A great mighty sound shot out through the night air. As if the very earth itself was turning over in its sleep, a multitude of crackings could be heard. Then a great rustling ensued as the very forest itself stood up. Massive limbs and ensnaring roots morphed into automaton-like limbs. The great trees then began to sprint. Wonders upon wonders, the Arbor Day nightmare loped to the creek and then set up a menacing barricade. Not a foot of space could be found between any two adjacent trees. All in all, it was a pretty epic spell, if Del said so himself.
Del grinned from his perch on the largest ent. He stood proudly, arms splayed and excited globules of energy dancing around him in a multitude of patterns. Each one controlled a tree; there were hundreds. Hardy stuff magic, difficult to disperse. The barricade faced the onrushing Dionysus twins+1.
"Going somewhere?" he called out to them.

Katrina noticed the sounds getting louder, but she couldn't find where was coming from. Obviously this person wanted the flag. She hung over the side a little too far and the cage toppled over.
As the cage was about to fall, Silena bit her lip and extended a hand into the cage. She grabbed the blue team's flag hastily from Katrina's right side and began to sprint to the creek. "Audry?!" she called out, her friend from the Athena cabin was probably still invisible.

The twins skidded to a stop.
"I'll give you back the $20 dollars I stole from you this morning if you go beast mode," Alexander begged.
"You stole from me," Adam screamed. His heart began beating faster and his face darken. He again double in size and toar through Del picking him up and fligging him into the air.

Del's ent friend swatted down the leaping wonder from mid-flight. The tree beast then began to crush the Dionysus camper into the ground. "Nu-uh uh," stated Del cheerfully. "See, my friends here are a mite over protective." Del did nothing to reign his ensorcelled creations as he heard a squelsh come from beneath.

 Miranda goes to go follow Audry, as she then goes to recall that its best to maintain flight with her armor, even though the armor's only half-way through the recharging, actually. "Its now or never," Miranda said, as she goes to take faster flight in an effort to guard Audry.  "It seems like the proto-weaponry works well, then," Selven said to himself, as he smirked while he goes to fire more stun darts on the opposing team's most offensive members, so it'll be easier to focus on the defensive members, as this fight is taking longer than expected, as Selven was surprised none of Artemis' Ranks were in there much, yet.

"Such a shame," Alex said coughing saw dust.

"Was it something I said?" asked Del as he alighted to the ground. The Demeter camper had always hated when idiots destroyed his pets. Though, in this instance, Del wouldn't be the only one to be dishing out a fiery wrath. He couldn't imagine about how Artemis would feel when he told her Dionysus' son had hacked one of her trees to pieces. Oh well, some things were best left unsaid . . . or not.
Del detached the rest of the ents from his magic globes, yet still maintained the globes themselves. The trees went dormant, and were trees again. His globes had gone transparent, ready for his commands. Let's just see how much that camper can handle, thought Del impishly. He then began to launch curse after curse after Adam. Green, yellow, purple, red, a myriad of rainbow-hued globes struck the camper one after another. All had a different effect. All were primed to seriously injure.

Kitty bit back a curse as Del fired spells at Adam. The globes! They are the key! she thought. Kitty ran in front of Adam and made them a sheild of wind. It also made them temporarily invisible. As long as he thinks we're here, it's good enough for us. "This is gonna be rough" she whispered to the twins. She pulled out a jar of greek fire which she had stashed in her pocket. "Get ready to run, guys". Still holding the temporary sheild up, she threw the jar right where she estimated Del was and extended the sheild so that it covered that whole side. It extended to about 15 Kms. Without a word, Kitty sprinted towards te trees on her right, the sound of the wind masking her footsteps. She urged the twins over and broke the sheild at regular intervals, so that it would look like she was behind one of them. She made the wind sheilds move forward, surrounding Del. If he's clever, he'll think I'm in one of them.

Nathaniel saw Silena fly with the flag. Nat waved his hand a tide of undead soldiers sprang from a crevise in the ground. They cattered their teeth in their freaky bat-like voice. "Capture them!" Nat ordered. Immediately, Miranda and Silena were being dragged by undead soldiers and were dumped into cages made out of bones. Nat winked at the girls as an undead soldier handed him their flag. "A son of Hades must do as Hades will." He climbed back up the rock and stuck the flag there, appointing two undead soldiers to guard the flag and two to guard the girls. He stood as a lookout, seeing Kitty taking on Del. She hasn't changed a bit.

((ok, just so you guys know, Athena_alice has asked me to take over her roll of Melanie untill her internet starts working again. After she returnes, Mel is her character.)) Melanie wanted to help Kitty and the others, but the other team needed to be dealt with first. If we can't hold their flag, we'll take it some other way. Here, Melanie's archery skills came in handy. She notched an arrow and sent it flying towards the red flag. It cut through the cloth material, but instead of going out completely, it stuck itself and with the force, dragged the flag along with it. If anyone looked up, they would see a flag flying through the air as if on it's own accord. *** Kitty noticed the flag in the air. Good job, Mel. thought she. If only she could fly the flag to the other side. But she had her hands full with holding up those wind sheilds. The flag fell a little way from the creek. Gritting her teeth, she made another barrier around it, so that even if anyone from the red team appear here, they wouldn't be able to see it. The wind bent the light around the flag, so it looked invisible.

This was not good at all, as Miranda was now concentrating on how to bust out of the bone cages, as Miranda then said, "Its time to amp this up," as Miranda goes to follow Estephany's example, and concentrate on requesting aid from her sisters, as Miranda goes to activate her helmet. She then catches glimpses of two beautiful girls already back with their father, one of whom possessed Sapphire Blue Eyes and silvery hair, the other was a brunette who had chocolate brown eyes, as Miranda then said with her thoughts, 'I need help here, even so much as more power, please?' as the Sapphire Blue-Eyed one, which Miranda remembered was Mina, goes to concentrate her powers, to allow Miranda to cut down the bones with her sword. "Its starting to work," Miranda said, as she was continuing to hack away at the swords, as she wanted to thank her sisters, soon. Once she managed to cut down segments of the bones, she goes to get Audry off the cage before the bones might grow back. As for the Brunette, Elissa, she then goes to watch in observation while helping to further enhance Miranda's heightened spatial awareness. Selven realizes its best to go grab back the flag, as he then goes to set the stunning to maximum power and the max firing rate for the Cross-Bows, as he goes to run back to the flag post as soon as he can manage it, as Selven then said, "We have to hurry," as he goes to reach his team's flag to make an effort to return it.

Kitty saw Selven reach for the flag. Goddamn it! Kitty abandoned her multiple sheilds as they were using up too much of her energy. She made the Red flag fly over to her, but she was carefull not to touch it. "You guys go, I'll keep Del company," she told Alex and Adam as she turned to face him. "Take this and go." She created a globe of air around the red flag and handed it over to the twins. They could carry the flag and not touch it. "It's only you and me Del. Are you willing to take me on?"

"Now, now, sweet heart, we wouldn't want to cause too much trouble now, would we?" Nat asked, as Miranda freed herself and Audry. He noticed another two girls. "Hello, pleasure to meet you and all. Let's save the introductions for some other time, shall we? Take them." He ordered his soldiers. The undead soldiers caught all the half-bloods and disarmed them. All their weapons were kept in a pile near the base of the rock. The girls were held up by undead soldiers and thrown into more bone-cages. These were so hard, you would have to wait for the sun to rise the day-after tomorrow if you tried cutting them.

Audry kept her cap on and felt around the bone cages. She finally found what she was looking for, the latch. She reached her arm through and managed to pull it out. She did the same with the other latches and the bones clattered all around her, she was free. She quietly did the same to Miranda and Silena. "Come on," She whispered then ran quietly over to Nat and kicked him hard in the stomach so that he doubles over. She stole the flag and started running for the creek.
Estephany noticed Adam being back to being all hulk-like. She then looked at her sisters and they nodded, then they all clapped their hands and a blizzard of white rose petals engulfed Adam, making him turn back to normal and forget the last five seconds. She the smiled at Del, "now that's how you do it!"
Arianna saw Kitty with the flag and made vines grab her and pull her back to earth. Arianna then began to pile mounds of plants and dirt on Kitty.
Natalia saw the flag in the twins' possession and walked over to them, dragging Estephany and Nicole with her. She looked at her sisters and winked so that they knew what they had to do.
The three sisters smiled and then looked back at the twins. They kissed their two fingers and then passed them over their eyes diagonally in the form of a peace sign. All of a sudden the two boys feinted and the three sisters took the flag from them. The flag wouldn't wipe any one from the red team's memory. They then walked away to hide the flag again, giggling.
Scipio shook himself and looked around, he saw Arianna burying Kitty and ran over to her to help her. He tapped his foot on the ground and his converse sprouted black wings. He was lifted into the air and flew to where Kitty was. He plucked her from the dirt and carried her to the other side of the creek. "You okay?" He asked her once they had both touched down on the ground.

"Thanks, Audry," Miranda said, as she goes to kick Nat away to some other section of the enemy team's territory, far away from the flag post, as Miranda goes to take advantage of her even more enhanced capabilities and make sure that the enemy flag could reach their team's territory. Selven goes to fire the stun darts at full power on Kitty, hoping to keep her out of it for at least 15 minutes of the match, hoping it could make enough of a difference to the game by then, as Selven then said, "This does not look good," as Selven was pointing out how the enemy forces are now all over Selven's team's territory, now.
