I'm still debating over it...

One of the badges I'm going to introduce is the Judge badge, still need to think of it's bonuses, but I believe it'll be test based for capability of being a GM. And it'll grant your character's some perks. Right off the bat, I'm thinking mail and armwear if not already possessed.

Basically, way I see it,
A Judge's character will still be able to participate with normal characters, but essentially be a plate-armored-whatever-they-are class, so if it is a plate-armored mage, so be it. Also armed with a d12 weapon of their choosing: axe, polearm, greatsword. The weapon may calculate off Strength, Agility or Magic based on the Judge's choice and all issued Judge gear will be custom and appropriate to the Judge's level. For RP of course they can't sell any of the gear or receive new gear for their character until the old gear is recovered. Make note however, the Judge can only use the Judge equipment when it comes to the armor and weapons, so because he or she can wear judge mail, it doesn't mean they can use normal mail. Which means they can never use the artifact and unique gear outside of their class allotments.

I don't expect to see very many Judge's though or an over abundance of members. Nature of the beast, anything even minutely complex and stratified will be off-putting, but we'll be fortunate in that the ones we do catch will likely be either very interested in Final Fantasy or in Tabletop RPGs. The ones with Tabletop RPG experience 'll be the easiest to integrate as they'll see and understand the rules easily. Those are the bunch we should go out of our way to find and recruit.

Much of this can be replicated by use of advantage points, 13 of em to be exact.
