Actually, it's not brother/sister that creates the Time Warp. It's the Mother/Son or Father/Daughter combination completed for about four generations. That throws everything out of wack, and then creates an instability in the households space-time continuum. That's when you get stupidity on massive scales, for instance, Redneck Hillbillies, that are famous for the last words of "Hey Billy, watch this!"

And as the Redneck hillbilly dies from his act of Redneck stupidity, it's a natural return to order in the surrounding areas, but that household will always be haunted with that initial corruption. Thus, Jeff Foxworthy has capitalized on something that Nature does to defend itself from a tear in the fabric of time. Smart people screw things up all the time. Stupid people just somehow dumbfound the laws of nature. It's only logical that something so powerful not be allowed to live [for long].

I hope this explains the complexities of Time Warp in Arkansas.
