I do so rarely get out much unless it is to kill something," she says smiling broadly showing a mouthful of very white and pointed teeth.

cozork felt there was no harm in revealing a small part of his family history.
"well as you know i am half demon, my father is a very old and powerful shadow demon, he now just about rules the shadow realms from which the shadow elements come from. my family are considered the most powerful in tribe diamond, being demons, we have only one real flaw, a natural rage beyond any other creature on this planet, i am sure that our friend Red here shares a certain amount of that rage from time to time"
cozork knew that there were more flaws to being a demon than the rage, but these were secrets of the shadow realm and if any non demon ever discovered them, they would be hunted. he did not wish for that to happen to his new 'friends'

"killing? well i think we might have something in common there" Red said, smiling to show her fangs. "a little something about my people? well all i can say is that all of my family has powers. my people...i havent returned home since i was 6...but we are very in tune with the earth, the flow of life and such. and all of my people are half animal, with either both a tail and ears, just a tail, just the ears, or no tail or ears but they still retain the sensitivity of their ears" she said. it wasn't much, but she didn't want to reveal much. she heard cozork talking about being half demon "well the rage is terrible, but since i only have the demon inside of me and im not actually half demon, im able to suppress the voice inside that torments me so. but whenever i have a weakness showing, it uses the opportunity to contact me, which is what you just saw" she said.

Risika couldn't help, but roll her eyes at Cozork's comments. It was obvious he was hiding much, how could someone who claimed to be so trusting and open, hide so much? She smiled slightly when she heard Red speak, at least she did not speak in only half truths. "And where do your loyalties lie?" she said softly trying to glean as much useful information from the two of them as possible, although she suspected it would take much persuasion to get anything useful out of Cozork.

"my loyalties lie with those whom are good friends, i do not particularly like my father. of all the demons that raised me, my uncle is the only one i could actually say i am fond of, he is not so powerful but he is very wise and has many friends. i suppose that is a form of power in itself"
cozork was not going to let his guard down again. these people were not like Rose, he knew that now, whilst rose no doubt had her secrets, she wasa caring soul, he felt there was something selfish about Risika, he would have to be careful

"And what defines a good friend?" Risika asks smiling and settling into a nearby chair. It seems she would have to do all the work in this 'friendship', Cozork was hardly inclined to be open or curious about Risika, making her wonder if she wasn't just being used to supplement his boredom while the others were away. Risika frowned not liking where her thoughts were leading her. Perhaps friendship with demons was not wise or at least not healthy.

Red felt Risika trying to extract more personal information from her. she had said the truth, just not the whole story and had to word what she said carefully, as to not give away too much personal information. "my loyalties lie...with my siblings and the very two imps i have" she replyed. it was true, yet not the whole story. she left it just at that

cozork debeted the conversation they were having, he knew she was asking all the questions, but he was tired, whilst she intruiged him, he knew she was dangerous.
though the demon in him liked the danger. it gave him a small rush.
"if you do not know the answer to that already with all of your experience, then you have learned a lot less of the world than you might think"
perhaps i am not too tired to play games after all he though to himself

After all are you not the one who offered friendship? And I accepted it, did I not? " Risika looked around her mind elsewhere, she felt like doing something to stir the pot...but felt Cozork would only try to make 'peace' with everyone. A nonviolent demon! What irony!

"My people are mutts, wanderers who rarely interfere in the lives of those outside the clan. Those of my family are the only ones who venture out...we are what you would call assassins. We take jobs to bring in coin in order to purchase necessary goods that the clan can not make themselves. I am here because the decisions of these people will affect the fate of mine. We are ever closing in upon a time when my people can not remain apart from the rest of the world. We desire acceptance, I am here to make that happen by any means necessary," Risika spoke honestly and clearly, hoping to win him to be her ally in this, if for nothing else she needed support to keep her clan from forever remaining outsiders. She would do anything necessary to see her dreamed fulfilled and her people happy and with a future.

cozork realised the truth within her words as she spoke them, despite her having cruel intentions at times, it would seem that she does indeed care a little after all.
"i am sure that something can be done to make your people more welcome around here, i would hate to see a decision reached that has bais against any individual race"
cozork let his tension go a little, but decided to leave the additional shadows there, you never know when you might need a little help.

"You do not understand the way my people are treated. We are a mix of a little bit of everything and have not always come by our ancestry through highly moral means," Risika shuddered thinking of the legends her people passed down generation to generation. "But I will not see them shunned anymore," she stated firmly.

Red walked a bit forward, as to not be left out of the conversation and to lighten up the mood (she felt it was getting tense again). "i guess we're all acquainted now huh? well i-" but she couldn't finish her sentence because some rabbits went infront of the nearest window and started making faces at her. "excuse me for a second guys, i think i may have found lunch... stare " she said with a clearly annoyed face and growling at the same time. she ran on all fours and jumped out the window, with the rabbits running scared for their rabbitholes.

cozork decided the demon in him had been tested quite enough for one day he decided it would be best to return later.
he pulled his shadow around him like a cloak and swiftly left through the door
((no problem, i gotta go too. look forwards to continuing this soon though <3))
