Silena hopped on after Coral, Del, and Janelle and tried not to throw up.

Eric was in the underworld with all the other dead people. eric looked around and gave an evil grin. He laughed evily. " The plan is working" he said evily

Del had kept his mouth shut, it had seemed as though nothing he would have said could have steered the self-sacrificing group away from that course. However, he was curious about one thing.
"Does anyone else wonder why Eric was so hellbent on angering Hades?" he asked, changing the subject. Del had heard laughter too, and it was best not to ponder on malevolent possibilities right now when everyone was so distraught.

Del rapped his tongue against the roof of his mouth. "Now that's not a good reason at all," he complained. "He's only half Ares-like, he had a mother didn't he? C'mon guys, lets think; why did Eric try so hard to stay behind?"

"Your just ungrateful. He stayed back so we can continue with the quest. He hasn't turned," Janelle said more trying to convince herself than anyone else.

Del looked at Janelle with a frank expression on his face. "Yes, I'm ungrateful for the highly unthinking way we dealt with Hades. You do realize the god of the Underworld isn't cruel, but simply business like, yes? Our brashness is no doubt what led us to this situation."
