days to get your Lotus(es). Most Kittens will look like a cross between their parents, but it is possible you'll get a very unique Kitty!

Breeding overview

Normal EK to normal EK: This is 500g per Kitty. You will probably get a normal Kitty who looks like a combination of their parents, but it is possible you'll get a special (about a 10-25% chance). It is impossible to get an Isis from two normal EKs.

Normal EK to special EK: This is 600g per Kitty. The Kitty will probably look like a combination of their parents, but there is a medium sized chance (about 30-45%) to get a spcecial Kitty. It is impossible to get an Isis from a normal EK and a special EK.

Normal EK and Isis EK: This is 700g per Kitty. The Kitty has a chance to be a normal Kitty (about 45%), a chance to be a special Kitty (about 45%) and a tiny chance to be an Isis (10%).

Special EK to Special EK: This is 800g per Kitty. The Kitty has a small chance to be a normal Kitty (20%), a large chance to be a special Kitty (70%), and a tiny chance to be an Isis (10%).

Special EK and Isis EK: This is 1k per Kitty. This Kitty has a chance to be a normal Kitty (10% chance), a special Kitty (60% chance), or an Isis Kitty (30% chance).

Isis EK and Isis EK: This is 1.5k per Kitty. The Kitten will be an Isis Kitty, and you will be given an Isis Lotus.
