Bosses: --- the mission to catch the rogue meister will have three or four, depending on what choices you make, bosses who are at the upper echelon of the rogue meister's new order. In order to get to him, you'll have to go through them. They have their own territories which you'll have to find, battle some minions, a NKE, and then the demon or witch in charge. They don't play nice, so don't think that this part will be easy just because it's not the main act.
Reward: 1 demon soul, 10 Kishin eggs per team. There are four bosses and three teams, so there is a chance that one team could get a bonus package. If you find this boss, and claim it, I trust you to handle the divvying up of souls peacefully. If you can't decide what to do with the souls, send them here.

Summary: A Rogue meister has been reported to be hiding out in a bustling metropolis after eating the soul of his last target, overpowering his partner, and eating her soul as well. In addition the trafficking report suggests the meister has made himself a habit of eating human souls as well, putting him in the category of Kishin in the making. The problem with this is that Shibusen is pretty sure the meister quit out of hate for the school--duh-and so is seen as the bad kind of Kishin.
The mission starts out with a wanted add for said Kishin in the making, and begins with the team(s) from Shibusen starting in the city at locations of their choosing (i.e. bus stops, airports). The teams continue on searching places suspected to be the hideout as calculated by the Shibusen intelligence. However, instead of finding the Kishin what will be found are the territories of the bosses, who have information. Use all their clues to find the location of the real hideout.
Meanwhile, Gamma's team will be looking for souls to pawn off to ladder-climbing students. If you encounter Gamma remember that he is a Death Machine. If your character hates Machinists, play accordingly. Repeat: do not assume that Gamma is automatically on your team. Gamma will also attract the attention of other DMs, as they are looking to reprogram or kill him. The other DMs will definitely attack. If you find yourself near Gamma at the start of a DM fight you may get yourself dragged into it, in which case I will caution you that the DMs are nothing to be trifled with--comparable to graduate and/or death scythe level and equipped with a hive mind. Remember, there's no shame in running to go collect souls.

Bowman picked a job from the mission board, gathered what information he could on it, and decided to head out. With the crises currently going on around Death City, he decided the officials probably weren’t in the mood to play nice with a rogue DM.
He notified Gamma that he was headed out, and asked him what the rendezvous point should be.
He gathered his tools, and his weapons; a hang glider, brass knuckles, and various electric-based equipment, made of parts stolen from the Machinist Order. Hopefully, they'd be enough for just a small mission.

Teams who have seen this notice posted and have set out to bring the rogue meister down, whether because of loyalty to the school or personal gain in the potential soul reward, have set themselves on a dangerous path. As your team rolls into the city, they realize that the notice left no clues as to the whereabouts of the meister. On the back of the paper you see that it says, "Our informants will be in contact with you periodically," and nothing else. It can be gathered from that that you are to continue searching the city and surviving until you get enough information to locate the hideouts of the meister's bosses, and through them the rogue himself.
You arrive in the blinding high noon sun. Thanks to all the metal and white concrete everywhere the city has a faint glow most of the night, and is nearly unbearable in the day.
Archaida City Is a triumph of engineering and architecture. The only thing more impressive than it's complexity is its size. The streets are a labyrinth and the signs all seem to contradict each other. Navigating the city will take some getting used to, but it is possibly as the natives seem to almost swim through the streets as if this was Atlantis. You may enter however you wish, but regardless, you will be completely lost for some time.

"Archaida City, huh?" Tom thought. Interesting place. I wonder if any others will be arriving soon, and where we should meet? Maybe I can try getting on the web in the local coffee shop, and get a map of this place, as well as get an idea of the how the underground works.
Lost in the busy streets of a city all too foreign to him, Takeshi could feel a spell of dizziness come over him as he rotated his whole body while looking upward at the enormous buildings. It was obvious that he was closer to a tourist than anything.
"Lost already... Mm... Maybe I should listen to my teddy bear when he says I'm an air head, I should have asked directions instead of running into this one." Searching for clues seemed nearly impossible, at this point it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Who was going to help him when he wasn't even a student at either schools? Taking the mission, Takeshi was expecting to help Shibusen even more without them finding out his existence. Was it possible? Most likely not, but he had to try.
Takeshi's Techniques - The ones in use will be bolded.
Spells/Powers:
+ Black Step - Very similar to the original Takeshi's blue step the black step is a variation of it. By resonating with himself Takeshi is capable of moving at super high speeds leaving behind a blur like after image of him. The reason why the technique gets the name Black Step is because of the clothing Takeshi wears, when the after image of Takeshi is left it looks all black and fuzzy due to his clothing. Unlike the original the alternate can use this technique in quick succession due to his stamina so he could out speed anyone he comes into contact with. Anyone that is unfortunate enough to battle Takeshi will have a hard time catching up with him. This technique can't be used in his madness release form because Takeshi doesn't travel the way he does when he is using madness to enhance most of his capabilities. Most people confuse this technique as teleportation but truly its Takeshi's speed. In his kishin form this move is referred to him as the black dance due to the dramatically enhanced speed boost.
+ Soul Protect - A technique that is in constant use by Takeshi. In order to escape Shibusen's meisters and weapons Takeshi will use soul protect. This allows Takeshi to bypass soul perception which would be able to distinguish his soul from an average humans soul. Most with soul perception will see his soul as a human soul and have no clue of his warlock soul. He is also capable of disguising his wavelength to that of a regular cat. Since there are certain people that would be able to detect lies due to the fluctuations of wavelengths Takeshi has learned to keep his wavelength calm so no one would be able to detect his lies.
+ Familiars - Around the time Takeshi was still going to the DMA in the alternate universe he managed to animate his toy teddy bear. He named it Cookie and cares a great deal for it, calling it a him instead of a her since it didn't seem as feminine. Normally the stuffed bear is used for stuff such as household chores or guarding Takeshi while he sleeps. Cookie means the world to Takeshi and so far he thinks of them as the only beings he could truly trust. Always around Takeshi, he wears them on an article of his clothing all of the time which is usually his sweater. All he has to do is say his name and the familiar will awaken and grow a bit bigger in size. Cookie can't speak but Takeshi can understand every movement he makes since they have a unique link. Usually when he awakens the stick on the bear in toy mode will also grow. So far Cookie has been known to be used as a spy, guard, and even test dummy for training. Cookie is surprisingly fast and is able to move without detection, especially since he has no soul. After sustaining some damage they will revert back to their toy form. Cookie can scale tall buildings with a super jump but other than that and the previously mentioned features, that's all he could do. His other familiars are a bit different and are summoned for combat reasons. When using his shadow magic Takeshi can create familiars that are produced from his own shadows. These familiars aren't as strong individually but more of as a group. Usually producing five to ten shadows in order to attack his enemies Takeshi will order them to attack his enemies. The first familiars, shadows, are the weakest and capable of just scratching attacks and more stuff when they're in a group. Stalkers are the next level of shadows and much more quick and able than shadows. Most of the time Takeshi will create just five since they are more than capable of fighting by themselves.
+ Madness Overload - A technique that allows Takeshi to take on even the mightiest of foes. By amplifying the madness already within himself, Takeshi can fight on the level of a human that is undergoing madness release. When under the powerful influence of madness Takeshi's traits and abilities and greatly enhanced enabling him fight on an entirely new level. Upon using this technique Takeshi will also change his appearance greatly such as wearing a black cloak made of madness, his feet will also sink into the ground leaving only his legs. The way Takeshi travels now is by sinking into the ground as a shadow, his body now bends and twists in strange ways. Only when Takeshi uses madness overload is he capable of summoning his unique mask and weapon made of madness which you could learn more about in the description above. Among the new abilities Takeshi obtains he can transform his body into a shadow and phase through an enemys attack. This lasts one post and needs a five post cool down. Towards the end of training to learn how to control his madness he developed this form. Amplifying his own madness was a huge risk therefore Takeshi's master didn't like the idea of using it in battle but the young man will still use it if needed. Because of Takeshi's training with the cultist he is able to control the madness even more now and can freely enter this stage whenever he wants and maintain it for extended periods of time. Despite being able to fully control the madness release his personality will change to closely resemble that of a madman. His fighting style will be unpredictable and hard to follow. Just because he loses some sanity Takeshi will still be able to know the difference between friend and foe alike so his allies won't be in any real danger.
+ Kishin Form - This form is a last resort. When Takeshi enters this form his speed is unmatched and his strength unparalleled. His defense is also given an amazing boost as well as all his five senses. Though when undergoing this form Takeshi makes sure to chain these big morning stars on his arms as a sort of restraint. Even with the restraints Takeshi is able to move at high speeds in this form easily as if the restraints didn't even exist. After eating many pure human souls fed to him by the cult that raised him he began to grow more aggressive. More powers were revealed and he was coming closer to becoming a true kishin however he started losing himself. He would see illusions and go into these panic attacks. It was awful for the boy. Losing his sanity he said he wouldn't eat another pure human soul until his training to carry out the cults mission would be carried out. Later he would get better and regain his sanity but he would still swear off of eating pure human souls. He uncovered this form after eating the last pure human soul he would eat at the abandoned hospital. Everyone immediately thought that Takeshi was in the process of becoming a kishin because his wavelength was reaching levels that closely resembled that of a regular kishin, however this wasn't the case. Quickly his body changed and his eyes didn't even look normal anymore. Just as everyone was about to celebrate his awakening as a kishin he reverted back to his average form. Later he would learn that he could enter this form freely though every time he did his body would be under heavy stress afterwards. Despite obtaining this form he can't maintain it for large periods of time unless he becomes a full fledged kishin. By eating just one more pure human soul Takeshi will become a true kishin and transform into his kishin form permanently. Without the restraints Takeshi can attack using his claws or his legs to cause devastating damage. He also gains the ability to manipulate and produce intense black flames of madness from his body. These can be used for a number of purposes such as using it in physical combat, creating barriers of black flames, and even incorporating a battle style for it. The black flames are extremely intense and are more deadly than average flames. Ultimately this form is stronger than his madness overlord form. If Takeshi uses this form in succession he will grow a third eye on his forehead symbolizing that the madness has nearly taken over him and his mind on the border between sane and insane.
+ Madness Manipulation - The ultimate form of madness is being able to harness that power and control it. This ability of Takeshi allows him to use his madness to enhance his physical prowess and speed. Thanks to this ability Takeshi is able to use his shadow magic offensively as well as concentrate the madness through his sword to enhance his cutting ability. Madness manipulation is the ability to use the massive amounts of madness within someone to empower the user or compress it into the form of blasts and beams. Madness is available to everyone since most people have at least a small amount of madness within them. Only those with immeasurable amounts of madness could unleash the full potential of its empowering properties. Depending on the person the effects of madness will effect everyone differently. Being the new embodiment of fear Takeshi's madness is terror. His magic is the control of shadows. By empowering himself with madness he is covered in a black shadow like aura that makes itself very apparent. Though empowering his body with madness gives him a darker look this isn't a form that can be compared to his other two but he does consider it due to the appearance change. This empowerment transformation is known as Shadow Drive hence the aura that would be emanating from him. When compressing the madness into a destructive force Takeshi can create black balls of madness that cause dome like explosions that range quite far. Compressing it into a form of blast is also possible. Finally Takeshi can alter the form of the madness and change the shape of it, enabling him to convert the madness into weapons. In weapon form the madness is highly weak to an Anti-Demon wavelength and will immediately disperse should a user come into contact with it.
+ Black Shadow Magic - This is the type of magic that Takeshi uses as a Warlock. By fusing Takeshi's magical power with the shadows he can manipulate them making them fall under his command. Now before the madness had made its presence known within the young warlock's body, this form of magic wasn't as deadly. It allows the complete manipulation of shadows within the nearby vicinity. Altering the shape and form of shadows was the original limitation before Takeshi's madness amplified its powers and changed the shadows he controls into a physical form. Much like vector magic, shadow magic is very similar in the way it attacks, although shadow magic differs and has some unique limits. Takeshi can only manipulate shadows when there are actually shadows, he can't function well in areas devoid of light entirely. Despite being able to control shadows only Takeshi's shadow can be used in an offensive manner. After Takeshi's shadows have been amplified by his own madness they've evolved and managed to grow eyes and mouthes with teeth. These mouthes are capable of eating and the eyes link back to Takeshi, basically it enables father eye sight. Takeshi's shadow can take on a variety of shapes, from sharp spikes to tendril-like hands. He can also manipulate, slice through or devour anything that comes in contact with his shadow and it appears invulnerable to conventional physical harm, although it can be deflected by sufficiently hard objects. He can also see and talk through his shadowy eyes and mouths wherever his shadow can extend. Any form of light magic interferes with Takeshi's shadow magic. Madness induced shadows however are much more resilient than the regular shadows Takeshi manipulates. After using madness overload Takeshi's whole body will be able to transform into a physical form of the shadows themselves enabling him to use his shadow magic anywhere. Mi poked her head out from around a corner and stared at Takeshi. She had followed him all the way here looking for any chance to make her move. It would have been so much better for her if he had been going to somewhere like Venice or Paris. Romantic cities where she could have some time alone with Takeshi. Although she wanted the other Takeshi to love her she would take any Takeshi.
Gamma didn't enter the city as easily as the rest of them, or at all for that matter. Instead the mech skated around the waterways surrounding the metropolis, picking his moment. With a city so advanced and large as this, there wasn't time to employ a big walking security staff, and so cameras attached to sentry drone dotted the skyline of Archaida. Gamma had found himself a cozy sewer to hide out in, and would do so until nightfall.
As Tom went into the coffee shop (which I assume you were doing), he would find get internet speeds--for once!--and friendly service. It was a curious place indeed, but perhaps just as strange was the fact there were no maps of the city to be found. It appeared that everyone in the city who knew their way around had to figure it out the hard way. Soon a barista to would come to take his order.
Afterward, on the check, was a message giving the wizard an address in some obscure part of town. It also had the word "think" written on it in red letters. If Bowman was smart, he'd go there immediately for answers.

While looking dumbfounded up at the mortar madness of the city, Alt. Takeshi would be bumped by a stranger. And not just a minor collision, a full on shoulder check. In that instant of disruption, the diversion was capitalized on. The dirt that was Takeshi's attention was pulled away to reveal a pocket in which to plant the seed that was a slip of paper containing information. But rather than have the hybrid notice off hand, the stranger sustained the interaction saying, "Watch the street, jerk off!" Muttering as he went on, "********' tourists." The next time Takeshi went to check his phone he would feel the paper. On it would be a message telling him to head to pier 15 at dusk. It was small, so it said nothing else, but the message was clear, and if Takeshi wanted any answers he would do just what it said. As for Mi, she could learn of the message if/when she decided to go talk to Takeshi.

Tom questioned whether the note was a setup or not. He decided that, at this stage in the game, it was more likely that this was his contact than an ambush.
He nonchalantly finished his internet activities, taking note of all the electronic shops, bazaars, flea markets, power plants; in short, every address he could scrounge up on anything remotely tech-based; Tom was a rather low-powered wizard in terms of magic, and he needed the ability to make high-powered "charms" or machines to augment his strength.
He did his best to not even search for anything black market/gang related; after all, that stuff probably wouldn't be on the web, and there was no point getting himself tracked.
Takeshi was a little annoyed with the random stranger that bumped him, but it was especially aggravating due to him not use to being talked down to like that. Still, he wouldn't so much as utter an insult his way. It was better to stay under the radar at the moment. His existence had to remain a cover under all cost, or at least until he could find out what to do with himself.
"A real people pleaser that guy was. Sheesh! Cookie wouldn't stand for that, no he would not." Time flew by quickly as Takeshi wandered aimlessly looking for clues, unaware that someone was watching him. As he was just about to call it quits, he checked his pocket and found a clue. Grinning he thanked the stranger that bumped into him on the street before trying to get to the designated location.

Team 1:
Tom Bowman elects to try finding the address written on his bill and in doing so walks into a labyrinth of tricky street names. To get out of the square he was in, he would have to travel down a straight street which merged into a street which looped back around to the start. A street that went out from the main street looked as if it would carry the wizard out of the loop, but instead it turned out to intersect and merge with the loop halfway through. There are two dead end streets that do not touch the loop again. One of the dead ends starts in downtown. Bowman needs to find a way to the start of Downtown. Begin.

Mi pouted, that man had been rude to her Takeshi and wanted to chase him down when Takeshi walked off. Mi quietly followed behind wondering where he was going now.
After a day's searching, finding only the surliest, busiest people with nothing to really be upset over or any particular place to go--like wound up electrons--Alt. Takeshi arrived at Pier 15 just as he was advised to, and the creepy curious cat known as Mi Miki soon followed. A strange fog rolled in at this time each and every day, without fail or warning. It was thick enough to play with the mind's eye; creating ghosts with shadows, their fingers with the clammy breeze, and demon eyes with cigarette cherries. After a few moments of waiting here, a voice could be heard at Takeshi's side without warning.
"You know, you're pretty dumb." This one wasn't any friendlier than the others. "You were followed." the man flicked his hand across his nose, like he was itching it, but was really pointing to an alley Mi had been watching from.
"Don't look!" He sighed a drag from his menthol out into the for which obliterated it immediately, leaving only a slight stir. "Anyway, you must be new at this. Here, wait a second, I'm gonna take a leak." the man walked off to go deal with his bladder, He vanished into the fog, became it, and in a moment was right by Mi's ear.
"HI CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING!" He shouted in the poor neko's ear. "You know, it's kind of rude to intrude on certain deals like this... I don't know what kind of stuff you're in to, but if you want a ride," he leaned in and held a small bag of fine crystals in front of her face, "all you have to do ask."
"But that's not why you're here, is it?" He took a drag of is smoke and stepped back. "I've seen you follow the kid here. Look, I'm touched, I really am, but if the boy thinks he's big enough to make a deal then you've really gotta let 'em honey. That's all there is to it... You're the only one watching him, right? Amateurs." Clearly Takeshi and Mi had found a different sort of lead.
Team 1:
Gamma
Meanwhile, the Death Machine known as Gamma had stirred from sleep mode beneath the city's concrete skeleton, rushing through the fog like the smoke of the dealer. It knew the scanners of the sentry mechs would be hindered by the fog. That, coupled with low light made this the perfect time for Gamma to start gathering info on the city. Although his sensors were being blocked by something--the reason he couldn't find Bowman--he was able to map the first few streets out around the 31st pier fairly easily.
Above, on a building without any distinguishing features, stood the blue mech Delta. Every night it released this fog unbeknownst to the roaches below. Tonight it didn't hide the noise underneath but highlighted, isolated, a voice it'd been listening for for at least a month.
Mi had been quietly watching Takeshi. He had met with a strange guy who then wandered into the fog. At the sudden shouting in her ear Mi screamed running out from her hiding place and behind Takeshi using him as a shield.
Takeshi didn't like this place, it was much too shady for him, and that was saying something for a shadow user.
"This is the place. What am I supposed to do now?" All of the sudden voice came out from nowhere. At first he was accused of being dumb, something he was accused of being a lot lately by his familiar. It didn't really bother him so much to the extent of on the street. When he pointed he was about to look, but was stopped. He left Takeshi alone so he could "take a leak" or whatever that phrase meant. As he waited he didn't say a word or think too much, he assumed that this was about the mission he had tried to take for the academy. Within the fog he began yelling, it was so sudden that it scared him and caused him to jump. Afterward Mi had begun using Takeshi as a shield. He assumed that it was because of the guy that had yelled. Not catching his name he didn't know what to call him other then that guy. And so the man went on while Takeshi just stood there dumbfounded not knowing what to make out of all of this. It didn't sound like it had anything to do with rising kishin threats. "Um... What?" He broke his silence just standing there. It was clear that he didn't know what to make of anything the man said or these crystals he had.
Takeshi's Techniques - The ones in use will be bolded.
Spells/Powers:
+ Black Step - Very similar to the original Takeshi's blue step the black step is a variation of it. By resonating with himself Takeshi is capable of moving at super high speeds leaving behind a blur like after image of him. The reason why the technique gets the name Black Step is because of the clothing Takeshi wears, when the after image of Takeshi is left it looks all black and fuzzy due to his clothing. Unlike the original the alternate can use this technique in quick succession due to his stamina so he could out speed anyone he comes into contact with. Anyone that is unfortunate enough to battle Takeshi will have a hard time catching up with him. This technique can't be used in his madness release form because Takeshi doesn't travel the way he does when he is using madness to enhance most of his capabilities. Most people confuse this technique as teleportation but truly its Takeshi's speed. In his kishin form this move is referred to him as the black dance due to the dramatically enhanced speed boost.
+ Soul Protect - A technique that is in constant use by Takeshi. In order to escape Shibusen's meisters and weapons Takeshi will use soul protect. This allows Takeshi to bypass soul perception which would be able to distinguish his soul from an average humans soul. Most with soul perception will see his soul as a human soul and have no clue of his warlock soul. He is also capable of disguising his wavelength to that of a regular cat. Since there are certain people that would be able to detect lies due to the fluctuations of wavelengths Takeshi has learned to keep his wavelength calm so no one would be able to detect his lies.
+ Familiars - Around the time Takeshi was still going to the DMA in the alternate universe he managed to animate his toy teddy bear. He named it Cookie and cares a great deal for it, calling it a him instead of a her since it didn't seem as feminine. Normally the stuffed bear is used for stuff such as household chores or guarding Takeshi while he sleeps. Cookie means the world to Takeshi and so far he thinks of them as the only beings he could truly trust. Always around Takeshi, he wears them on an article of his clothing all of the time which is usually his sweater. All he has to do is say his name and the familiar will awaken and grow a bit bigger in size. Cookie can't speak but Takeshi can understand every movement he makes since they have a unique link. Usually when he awakens the stick on the bear in toy mode will also grow. So far Cookie has been known to be used as a spy, guard, and even test dummy for training. Cookie is surprisingly fast and is able to move without detection, especially since he has no soul. After sustaining some damage they will revert back to their toy form. Cookie can scale tall buildings with a super jump but other than that and the previously mentioned features, that's all he could do. His other familiars are a bit different and are summoned for combat reasons. When using his shadow magic Takeshi can create familiars that are produced from his own shadows. These familiars aren't as strong individually but more of as a group. Usually producing five to ten shadows in order to attack his enemies Takeshi will order them to attack his enemies. The first familiars, shadows, are the weakest and capable of just scratching attacks and more stuff when they're in a group. Stalkers are the next level of shadows and much more quick and able than shadows. Most of the time Takeshi will create just five since they are more than capable of fighting by themselves.
+ Madness Overload - A technique that allows Takeshi to take on even the mightiest of foes. By amplifying the madness already within himself, Takeshi can fight on the level of a human that is undergoing madness release. When under the powerful influence of madness Takeshi's traits and abilities and greatly enhanced enabling him fight on an entirely new level. Upon using this technique Takeshi will also change his appearance greatly such as wearing a black cloak made of madness, his feet will also sink into the ground leaving only his legs. The way Takeshi travels now is by sinking into the ground as a shadow, his body now bends and twists in strange ways. Only when Takeshi uses madness overload is he capable of summoning his unique mask and weapon made of madness which you could learn more about in the description above. Among the new abilities Takeshi obtains he can transform his body into a shadow and phase through an enemys attack. This lasts one post and needs a five post cool down. Towards the end of training to learn how to control his madness he developed this form. Amplifying his own madness was a huge risk therefore Takeshi's master didn't like the idea of using it in battle but the young man will still use it if needed. Because of Takeshi's training with the cultist he is able to control the madness even more now and can freely enter this stage whenever he wants and maintain it for extended periods of time. Despite being able to fully control the madness release his personality will change to closely resemble that of a madman. His fighting style will be unpredictable and hard to follow. Just because he loses some sanity Takeshi will still be able to know the difference between friend and foe alike so his allies won't be in any real danger.
+ Kishin Form - This form is a last resort. When Takeshi enters this form his speed is unmatched and his strength unparalleled. His defense is also given an amazing boost as well as all his five senses. Though when undergoing this form Takeshi makes sure to chain these big morning stars on his arms as a sort of restraint. Even with the restraints Takeshi is able to move at high speeds in this form easily as if the restraints didn't even exist. After eating many pure human souls fed to him by the cult that raised him he began to grow more aggressive. More powers were revealed and he was coming closer to becoming a true kishin however he started losing himself. He would see illusions and go into these panic attacks. It was awful for the boy. Losing his sanity he said he wouldn't eat another pure human soul until his training to carry out the cults mission would be carried out. Later he would get better and regain his sanity but he would still swear off of eating pure human souls. He uncovered this form after eating the last pure human soul he would eat at the abandoned hospital. Everyone immediately thought that Takeshi was in the process of becoming a kishin because his wavelength was reaching levels that closely resembled that of a regular kishin, however this wasn't the case. Quickly his body changed and his eyes didn't even look normal anymore. Just as everyone was about to celebrate his awakening as a kishin he reverted back to his average form. Later he would learn that he could enter this form freely though every time he did his body would be under heavy stress afterwards. Despite obtaining this form he can't maintain it for large periods of time unless he becomes a full fledged kishin. By eating just one more pure human soul Takeshi will become a true kishin and transform into his kishin form permanently. Without the restraints Takeshi can attack using his claws or his legs to cause devastating damage. He also gains the ability to manipulate and produce intense black flames of madness from his body. These can be used for a number of purposes such as using it in physical combat, creating barriers of black flames, and even incorporating a battle style for it. The black flames are extremely intense and are more deadly than average flames. Ultimately this form is stronger than his madness overlord form. If Takeshi uses this form in succession he will grow a third eye on his forehead symbolizing that the madness has nearly taken over him and his mind on the border between sane and insane.
+ Madness Manipulation - The ultimate form of madness is being able to harness that power and control it. This ability of Takeshi allows him to use his madness to enhance his physical prowess and speed. Thanks to this ability Takeshi is able to use his shadow magic offensively as well as concentrate the madness through his sword to enhance his cutting ability. Madness manipulation is the ability to use the massive amounts of madness within someone to empower the user or compress it into the form of blasts and beams. Madness is available to everyone since most people have at least a small amount of madness within them. Only those with immeasurable amounts of madness could unleash the full potential of its empowering properties. Depending on the person the effects of madness will effect everyone differently. Being the new embodiment of fear Takeshi's madness is terror. His magic is the control of shadows. By empowering himself with madness he is covered in a black shadow like aura that makes itself very apparent. Though empowering his body with madness gives him a darker look this isn't a form that can be compared to his other two but he does consider it due to the appearance change. This empowerment transformation is known as Shadow Drive hence the aura that would be emanating from him. When compressing the madness into a destructive force Takeshi can create black balls of madness that cause dome like explosions that range quite far. Compressing it into a form of blast is also possible. Finally Takeshi can alter the form of the madness and change the shape of it, enabling him to convert the madness into weapons. In weapon form the madness is highly weak to an Anti-Demon wavelength and will immediately disperse should a user come into contact with it.
+ Black Shadow Magic - This is the type of magic that Takeshi uses as a Warlock. By fusing Takeshi's magical power with the shadows he can manipulate them making them fall under his command. Now before the madness had made its presence known within the young warlock's body, this form of magic wasn't as deadly. It allows the complete manipulation of shadows within the nearby vicinity. Altering the shape and form of shadows was the original limitation before Takeshi's madness amplified its powers and changed the shadows he controls into a physical form. Much like vector magic, shadow magic is very similar in the way it attacks, although shadow magic differs and has some unique limits. Takeshi can only manipulate shadows when there are actually shadows, he can't function well in areas devoid of light entirely. Despite being able to control shadows only Takeshi's shadow can be used in an offensive manner. After Takeshi's shadows have been amplified by his own madness they've evolved and managed to grow eyes and mouthes with teeth. These mouthes are capable of eating and the eyes link back to Takeshi, basically it enables father eye sight. Takeshi's shadow can take on a variety of shapes, from sharp spikes to tendril-like hands. He can also manipulate, slice through or devour anything that comes in contact with his shadow and it appears invulnerable to conventional physical harm, although it can be deflected by sufficiently hard objects. He can also see and talk through his shadowy eyes and mouths wherever his shadow can extend. Any form of light magic interferes with Takeshi's shadow magic.
