Laughter instantly stopped, and both creatures turned to the speaker with a snarl. Although one snarl was certainly bigger and contained a good deal more teeth then the other. Shikk's hands were already worked halfway through a seal before she realized that the human didn't appear to want to attack, and so she stopped. Laying a calming hand on her hyena summoning to get him to shut up with his snarling, she started to stand and answer his question.
"No. But she will be here soon enough. If she lives. Which she does of course, she wouldn't dare die before saying goodbye to me at least. And hopefully let me come with her to die as well." Shikk grinned, her attitude seeming to instantly change from hostile to an almost friendly tone. Now the shinobi took a moment to look over who her surpriser was. She looked the man up and down, as if sizing him up for a fight, and scowled to herself. How could she let someone like that sneak up on her and her summon? Mind you they had been rather preoccupied, but it was no excuse; she might have to kill him to save herself the shame.
Then Shikk's violet orbs looked him over again, and she took a few steps closer to him. "You're a Storm right? Yeah of course you are, or else you wouldn't be here. Why are you looking for Nayami?"
Her hand absently scratched at the hyena's head, and the beast seemed calm; although if one looked closely you would notice the tensed muscles, like he was preparing to leap and Shikk'd hand was the only thing holding him back. Which it was. The four-legged creature didn't like people it didn't know. With good reason.

Did he fit in that well? No... he couldn't have fit in that well, he wasn't even trying. But if this woman was of Storm, then why didn't she know that he wasn't from the village. It didn't settle well with him, but still she might know where Nayami was...
Then again, he wasn't sure this woman, and he only knew she was such by the bandaged curves she had, knew where she was. Still, the way she had looked at him wasn't exactly settling or comforting. He probably didn't even want to think about what this woman was thinking. Still, he figured ignoring her questions wouldn't help the situation in the least.
"I'm here to see her..." he wasn't exactly sure what he wanted with her, but he did know one thing. "Hageshii took her...where might he have taken her?" he asked more specifically. He did his best to look as harmless as possible, after all he didn't want any trouble from this woman who seemed to be adorned in throwing kunai. Not to say he wasn't already thinking of ways to turn such things against her.
Sighing, he looked away. He didn't want to loiter here too long when Nayami was still else where. Not to mention that jerk that had taken her from him. Hageshii. He wasn't sure if he was strong enough to stand against him, it seemed that the people from Storm were strong. Not a since of their best had bested any of the Storm nin.
He'd have to become stronger...
For himself.
For Nayami.

"You're not from Storm." Shikk narrowed her eyes. She wasn't stupid, she knew how to put two and two together. He didn't know who she was, that was obvious, but if he would have been from Storm he would have asked her what she was doing here. Or at least she hoped that Nayami's village was that intelligent and didn't let random shinobi into their village.
But at the mention that someone had taken Nayami her eye made a noticeable twitch, and the hyena at her side let out a low growl. First intinct demanded that she go after the Kage, and rescue her from whoever this "Hageshii" was. But she repressed that instinct, instead choosing to gather more information then act rashly. A rare thing for Shikk.
"Nayami will come to me eventually, would you like to sit with us while you wait?" The woman sat down again, facing the man infront of her, and with a rough tug on her summon's fur the beast lay down and tried it's best to look like it didn't want to kill anything.
Once comfortably sat, but still in a position where she could attack or dodge something sent her way, Shikk decided it was better to ask now. Just in case Nayami was in trouble and needed a hand. Well, some chakra to be more specific. "Who is Hageshii?"

Cold, remorseless, jade eyes peered at the two, one was an enemy, the other was a Storm Shinobi, someone dedicated to the Kage as he was. He did not know her personally but he did however realize her insanity, he was often not amused by it nor was he most caring for her. She seemed able to take care of herself anyways, however her obession with Nayami caused Hageshii to question her motives quite often, however there was something else that bothered him. That man was here, the man that dared touch Nayami, that man that dared touch her being an enemy on the side of her father. Hageshii stepped from the shadows, he had caught the last part of the conversation, having taken his leave of the Grotto not long after Nayami left.
"I...Am Hageshii Ikari...An Anbu Shinobi of the Storm Village...This man is an enemy, whom was sided with Nayami's father, the man that caused her so much pain, he now dares to believe he can have rest and be in this village without trouble...He will find that it will not be so easy for as long as I still have breath left in me..."
Hageshii's eyes narrowed at the bother of them, he had re-donned his Anbu mask, the black reptilian mask with red eyes looked upon them, the scent of danger was in the air. The man was certainly not one to be trifled with, he felt no fear of the man in front of him nor of the woman that was so overly devoted to the Arashikage. However he was not so much concerned about the woman, but more so the man, since he was an enemy and would likely always be an enemy in Hageshii's eyes. Likely if this woman was devoted as she seemed to be, she would share the spite that Hageshii felt toward this man. However, either way, Hageshii felt no need to say anything more to the either of them, and he made his way to Nayami's home and entered as always.
"You will never...Be welcome here, no matter how much Nayami wishes, you come to close to her, and I will kill you..."
Hageshii stopped for just a moment and allowed those words to float over his shoulder and back to the man whom it was directed toward, he cared not if the woman heard. The matter was not the buisness of the odd woman that was ever so devoted to Nayami, what matter was that that man, knew that he would die if he got to close to the Arashikage. That was a fact, Hageshii would take his own life if it meant destroying the man if he dared disobey what Hageshii had told him.

Shikk yawned through the small speach that Hageshii had given once she realized that the man meant no harm to Nayami. Talking usually bored her, because it let her mind ramble on incoherently, so she wrapped one arm around her hyena summon. The non-Storm shinobi didn't seem that bad, but something else was there for certain, both of the men probably thought themselves madly in love with the Kage. Knowing that Nayami was still well enough to fool with the fools minds, Shikk let out a giggle. And then with a large grin she directed her speech to Hageshii, not really knowiong if he would hear her or not, but not really caring. "So do you know when Naya will be back? She really should know I'm here again, and if her father's dead, is that what you implied? For then I'll much be wanting to speak with the woman."
The summon beside her grinned, they didn't fear an attack from the Storm ANBU, nor the other man from Nayami's father, but they were still cautious. Well, Shikk didn't seem so, but her hyena's tensed muscles showed that he was. He didn't like the attitude that Hageshii displayed, although they would probably be comrades soon enough, or at least aquiantances, so the beast didn't snarl nor growl.

After Nayami had left the grotto she had paid the shrine a little visit, sacrificing a small deer as she threw it upon the alter. Much to her distaste, Ametsuchi had refused to give her healing powers just yet, insisting her body still wasn’t in full condition to accept the newly found abilities, probably refusing her since the Arashikage was ready to snap Ametsuchi’s neck for telling Saikin about her plans.
Grinding her teeth roughly against one another she made her way up the rocky path that lead to her house. Her hands clenched tightly as a small flow of blood seemed to smear along her nails as well as drip down her wrists. “I swear I will slit his throat if I don’t get those healing abilities soon…” Nayami cursed as her bright blue eyes slightly narrowed at the small cluster of people that surrounded her house.
“Shikk?”
The Kage questioned curiously as she approached the woman slowly, her long black hair spilling over her shoulders as she gently cocked her head to one side in order to get a better view of the woman.

"Naya!" Shikk turned to face the voice that she knew like the back of her hand, and a wide grin spread across her face. Her summon too, perked his ears and turned quickly to face the Kage, his tense demeanor gone and replaced by a tongue half lolling out of his mouth. The shinobi started towards her, then stopped a moment, reconsidering her course. Although it went against every fiber of her bing not to maul Nayami to the ground and hug her, she restrained, and instead gave a bow to the woman instead.
Her hyena however, was not so restrained, and Shikk forgot to hold him back and so it wasn't an instant before the beast had run to the Kage, leapt up on it's hind legs and given her a lick on her face.
Shikk only grinned lossely and blushed a bit, though it was well hidden by the bandages over her face. Mentally she made a note to remind her silly friend that greeting friends that way wasn't the best thing to do when others were around. Especially men. Rash, silly men who though themselves hopelessly in love with Nayami. After all, they might get jealous.

An awkwardly large smile seemed to break out upon her lips as her shoulders bounced with a light laughter, her feet sliding across the ground as the force of the hyena pushed her back. Nayami could soon feel the wetness of the canine’s warm saliva stain her right cheek, one eye slightly closing as she winced at the feeling.
“It’s been awhile.” The Arashikage replied as she playfully scratched the hyena’s soft ears, the back of her right wrist running along her cheek as she wiped the sticky fluid off. “I would’ve thought you’d been gone for much longer.” As the canine dropped it heavy paws off from her shoulders, Nayami continued to grin as she kept her palm on top of his head, her fingers lightly stroking through his coarse fur.
“Did you come back to re-join my clan?” Nayami asked Shikk simply as she continued to pet the furry companion. Her crystal blue orbs locked upon Shikk as a cool breeze caused her long raven strands to dance across her creamy complexion.

"I have, that is, if you'll accept me of course." Violet eyes smiled happily at Nayami, and she relaxed a part of her that she hadn't know was tense. Her absence had been a bit shorter then expected, but she had completed what she'd gone out to do, and aquired a few new scars in the process.
"Of course we're welcome, Nayami never could resist my masculine charm." The hyena grinned and let out a sort of purr as the hand scratched the top of his head. "Of course, not that she can be blamed. very few females can resist me."
Shikk rolled her eyes a little, and was tempted to un-summon the creature, just to teach him a lesson; but it probably wouldn't deter the beast any. Besides, as if Nayami could ever really be tempted by a man, she was far too strong mentally and physically for anyone out there. "Zax I swear your ego grows twice as big every day..."

Hageshii still watched, since he had found that Nayami was not already in her home, he observed the two from afar, then finally Nayami made herself known. Hageshii watched, he felt an odd feeling, his hand shook, something wet began to drip down from his right hand. Hageshii looked from them down to his hand and noticed that he had been tightning his fist so harshly that his nails where drawing blood from his palms. Something else inside of Hageshii took this time of weakness to remind him of its exhistance, making sure that he knew that it was still there.
That is called anger Hageshii-kun...You should try to use it sometime, it can get you anything you desire...Do you desire her? Beautiful Arashikage-sama...Or maybe your fond of that Leina girl? Or maybe you'd like someone odd, perhaps the Shikk girl? Anger can allow you to get anything...Embrace your anger boy...
"...."
Hageshii stood in silence as the voice inside his head attempted to cause him to do something that was completely against his demeanor, something against his personality. But more and more it was sounding like a good idea, the more he heard it, the more exciting it sounded, just to find out what this feeling was. One could not imagine what it felt like for a person whom could never feel anything, truly, to be able to finally have an emotional thought, to be able to express true emotion.
Allow me to aid you...Let me in...Let me in...
"....He...He...He..."
Slowly Hageshii removed his mask silently, he allowed his long red hair to fall about him, for once it was not shooting off in many directions, spikey as it normally was. No, it merely hung about him, a little shorter then shoulder length, as he now watched them, a new look was in his eyes now, a dangerous new look. He made his way back toward them, Nayami, Temaki, and Shikk, all of them standing out in the open he made his way back to them. He stood then before Nayami his facial expression changed, a dangerous twinkle in his eyes, a gleam of his teeth spread into a smile.
"Arashikage-sama...I would like to speak with you about some new predictements, involving some paper work that was not filled out...Shikk-san, I believe it was...You may also come..."
He figured that Shikk girl would be angry with him for ordering her around, however it was not a total lie, there was indeed paper work that needed to be done. However he simple did not want to give Temaki the time he needed to speak with Nayami, he would now allow the man any time with her at all.

So, Hageshii was an Anbu. That made things really fun, he knew what the Anbu of his village were normally a force to be reckoned with and were normally fearsome in battle. What did that mean now? Well, it meant that he'd have to be in tip top condition and probably ready to fight dirty if he was going to fight this Hageshii. As that was the case, he was already thinking on possible weaknesses that the man possessed. It was all just a matter of time anyway; based on the way that he acted in Temeza, the were destined to bump heads again.
"Enemy...you don't know an ally when you see one do you? Too blinded by you're own incompetence." he replied, quietly yet loud enough to be heard. It was almost as if he were speaking to himself more than to the bandaged woman, Shikk as she'd been called, or Hageshii. More important than that was what he heard...
Nayami...
Turning partway around, he could see her. She looked so much better than she had before. If he had ever thought her weakened or on her last leg, the thought was long gone from his mind now. He smiled and wanted to follow the hyena's course as he raced at her and lathered her cheek with saliva.
He was tempted to join in the reunion, but instead stayed where he was. He knew that he wouldn't do much but present a problem for Nayami, and she seemed so happy at the moment. Then he felt him again, Hageshii. Turning to look at the man, he was coming back. But... he was different.
No mask...hair... red hair. It caught him off guard to say the least, but his demand for Nayami's attention wasn't in the least bit surprising. Stepping up, he'd have to make his claim for her time. "Nayami-sama," he asked averting his eyes as he stepping forward bowwing. "When you have a moment, I'd like to request some time with you Arashikage-sama." he said as politely as he could shrugging off Hageshii's earlier threats.

Nayami seemed to smile happily for the first time in ages, neither a smirk nor sneer, just a soft smile as her head gently fell to one side. “Of course I’ll let you back in, it’s not everyday I stumble upon someone as strong and loyal as you Shikk.” Bending over slightly her hand slowly fell from Zax’s head, her lips soon brushing up against his fur as she gave him a playful kiss on the top of his head. “And it’s not everyday I find someone as handsome as you Zax.” Her words were teasing and gentle as she flashed the canine a small wink before once again standing straight up, her eyes now landing upon the towering figure of Hageshii.
“Hmm, I bet a lot of paperwork has piled up in my absence…” With a heavy sigh the Arashikage slowly approached Hageshii, her lips parting in an inaudible yawn as she seemed to be already bored with the idea of filling out papers. “Yeah, I need you to accompany us as well Shikk; there are a few papers you must sign.”
Her bright blue eyes slowly strayed over to Temaki, after she had requested for Shikk’s presence with her and Hageshii. He had been quiet, almost too quiet for her liking always used to the cocky male who always had something to say to her, so when he spoke his voice seemed to ring through her ears. “Of course Temaki, once I’m done with Shikk I need you to fill out some papers as well since you are now a new Storm Shinobi, I’ll come get you in a few minutes or so.” Nayami’s smile never seemed to leave her lips as she continued to look over at Temaki. It had been too long, much too long since the last time she had seen him, the Arashikage had so much to tell him.
Turning slowly on her heel, she finally pushed open the large wooden doors that led inside of her grand house, a loud screech soon echoed through the air as the entrance was opened.

His eyes slit, they became dangerous, dangerous eyes that flashed gold, that cold feeling would run down the spine of all present as something horrible surfaced. Hageshii, for a moment had become someone completely different as his eyes pierced into Temaki's skull like a knife. He would not allow this, he could never allow this man to be here, nor would he allow him time to weasel his way to Nayami, no Hageshii would not have it. He would sooner tear the man's face off then allow him to have any time at all with Nayami, no, Hageshii had some objections.
"You are no ally...You are an enemy, I think the Arashikage is simpley blinded by your past relationship to realize that YOU, he whom thinks himself an ally, where on the side of her father, the man that caused her the most pain, and you also attacked a member of our village, a crime punishable by...Death...Do not ever...Claim yourself an ally of this village..."
Hageshii's tongue whipped like a cat-o-nine-tails, hitting Temaki right where it hurt the most, it could not be denied by the man, he had sided with Nayami's father. It did not matter what his intentions where, he had sided with the man that had caused the most pain to Nayami, Hageshii would never allow anyone to forget that. Then to the matter of Temaki attacking one of their number, also a valid truth, also punishable by instant death. This man was walking on death row, all that he was holding onto now was a small shred of light, Nayami was the only thing keeping him intact. And damned Hageshii would be if he allowed this man to cause Nayami weakness by such a reaunion, no, Hageshii would never allow such a thing to take place.
"Only one thing keeps you still alive..."
If looks could kill, Temaki, Shikk, the dog, and even Nayami would have all dropped dead at the very same time as his venomous eyes peered at all three of them. They slitted to the point where all one could see was a slight hint of gold and a slight bit of white nearly swallowed up into the flesh of his skin. His lips tightened into a thing line, it was not a scowl nor a frown, it simple was not an expression at all, it was an expressionless look that caused him to look fierce.

“Sheesh, settle down the both of you, you’re fighting over something that shouldn’t even be picked apart.” Nayami shook her head sadly as she took a peek over her shoulder, “On second thoughts, Shikk you stay with Temaki, I have to file some things out first and then I’ll both bring you the papers to save you the time of watching me go through thousands of documents.” Allowing an exaggerated sigh to pass through her lips, her fingers ran roughly through her bangs as she pushed them away from her eyes. “Come on Hageshii, let’s go, I cannot waste anymore time." The Arashikage spoke simply as soon beckoned him over with a gentle flick of her wrist, she knew he was going through some serious anger problems right now, and she really wanted to make it stop. The Kage really didn’t want anymore fighting to go on between the two of them, so for now, she’d have to separate them, making Shikk accompany Temaki so he didn’t have to be alone.
There was a light creak of wood as Nayami gradually made her way up the row of stairs, her head only turning slightly as she reached the top to see if Hageshii had indeed followed her.
Stepping into her office-like room, Nayami soon sat down on the other side of the desk, opening up a small drawer as she reached in to remove some ink and brush.
