"Wait." Calypso said gently, her gaze calculating, but not entirely cold. "We must wait until he wakes at least. It would not sit well if he does not heal properly." She explained, knowing the risk that she was taking in proposing it. "And we should ask what he wants to do in any case."

Vanessa nodded her accord and stepped away from Jack with a look about her. "Do you know when he'll come to?" she asked, concerned if not worried outright.

Tessa sat down beside him and slid a finger along her wedding ring, taking note of the still-solid ring of blue within it. "He doesn't sleep long," she answered her comrade, quietly as she ran a hand gently along his arm. "I doubt he'd admit it straightforward but he's a lot stronger than he looks."
"He'd just about have to-" Cassandra was immediately silenced by Ferathi's hand on her shoulder.
"Calm down, would you? Do you have to be so offensive?"
Tessa froze. As she looked over to the Sisterhood she realized one thing that had only come to surface as a result of Cassandra's irritation and Ferathi in particular's response to. A tear beaded in the corner of her eye as she shook her head softly and rose from the bed to retreat to the balcony.

Calypso sighed and slipped into the chair behind Jack's desk. "I don't know quite honestly." She said quietly, cautiously. She looked out after Tessa with a breathy sigh, taking Jack's wine bottle and wiping the rim with resignation, tilting it back to drain a good portion of it. She leaned her elbow on the desk and took a very informal stance as she sat in the chair.

"Is there something I should be aware of?" The goddess asked after some deliberation, looking directly at Cassandra. Calypso had become rather accustomed to Tessa, taking her mentally as a daughter to her. Her gaze narrowed in thought slightly, but did not stray in the least.

Vanessa silently went over to the now-sobbing Tessa seated on the balcony."Twenty years we've been together as a Sisterhood, only for Tessa to prattle off and leave us in the dirt except perhaps when she needs us for her own purposes.
Ferathi forced her way between Cassandra and Calypso, hoping to shield off any potential rage from the latter. "Stresses in Tessalona have been tedious at best, and in all honesty that's probably not helping matters. I know it's a lot to ask, but please understand we can't do everything we'd like to as we are now."

"Then you could have refused the call and leave me to handle matters here best." Calypso said fiercely with a glare. "You could have just not come at all and leave us to our own devices. Never have I seen such selfishness inside a "sisterhood."" She stood, faintly aware of the anger laced into her tone. "Leave." She snarled, the wine bottle shattering in her grip.

"You know nothing of what has been happening here if you do not value Jack as a vital part of this plan." Calyspo snapped. "So leave. You are obviously unwilling to help." Blood trickled down her palm and fell in a steady stream from her fingertips. She paid the wound no mind and merely maintained her steady glare.

Tessa stood in the doorway to the balcony, eyes cold and hard as she stared on at Cassandra, but her gaze showed no anger. A small mirage washed through her hair as she stepped forward, the temperature immediately about her nearing freezing. "Cassandra," she said simply, her voice quiet but still echoing on itself in a powerful tone. "Do you remember when we met, how much I looked up to you?"

Cassandra nodded, taking a single step to Ferathi's side. "What about it?"
"I haven't stopped. Even when I went my own way with Jack, I've still maintained my identity as Wisdom of the Slaughter. The only thing putting distance between us is your irrational belief that I left anyone behind. You were always the one telling me to liven up, to come past my difficulties. Now it's my turn. I never withdrew; if I'm needed, let me know." She looked over to Calypso, blinking only once before she stepped about in the notice that the others had not gone as ordered. "With permission, I would have them stay a short time at least."

Calypso's glare turned to Tessa, although it softened marginally. "If it is what you truly want." She said, a tone of softness in her voice. She blinked and looked down to her hand, as if seeing the injury for the first time. On the bed Jack groaned gently and his fingers twitched.

"How foolish of me..." Calypso murmured, wrapping her hand, glaring about the room once again before leaving the cabin. Jack again stirred in the slightest and opened one dark burgundy eye.

"Oh." He managed to utter, brow furrowing as he tried to figure out what was happening. He hurt...and vague memories of Kim trying to kill him came back...but for what purpose again? "Rum." He whispered, as near to a demand as he could make.

Tessa ran a hand up to her hair and pulled a few strands in front of her face and exhaling a long sigh, but she looked over to Jack with a sad look on her face. "Normally I wouldn't say it Jack, but... not this time." she said softly, coming to a seat at his side and signalling Vanessa to her. "How do you feel?"

"I would feel a lot better if I had my rum." Jack said weakly, his eyes shutting and a long sigh exiting him. He winced, then coughed, black blood spattering the floor, before wincing again. The scent of Calypso's blood still was in his head and he licked his dry lips in thought. "Who was injured? Surely not you?" He asked between panting gasps.

"Go get my mother then if you won't get me rum." Jack forced out after some thought. He couldn't manage to open his eyes again, but he did flex his hand gently; the seeming to be only part functional without pain.

Tessa sighed, resigning herself to finding the rum in favor of not provoking Calypso's anger any further. Silently as she could, she left the cabin and made her way to the cellar, retrieving a bottle of rum before she turned back, taking a second just in case. She made her way back to the cabin and sat down next to Jack again, pulling the top off one bottle just prior to handing it to Jack. "Here, I doubt your mother will be in much position to help right now. Can I help somehow? It's got to be painful..."

"Bah, it doesn't hurt too bad." Jack said after spitting out another mouthful of blood. He eyed the bottle of rum offered to him but found himself unable to hold it. He let his arm slip back down, the bottle hitting the floor with a thud, and he sighed, another wet cough rising from him. "I'll be fine dear." He said, his eyes looking to Tessa gently. "No need to fret."

"Where is my mother?" He inquired, moving his leg and earning a snarl of pain in response. He furrowed his brow and set his face rigid.

Ferathi looked about for a moment, from Cassandra to Vanessa - who with a brief nod stepped over to Cassandra and brought her out of the way of the doorway and Tessa - to Tessa with an understanding nod. "I'll get her," she volunteered, already on her way out. For a brief moment she thought to signal as she had been used to, but the Sisterhood had clearly caused enough of a racket without her streaking lightening here and there either. So she scurried off in search.

Calypso's eyes slid from the still uneasy sea, their dark greenish blue reflecting her eyes as she watched Ferathi's search. Making no attempt to conceal herself, the goddess let her hands fall from the railing, and she took steps towards Ferathi, knowing why she was being searched for. Her feet barely hesitated on the deck as she nodded to the working crewmen.

"He is awake?" Calypso asked Ferathi, although she already knew the answer. She tarried before the winged elf for a moment more before she moved on to the cabin. She hesitated to compose herself before entering, eyes only for Jack.

"Ah, you did come." He said weakly but Calypso shushed him, waving as if to shoo the others away from him to give him room. She rolled him over, glaring at him as he snarled in pain. Her gaze soon softened though and she looked him over, giving a full exam. After she was sure of it, and having given enough of the rum to Jack to quiet his utterances of pain, Calypso pulled Tessa to the side gently.

"I need to reset his left leg, and I am sure one of his ribs has gone through his lung. The latter will be in need of surgery unless I can manipulate it externally. I wouldn't exactly count on it though, he has been through enough pain as it is, and breaking a leg isn't quite comfortable." She murmured, looking cautiously at Jack.

Vanessa blinked, having overheard Calypso's assessment of Jack's injuries and she stepped over to the pair of them. "Depending on what you mean by 'reset', I may be able to mend the leg if it will be any help. The rib though... I don't think I could even try with him still conscious."

"Leave that to me, Vanessa." Cassandra offered. "If it's through the lung I'm pretty sure Tessa and I can numb it enough for a good mending."
"Are you mad?" Ferathi asked from the doorway. "He wouldn't be able to breathe!"
Tessa blinked, catching onto the entirety of the others' idea. "That's your part, though." she said softly, looking up to the Winged Elf with a faint smile. "You can force him to without even a second thought."
Cassandra looked over to Calypso for a moment, biting once on her lower lip before nodding slightly. "It's the least we owe, anyway." she said, her voice admissive.

"Even with the leg mended magically, I cannot risk him have it be crooked." Calypso protested. She looked towards the still coughing Jack as he attempted to laugh. It was rather pitiful, but he seemed to find his pain in good humor, as if it wasn't troublesome at all.

"Have you all forgotten that I need not breathe?" Jack asked, staring around the room at all of them, a shadow of a grin lingering on his pain set face. He seemed a great deal older, shadows cast upon his face as they were, and his eyes smoldered with thirst.

"I need to break his leg." Calypso pronounced finally to clear away any miscommunications her hinting may have caused. This sent a shadow of fear into Jack's eyes, to which the goddess averted. "I trust that you'll help with pain." She told Tessa and Cassandra. "And I will need you to heal it as soon as possible. With the ship rocking, I wouldn't want anything to get jostled.

"Dear Lord...you are mad!" Jack exclaimed breathlessly. Calypso raised an eyebrow slightly, wondering why he had not come to that conclusion earlier. She sat down next to him and ran her hands over his legs again gently.

"Get me a short length of rope wrapped in sailcloth if you would." Calypso asked, not directed to anyone, but expecting someone to do as she asked.
