Kasumi walked over placing her left hand on his right shoulder, "For your own sake you'd best not be lieing." Kasumi had a smug grin on her face and sighed, "First off we need to get back to headquaters. Besides right now that's probably the safest place for any state alchemist right about now. And don't worry we can see if your automail mechanic can come here otherwise you'd need an escort." Kasumi seemed a bit relaxed which felt really nice since lately she had been so tense, worried, and bugged by the death of stae alchemists.

Jenkins let out a loud sigh and when he noticed both Matt and Kasumi turn to him he quickly stood up straight, saluted the Furer and butted in. "Ma'am I have recieved word that we may actualy be getting an automail mechanic who is willing to build a shop near by." He said calmly.
Matt sighed silently and then started to walk away. His body was still shivering from the recent fight, his life nearly ended by some fanatic. He couldn't help but look over his shoulder and look around to see if Scar was spieing on them. Even though he didn't see them, he could feel his glare fixiated on him, Jenkins, and Kasumi.
Calmly both Jenkins and Matt followed the Furer, keeping slightly behind as she lead them to the Head Quaters.

Scar's eyes peered down at the three. Again he had the opportunity to strike at the Furer but he knew of Jenkin's abilities, the Gemini Alchemist, and he didn't quite understand why the younger Alchemist was called Forge. Either way, he regreated letting himself fall back and run from Jenkins when he for surely could have killed him since Matt was too scared to actualy do anything.
Once the three were out of sight, Scar growled softly. "Dammit, now a group of ferenzic teams will be at the library studieing the battle sceen." He mumbled to himself as he stared at the Library, behind and to his left. Sure enough sirens could be heard from where he stood. They were quicker than he expected.

"You two go ahead. I'm sure Scar couldn't have gotten too far away." Kasumi looked back to the libary and ran towards it. Either she was crazy, brave, or just flat out stupid, but it didn't matter. While running she unsheethed her sword holding it in her right hand tightly. She noticed matthew's after reaction to probably his incounter with Scar, she figured that'd make the most sense. It wasn't long till she got to the libary
She scanned the area making sure not to miss a thing. She looked at her right hand noticing it was shaking slightly. She steadied her hand and sighed trying not to get her rage get the better of her.

A soft sound of grain being grided could be heard when one of the State Alchemist detectives walked out of the hole in the wall. He turned to his right to see the Furer standing rather close and holding a blade, making her seemed ready to attack. "Whoa! Ma'am! Friendly fire! Friendly fire!" He shouted as others rushed out to see what was going on. Five others joined him and then sighed once they relised it was the Furer. Then they walked back inside, laughing at the Alchemist who paniced.

Scar meanwhile watched from above ontop of another building, next to the library. His eyes now focused on the Furer and watched her moves carefuly. He didn't quite understand why she was so angry ath im when it was her who also killed many Ishbal people. His anger was fuming too but he held that earge back and remained hidden from the allies below.
There were still too many alchemists around to get in a fight with as of yet so he waited for the right time to strike.

Kasumi rubbed her forehead with her left hand and sighed. She paused for a moment trying to think then she grew an idea. She looked around noticing a alleyway as she walked down it looking around making sure in case Scar decided to attack her in this place.

Finaly the Furer was alone, Scar took this moment to approach her man to women. "I shall spare you no mercy. Why is it so many of you come looking for death." He said calmly and appeared to be looking down at the ground.

She faced Scar, "I dind't expect, want, nor need any mercy, and I seek your death. " Kasumi grew a smug grin on her face though her eyes reflected no emotion, nor no fear. "If you kill me or any other state alchemist the people who managed to escape the first massacre can live to see the second." Kasumi grinned faded as she took her fighting stance. Her left foot behind her right foot her blade pointed towards Scar.

Scar lifted his head to face it straight towards her. Slowly he removed his pair of shades and placed them into his coat pocket. His red eyes now peering directly at Kasumi, "I want you to remember these eyes, especially when you're being tortured in the pits of Hell. Remember the people you've murdered. As God as my witness I shall end your suffering and send you to the next life." He said calmly. With his left hand he rolled up his right sleeve and exposed the tatoo on his arm. Then he massaged his right hand before letting it go tense at his side. "May ask that you make a last moment confession before I send you to the after life?" He added, acting as if he were a preacher. "Perhaps God will give you a second chance if you take your time to appologize for the innocent people you've killed."

"My father and I killed no one there we were back-up onlyto be sent in if one of the people on the front lines died. I have only one sin of which was caused by you people. And even if there was a god, why would he have let all of your brother be killed?" Kasumi stared at Scar the red eyes reminded her of her father's killing she held her sword tighter her rage was coming back. She dashed towards Scar recklessly slashing her sword at his right arm, knowing that she'd miss but she didn't care she'd kill him or die trying.
"It's because of you people that my parents are dead! And you'll repent for his killing with your life!" She yelled at Scar her voice full of anger and hatered. Kasumi's rage had taken over. Now she seeked only revenge and nothing more. She was not doing it for her protection, for the state alchemist, but in memory of her parents.

Scar quickly dashed directly at her, his eyes keeping contact with hers. As she took a swing he quickly ducked and tumbled forward, catching himself and then quickly turning around. "You're the people who murdered innocent lives in the attempt to secure a government in an area that didn't need your help in the first place." He raised his voice slightly. Quickly he raised his hand into the air and slammed it directly down towards the ground. Using his ability to cause the ground to shake and then split into large pieces of rock. "We murdered State Alchemists but we didn't murder innocent children. Our behaviors were radical but children had nothing to do with it and still your people murdered them anyways. God didn't help us because alchemy is a sin, a gift from the devil, he couldn't protect us from vessels of hell."
He emediatly ran directly at her, raising his arm and pulling it back as he charged directly at her with full brute strength. Thunder began to roar about in the clouds above and lightning struck specific areas of the land below. Meanwhile the rain began to poor.

Kasumi stood still she wanted to move but for some reason her body wouldn't respond. She knew if she dind't do something she'd be killed by Scar. Right now she would rather die by anyone else hands even her own, which if she couldn't snap out of she knew she'd have to do. She slashed her right leg with her sword caising her to fall to the ground as she rolled over to the lieft. Blood dripped down her right leg as she clapped her hands together, "We only followed orders! Unlike you we don't want to kill!" Kasumi shuted at Scar and she slammed her hands onto the ground blue sparks appeared circling around her as large stone spikes a bit taller than herself, formed a circled around her body. "I will not die by your hands...." Kasumi's voice was cold and sounded almost lifeless as if she wasn't there anymore.

*Nes rushed over to where he had seen the blue sparks, there he saw Kasumi and Scar, his glare turned from frightened and curious to bloodthirsty and ravenous* Scar... I thought you'd be the only reason Kasumi would tell me to go back to HQ... and she's right... the State was only following orders... I doubt anyone could live with themselves if they had to slaughter millions of innocents... and you kill by your own will... you are the one who has sinned Scar... not the State Alchemists and you well know that... anyone with a brain knows that... *Nes clenched his fists and teeth, his eyes watered with rage*

"Nes....leave now." Kasumi's voice still sounded cold and lifeless as she stood up the blood sepping through her right hand leg dripping onto the ground. Her eyes showed no emotion. "That's an order."

Scar stopped at her alchemy ability and glared. Then he heard the voice of another man who tempted to interfer. "You all have no clue. I haven o sin, my purpose in life is to destroy you, all of you. God intends me to eliminate any State Alchemist that crosses my path, male or female. If it's his wish for me to die then so be it, I'll gladly give my life for him." He grumbled at the twos assumptions. Obviously they didn't understand what really happened in Ishbal. "I have sinned?" He now stared at the man who Kasumi called Nes and then continued, "You're a fool...I never touched children or innocent men and women. You seem blinded by your own sins, you State Alchemistsh ave committed the worst sins of all. I only act in revenge for what you have done to my own people."
