Now Tori knew she was in the right place. Mattias, the coward, was backing away from her. She through a sharp glance at him, even though there was a slim to none chance he would see her. "Tori. But what does my name have to do with anything?"

"Tori," Derrin smirked. "Nice name you got there. How's about you join us... I'm sure Jake would love to meet you."
Matthias tensed up, muscles freezing. Oh, crap! Don't do it, Tori! He knew that it was his fault, anything that happened to Tori now. All his fault.

Tori tilted her head to the left. "Who is 'us'?" she questioned, laying her hands on her hips. "And what would you want to do with a measly human?" Hopefully, what's-his-face couldn't see, because Tori was biting her lip.

Neo saw Derrin and walked toward him. He grabbed his keys with his mouth while he was being distracted. The he managed to unlocked the cement cuffs on his hands. They fell on the ground and Neo pocketed the keys.

As Tori was trying to look somewhere else other than the scary guy, who still had no name, she heard a young man. She'd never noticed him before now. And with a sly movement, she stepped on his chest, holding him to the ground. "I don't think you're supposed to be going anywhere," she said, grinning into the dark. She quickly realized that it seemed as if she were trying to help this fool who asked too many questions, so she backed off, her back towards Matthias.

Matthias heard the jingling of keys, and knew that Derrin hadn't unlocked Neo's cuffs himself. Behind the blindfold, his eyes twitched. "Oh, dear lord."
Derrin spun around, a cruel, insane smile on his face. "What did you just do?"
He raised his left hand righteously into the air, and an ear-piercing shriek resounded through the landscape.
"Happy?" Matthias shouted at Neo, falling to his knees, holding his head. His vision started swimming, and even with his ears blocked, the noise was incessant. "Stop it!"
Derrin sneered, and kicked Matthias, and whoever else would fall victim.
[Chippy biggrin Rorreami. Um, now would be a good time for Jake to come in, along with Greg. Greg'll be by Jake's side. smile ]

Tori instinctively covered her ears and fell on her knees to the ground. (To lazy to say any more...)

Jake heard the high-pitched screech that Derrin could emit, and he followed the sound. Anything to see a good snapping and fun fight. He did have to cover his ears and cringe, but he refused to step down, that only made him seem weak. "Hey man, calm down, we get it," he said, still snot-headed as ever, despite the pain he was enduring.

(Hmm, assuming he knows Derrin, then I have some editing to do.)

Neo fell to the ground in pain, but he managed to reach into his pocket and pull out a paper clip. He made it straight and then forced it into Derrin's body.

Derrin snarled, grabbing at the intrusion- he knew what that moof could do- but wasn't able to get a grip. His eyes darted purposefully to Jake, and his shoulders slumped.
"You never," he whined, "ever let me have fun. All you do is dote on that little obsessive brat of yours. Gregory, right? Bah! Can't you see he's just an annoying pest?! Are you really that blinded by your own voyeuristic pride?"

Greg, hearing the insults thrown at him and Jake, his savior, reddened in the face. "You don't know the meaning of voyeuristic do you, brute?" He snickered, trying to cover up his obvious embarrassment. "It means to be sexually aroused by spying on people while they commit erotic acts." He jabbed his finger, sneering, "Maybe you are trying to sound less of a bestial mutant, and more like an 'intelligent' normal. Insecurity is the mother of cruelty."
