Road nodded to her question and sighed "I do hate this world the way it is now. People kill just to put some extra gold in their pockets and for land. I may kill people now but I do it to bring peace, not gold or land and I don't want everyone to bow to me" he said as he looked out over the town with a sad smile. He knew he would pay one day for those that died at his hands but he was willing to accept that once his mission was done. "All this hate, it's make the world cry out through Mana. I can hear the pain in every spell I cast. So Miss Amber, you must think I'm just another crazy guy trying to justify killing a lot of people" he laughed lightly as he pulled the brim of his hat down to cover his eyes.

☾He seemed to have a reasonable for wanting the world to be peace with no war and just live in a normal world. But only a few questions roams around her head. What will happen to those people with powers and not human, but something else? Will they continue living once the whole world is one? Would they be separated from the humans? Who knows. Only the future can answer those questions that roam around her head. "Heh... not really..., Amber said to him, "You have reasons why you do it, some have reasons, but stupid kind of reasons..." She looked at the ground, full of people walking around and stuff, and thought why are they fighting for. Everyone down the market, lives in the Solaria kingdom and believes in the Sun, while the opposite side, people believe in the Moon.☽

Road nodded to agree with her and smiled. "Your not bad Amber, hope you don't get caught up in this war too much. You might want to get back to your princess before nightfall, stay in the castle. Oh look me up if your ever in the mood to put this world through a storm" he grinned as he looked around before taking off his hat and pulling his hood back up. He walked to the edge of the roof and turned around to face her. "Its been fun, I'll be around for a few more days if you want to join The Lost Comet". He took a step back and fell off the roof, though he landed safely, he looked up and waved to her.

☾Amber turned to Road as he said she wasn't too bad and hope not to get caught up with the war between the Lunarian and Solaria, and nodded back at him. "You aren't too bad yourself, Sir Road.. I only protect those who attack my Princess or sometimes the Solaria residents.", Amber told him. As he told her to return back to the Princess and return back to the castle before it hits nightfall, Amber picked up the bottle of water and watched as Road went ahead and got down the roof, hiding his face, not to start anything with the people down the market. She walked to the edge of the roof, at where Road got down and glanced at him as he looked up and waved at her "GoodBye". "Hey!", Amber yelled down at him and throw something to him, a frozen rose, something she made out of her frost powers, "Something to remind you of me.." Amber send a smile to him and look up at the sky. It was hitting nightfall soon, she had to get back to the castle. "Where can I find you? Or maybe..., Amber opened the bottle of the water, dropping it somewhere no one was walking at and froze it, making it stairs, and walked down, "When can I see you again?"☽

Road watched her throw the frozen rose at him, catching it gently so not to break it. When she came down to the street he smiled. "When ever you want after tonight. The Lost Comet has a base in the hills" he leaned in close and gave her a small kiss, placing a spell into it so she would know where it was when she wanted to go but made it so she was unable to tell others where. "You'll know where when ever you want to see me. Now you should hurry and get your princess. I don't want you to get caught up in this" he said as he tucked the ice rose into his cloak and began to turn away. Tonight was going to be bloody and his men had orders to stay just in town, not go to the castle. He wanted to scare the people of this kingdom into attacking Lunaria.

☾Amber listened closely after he told after tonight and told her their location. Amber smiled lightly and nodded to him. "Heh... Okay then, I'll be there..", Amber said to him and after that, her eyes opened wide as Road leaned in and kissed her. The maiden didn't pushed him away or anything, and just let him kissed her like that. After that kiss, he told her to back to the Princess and didn't want her to get involve with whatever he was planning and she nodded slowly to him. The maiden turned the opposite side and walked away, getting past through the crowd and to the Princess.

After she left Road, she raised her hand to her mouth and tried not to think of that sudden kiss he gave her, but couldn't. She walked to the town and saw the Princess waiting for her, with some ingredients for Amber. "Where have you been Amber? I was looking for you...", said the Princess with a worried tone and got up from her seat and walked to the cart, "Come on... It's hitting midnight, we don't want to stay here all later.." The Princess hurried to the cart and got in, as Amber followed from behind.

As Amber was about to enter the cart, she looked up to the sky and then looked around at the roofs, and then entered the cart. Entering the cart, Amber looked at the Princess and asked her. "Your orders, my Princess?" The Princess looked at Amber then out the window of the cart. "Stand down.. This isn't our fight..." The maiden looked at the Princess and nodded slowly, "Okay... Princess.." Amber looked out the window and closed her eyes. "Be careful... Road... They made their way to the castle and stopped the cart in front of the gate, and both the Princess and Amber, got off, and walked in the castle as soon it hit midnight.

The clopping of his on stone came to the air as the black stallion maneuvered in the flow of people at the market. It was day out, the Sun high in the sky so Taru had to be careful to not have Snow knock over anyone with the Market being so crowded today. Instead of controlling him with the reins, she used clicking patterns that she taught him since he was a foal, him moving to each pattern. It was more efficient than the reins in her opinion. Today hasn't been a good day of hunting for her, having only caught 3 squirrels and 2 rabbits. And even worse.... No one seemed interested from buying from her today. A sigh escaped her and she leaned forward on Snow, crossing her arms on his neck and laying her head there.

As she continued to guide Snow through the people, her eyes caught the butcher she hadn't been to in a while. This was mostly because the owner only hunted in family. Staring, she contemplated. It was a long shot but no one else would. Groaning a bit, she guided Snow towards the shop and stopped him in front of it. "Stay here Snow." Jumping off the horse, she grabbed the 5 kills and walked in. She went to the counter and placed the kills on it. "Excuse me, sir? I know you don't buy out of the family... But no one seems to want to buy from me today. So I was wondering if you would like....." Her voice was small, not wanting to anger him as she waited for an answer.

The old man set his knife down, his tired face looking up from his work as Taru approached. "I told you before, Taru. This is a family business. It was my father's before me, and it'll be my son's when I'm gone. So unless you plan on marrying Elliot, I suggest you stop bugging me about it."

The bald man grumbled, wiping the sweat from his brow. "Here." He said, reaching into the pouch of his apron, and dropping a few pieces of gold on the counter. "The reason they won't buy from you, is that they're all buying from me. Consider this a penance."






Elliot sighed as he approached, his ring (and in response, the wolf that was hovering infront of him) glowing palely. Dangit, Dad... he thought to himself. Why was she even bothering asking?

"Hey!" He called, waving as he approached. He only had three arrows hanging from his quiver. That translated to quite a few missed shots. But he got it! The grey-furred canine had one arrow sticking out of its side, a knife wound through its forehead. (The boy never liked leaving an animal suffering for long. As soon as he could, he always went for the head or the eyes. A simple, quick, painless kill.

"Hey, um..Taru." He said, awkwardly. Never really great at casual conversation. "How...was the hunt?"

Taru sighed and nodded at his first words. She should of known. But at the comment of her being Elliott's wife, her face turned red. She couldn't help it. She'd never had a boyfriend before and the thought of having a husband made her flustered. Of course she'd like to have one when she's older. But first she needs a boyfriend of course. Once the money was placed on the table she didn't take it. A sigh came from her at his words. "Then your business must be doing well. I'm sorry. But I can't take the money if it's out of pity. If you're buying the kills then I'll take it. But. I don't like pity."

Her eyes drifted to Elliott when he walked in, the wolf floating in front of him.They widened a bit at the magic, not knowing he had the power of simple telekinesis. She blinked when he spoke, snapping her out of her daze. She rubbed the back of her head and shrugged. "Bad for me. I couldn't catch any large animals like deer or a wolf like you got there. I'm guessing yours was successful though."

"Suit yourself then." The old man shoveled the coins over the edge of the counter, returning them to his pouch. "We all have lines we won't cross."
His glower turned to a smile as Elliot approached, the boy setting the wolf down on the slab behind him, the glow ceasing. "Thats my boy. No better hunter in these lands then you." An exaggeration, but through his rose-colored glasses, Elliot could do no wrong, and was perfect in every way.


Elliot groaned inwardly at his father's lack of tact. Another hunter was literally right there! Could he be any more rude? The look on his face seemed to say "I'm sorry, he's old and you can ignore him." Not that he would say anything of the sort infront of the man.

"Yeah. The guy put up a heck of a fight. Nearly lost him." he said, removing his quiver, and placing it infront of her to illustrate his point. "I'm gonna be up all night crafting new ones."

Trist heaved a sigh as he pulled his hat over his head, making his way down the road. Really, this was a little, out of hand, sure, he did love being king, and it was wonderful to be able to help out the kingdom any way he could, he just… wasn't one for the attention, so with a brilliant idea from his maid Annabel, He put on his ranger cloths, his hat, and a cloak, and was out the door, or he would have bin if his adviser hadn't stopped him half way.

“Now sire, it’s important that you do this for me.” His Adviser, James said, holding out a trinket to the young king, who blinked in turn.” Oh, ah, I’m not going to go...woo some one fore you, I’m sure your wife would love it and all...” He said as he tried to step around James, who in turn puffed out his chest. ”No, no sire! Its nothing like that, you see, this trinket belongs to some one very dear, it will glow when the person is near.” He said, shoving it in the young mans hands, which just blinked at him. ”Bring them back to the palace, if you find them that is, I wish to speak with them.” He said, turning Trist around, and shoving him towards the door. ”Oh, ah, alright, can I have there name?” he asked. ”Nope!” James replied, lightly nudging him out the door.” No? but then how am I supposed to figure out who it is!” Trist said, sounding slightly annoyed.” Oh, you are a legendary tracker my lord, you were the best before you became king, I’m sure you will figure it out.” And before Trist could reply, James shut the door.

“Well, rude.” Trist grumbled, truing to leave.

And that was how he found him self walking down the Market place, fallowing this glowing trinket, while at the same time making sure no one knew who he was. Trist heaved a sigh, taking a left, when he noticed that the Amulet was glowing brighter, he blinked, taking a step forwarded, it glew brighter. He looked around. The only thing there was a butcher shop.” Well... if that is ware it is pointing...” He thought with a sigh, walking over to it.” Good morning.” He said, with a smile.” Iv bin looking for something fresh and I hear you are the best butcher in town.” Trist said, going on a whim, hopefully that would open this up for conversation, he knew how this worked, he had dealt with butchers many times before his little…royalty thing happened.

"You heard right sir." The man's smile returned, as he motioned for Taru to leave. She was disrupting business now. Therefor, she had to leave. "Best cuts of meat in the kingdom. I'd stake my reputation on it. So what can I do ya for?"


Elliot sighed, shaking his head. He did this with all the hunters, save himself. None of them seemed to care about the single point he wouldn't budge on. Thus, it had really started to aggravate him over the years.

Still, he didn't have to be so...rude about it.

"Would you..like to come inside Taru?" He offered, ignoring the resulting glare from his father. That'd get them out of his hair while he conducted his business anyways. "I was about to get dinner ready anyways."

With a hum Trist rocked back on his heals." Well, what did you just get in?" He asked,his eyes glancing down at the trinket every so often, surely this man couldn't be who he was looking for, he lifted his hat up a bit, to get a better look at the man. right, Was it even a man? for all he knew it could be that girl over there, Really did James have to be so Vague!."Really, i'm no stranger to this, i trust the Butchers choice, so what would you recommend?" Trist asked polity, trying his hardest to use the people skills James taught him, Damn this was hared.

Taru nodded as he slid the coins back into his pocket. He was right. Everyone had lines they wouldn't cross. She had many of them. Taking pity being one. And his would be accepting another hunter's kills. Only his son's. She understood this so she just grabbed her kills off the table but didn't leave. It would be rude since she started a conversation with Elliott after he came in. She ignored his father's comment on him being the best hunter around and smiled at Elliott when he gave her that look. She understood. Every parent was like that. Hers as well. To parents, their children were always the best at what they did.

She laughed a bit at Elliott's word. "Yes. The predators are always the slippery ones. And probably the most dangerous. Though a buck can be as dangerous. I should kno-..." She trailed off when the man came into the shop. She didn't want to mess with the butcher's business though her eyes did narrow a bit towards the gester for her to leave. But if course, being the kind and respectful girl, she didn't say anything to it. About to turn and leave, Taru froze when she heard Elliott invite her inside. She rubbed the back of her head before shrugging and nodding, a smile coming to her lips. "Sure. Just let me put my kills back in my saddle and tie my horse down. Be right back."

The short girl ran out of the shop and smiled even more as she saw Snow still standing outside, waiting patiently. Going to the horse, she slipped the kills into the saddle bags quickly before tugging the reins and tying him to a nearby pole. "Stay out here and be safe. I'll be back later, okay boy?" Snow threw his head and with that, Taru went back into the shop and smiled. "Okay. I'm good. Shall we?"
