Can Chevreal talk?
Indeed. When they're young they'll often speak in baby-talk, but that's not true all the time. Teens and Adults can speak freely with eachother and humans, not to mention other pets :3
How long do Chevreal take to grow?
Egg stage can last to a day to a week. Child stage lasts a week or so, and so on. Basically a week for each stage.

Do you do customs?
Yes, only when they're open though. Or you could bribe me with a pet trade.

Chevreal's are not horses x_x;; They're kind of like a goat mixed with something else. To me, they closely resemble a llama.
Is roleplaying required?
Nope. It's a great way to get your little baby socialized, and find a mate and stuffs. They can be sig/journal pets if roleplaying's not your thing.
