How to Fix Downvoting

I never did understand why the lowest votes I recieved were always on Mondays :

its the downvoters way of damaging your AVG to the point where its hard for it (AVG) to go up

Does that work?
Cuz I'll start out with a 2.5 rating, and then 20 minutes later, I've ranked at number 12.

well usually ppl are attacked by alot of downvoters at the beginning

I must be lucky. That only happens to me on occasion.
