MsYogaBear ynattirb73 I've always looked a lot younger than I actually am, which I plan on using to my full advantage when I'm 40 rofl And it matters to me. Not because I don't think I'm pretty now, but I used to exercise a LOT more, and now I'm too lazy. I'm not healthy at all sweatdrop Yogabear made me do yoga/pilates and then Rollerblade yesterday...I'm SO sore, but I miss this feeling. The burn heart it's addicting stare OW OW!! Hell yes! scream Um who doesnt love the burn after a long hard work out?? It makes you feel so accomplished and content with who you are. heart
yes it dose i need to start working out again to not because i think i am fat or anything but i just miss my muscles |
