If you, perchance, become unbanned, any Angelicats that you previously owned won't be returned to you.
If you have a complaint, voice it nicely, and we'll discuss. Preferably in PM. :3
Note: If you are at any time grey or black-listed, violate shop rules, your Angelicats will be taken away from you without refund.
:Shop Rules:
1.) Do not steal, edit, or otherwise alter these images if you don't work for us. Doing so will result in an immediate (and permanent) blacklisting, and a report to a moderator.
(Do not color these without permission from Kithen first, please.)
2.) No complaining, whining, begging, grovelling, using sympathy tactics, to get your way. Please no depressive behaviour either, emotional tactics are a big no no. Its pixel pets not real life. Speaking about problems in an appropriate manner is fine, we all have them. And everyone needs someone to talk to, in order to sort things out. But emotional ploys and cries for attention are not acceptable. Nor are they tolerated. Please refrain from using such things to guilt others or make them feel bad. We realize sometimes you may not mean to make others feel bad but please refrain from that behaviour.
3.) No suicide threats! If you do this, you will be spoken to in PM by Kithen, blacklisted and reported to a moderator. This isn't something to be taken lightly!
4.) Alright, let's be logical here. Kithen is the boss, so that means she's in charge. It's not difficult to understand that she should be listened to.
5.) Do not fight in this thread. This includes but isn't limited to: dragging other shop's business in, a vulgar word spar, and hurtful insults.
6.) Do not harrass other owners in any way, shape or form. Be it on gaia or off, this is not tolerated. If proof is provided and received with a complaint, you will be grey or black listed, depending on how abnoxious your behaviour was.
7.) Do not lie to Kithen to get yourself a pet or out of trouble. You'll end up blacklisted for sure.
8.) NOBODY loses their pet in this shop. Unless you really screw up bad and get blacklisted. If you buy one in a sale or auction and do not name it within 2 months, it will be considered abandoned. As such, it will be given out to a new owner. Other then that, all pets are safe from being taken back.
9.) These pets are NOT rp mandatory. Don't let anyone try telling you they are. It's definately encouraged, but not something we'll drag out of you. I mean, let's face it. Some people don't know how. But even those with poor skills are welcome to try here. Kithen welcomes all types.
10.) Once you lifemate, you CANNOT break the lifemating unless you have approval from Kithen. Please pm her your reason(s) as to why and she shall review it and give you either approval or a denial to break the lifemating. OOC breedings are fine as long as its approved by the owner of the pet your pet is lifemated to. Should they deem they don't want it to happen then the breeding will be denied. This is after all; fair to them and out of respect you really should ask if they'd mind or not.
11.) When you get a pet from this shop, you may direct link only if it is still in the growing stages. Once it reaches adult, you must save to your own server. Though a copy will always be kept by the shop owner.
:Roleplay Rules:
1.) Feel free to roleplay in this thread. But, if you please, stick to Gaia's rules and regulations, and keep it PG-13(unless it's in the guild when we acquire one).
2.) If you roleplay on an instant messenger when Gaia's throwing a hissy fit, that's perfectly fine. Please post it, so everyone can read what on earth those in question have been up to. :3 You may roleplay in PMs or instant messangers even if Gaia is acting perfectly normal, however, this rp MUST be posted in the main thread or in a thread in the guild each day when you're finished RPing, otherwise it will be considered non-existant. This is only fair so others can interact with the RP if they wish to, as well as only fair for other RPers to know whats going on with the storylines. If you decide you don't 'feel' like posting it in here, then it is simply non-existant and you won't be allowed to continue that RP in the thread whatsoever til those RPs are posted.
3.) In an attempt to dash the confusion of multiple pets being posted with in a post. Please label with a name and seperate each character into a new paragraph. Some have found it helpful to colour code their characters.
:Colorist Rules:
1.) All staff must listen to Kithen or those appointed to speak for her. What she says goes, since Kithen owns the shop. Shop Moderators are to be listened to; they have the authority to greylist.
2.) Colorists, please get the okay from Kithen before having an auction. She's in charge after all and she wants to know what is going on. Besides, she's got the time so she'll gladly run it.
3.) If you are let go, or no longer wish to be a staff member of this shop (as-in quit), you do not hold any copyrights to any outlines, even if you altered them. They are property of Kithen, & they are Sirenz's copyrights. Any colorings you submitted to us that haven't been sold yet can be sold without the 50% payment to you since you no longer work for the shop.
4.) The outlines are for use here on GaiaOnline, in the shop only. Using them for profit is theft and will be severely dealt with.
5.) Any changes in the outlines dealing with Angelicats must be comfirmed by Kithen before being sold or auctioned. You're free to alter the lineart and be creative, but please don't sell it without approval. Her permission is easy to get so please pass it by her first. She loves new ideas and creativity, but she must see it first (copyright issues and stuff).
6.) You may not enter your images colored by you in any Art forum, such as Elfwood, DeviantART, or the Gaia Art Arena rating forum here. The coloring is your work, but the outline is still copyrighted to Sirenz.
7.) Everyone may set there own prices for autobuys (in auctions, of course) as long as it is within reason. If it is found to be unreasonable then it will be reviewed and Kithen will give you a fair range to set it in.
8.) Newly hired colorists are on a one month probationary period. If it does not work out, they will be let go.
