The City of Dreams

"Does it seem impossible now?" I ask, as my facial expression changes to one of sick amusment

*I flash my fangs and extend my claws, growling feircly*

"Whatever you may think, there's one thing you arent going to have and that's Violet!"

"Even if that was my intention, who's going to stop me, YOU?" I say laughing slightly

(lol sorry i didnt mean to go off subject like that) Mark knew that he didn't have a very good chance of saving Violet if that was his intentions because of Alex's new race, but he knew he would at least try. Then he thought to himself, "Why am I thinking so much about Violet all of the sudden?"

"Something bothering you, friend?"

Mark looked back up at Alex with a new face. "I should be asking you that question my friend, for you are the one who found me. Surely there must be a reason you cam to me, am I right?"

"Do I need a reason to see and old friend, not that proving I was right all along isn't satisfying however" I say with a grin.

Mark started to walk off, "Whatever, just dont hurt Violet and I have no beef with you." He turned the corner and headed home.

Violet entered her home silently, only stopping to great her mother before she darted up stairs to her room. With a sigh she sat heavily no her bed, running a hand through her Chocolate her softly.

"I'll be seeing you again"

*I say quietly, but upon turning around, I am no longer there (I'll be back [szcwartsinager voice] xP)*

LOL Schwartzanager) Mark went up to his appartment building and pushed the button for the 7th floor. Once the elevator stopped he went to his room and let himself in. The couple in the room next to his were fighting again and he gave a quick kick to the wall to shut them up. He sighed and threw his jacket to the floor and flopped across his bed. He lie there and stared at the ceiling wondering if Violet got his number. He rolled over on his bed and stared out the window.

A few hours later, Mark woke up and walked to the small kitchen in his apartment. He made himself some food and then went and sat next to the tv and telephone in his livingroom.

Violet had fallen asleep at some point in time, though she was not quite sure when exactly. When she awoke it was getting light out again and she sighed, slipping off of her bed. She dug her hands into her pockets to empty them, and realized all she had at that time was the napkin. She produced the napkin from her pocket and looked it over. "I wonder if i should call him.." she muttered to herself, grabbing her cell phone from her bag and sitting once again on her bed. "It...can't hurt" she muttered, dialing the number and placing the phone against her ear lightly, listening to it ring.

Mark heard the phone ring and took it off the side table and answered it. "Hello?"

Violet flinched a bit at his voice, seeing as she never really called people, "Hello, mark? It's violet.." she muttered, realizing he may not hear her all that well . "I well, you left me your number..and umm" she muttered, realizing she had nothing really to say too him, her face flushing.
