Tiponi frowned at his mothers handling of him, looking a bit insulted. How dare she treat him in such a way! He turned from her angrily, walking away from her with out a single word or glance to show he even cared any longer about fighting with his sister. She was boring anyways. He settled himself down against the wall, watching as his sister climbed up the ledges. Pretty soon...they wouldn't be able to do that anymore. Not with those ledges being so small. What would they do to get away from one another then, he had to wonder, if they were still locked up in here with their mother...
Numai sighed, unlocking the door to his sister's and children's room. He drug in Lavona's meal, wondering how long it would be before he'd have to start feeding the young cubs meat as well. As the state of chaos met his ears and eyes, Numai only just paused and stood there silently, his back straight as he watched them all with a dark glare, letting the door close behind him with a soft click.

"Aww, so you are happy to see me," Petrar purred, curling her tail around him despite his disinterest. She nuzzled up to him, uncomfortably close just to see his displeasure. But then Petrar fell silent and frowned. Door had some nerve addressing Lavona like that. Petrar felt a pang of anger at it, but she was quick to suppress it. Why did she care?
When Numai entered the room, it was a welcome distraction. He was so silent that if Petrar hadn't happened to glance that way, she probably wouldn't have noticed him. Immediately she sat up straight and attentive, watching her father's every move. She didn't dare draw closer to Numai but she withdrew from Arlen. Being that close to her weak brother wouldn't reflect well on her, would it? Petrar settled back down, curling her tail around her and bowing her head politely.

Door's gaze was still upon Petrar as she jumped to be beside her white brother, and her nose wrinkled in disgust. First the crying, which was seriously humiliating, maybe not to Petrar, but for Lady Door to be related to her. She shook her head and looked away, out into the yard again. For a few moments she thought of jumping out the window--there was a tree only about 8 feet away that she might be able to jump to. It wasn't likely, but possible... right? Even if she didn't, it wasn't too awful far down...
Her thoughts were interrupted, upon hearing the most beloved sound in the world--the click of the door as it closed. Her head turned to see Numai standing in the room, and she had to fight back the grin that threatened to show upon her muzzle. She immediatly stood, hopping down from the window sill without using her steps, drawing closer until she was only a few feet away. When she was, she slowed and bowed, finially sitting on the cold floor with her head still bowed down towards it. Door didn't mind in the least doing this, though she had a feeling her siblings were frightened of Numai. Door herself didn't know how to be afraid of him. She only wanted to learn all she could from him.

Arlen blinked, but that was it. "Oh yes Petrar! Definatly a pleasure to see you." He remarked sarcasticly. His lip raised in a snarl as his sister cuddled him. He raised a paw and put it on her chest before pushing her rather roughly at the same time that she moved away to pay attention to Numai. Arlen watched his sister bow her head and smirked. There was no way he was bowing.
Lavona completly ignored Numai as she walked past him and away from the little brat that had no respect for her. She could count on one paw how many of them actually listened to her. Since the little monsters were born she felt older than she actually was. Yelling at this, breaking up that, it got stressfull. She was on her last few threads and some one was going to cut them.

Karayan's nose twitched slightly at the scent of their father. His head shot towards the door, but then looked away. Of course, he wanted to learn as much as he could from his father, but the little kit didn't want to get close his family. Of course, daddy's girl went running over towards him. His eyes glanced over his sisters as they bowed to their father. He let out a yawn the stretched, still without a sound being made from him. Hunting would probably come to be his favorite thing when he grew older.
Father seemed to be popular amongst the kits, didn't he? Of course, he was the male, the most powerful of the parents. Karayan's tail flicked back and fourth as he crouched down and made himself comfortable. Still, his eyes looked over his siblings to see which one was most powerful and now which was most loyal. Arlen was immediately taken off both of those lists. His eyes then moved to their father. A cold glare was on his face, though Karayan simply ignored it, letting his ears flick at all the sounds.

Numai watched them all individually, his eyes focusing on one in displeasure before they then moved to another. "Line up." He said softly, though his tone was far from the fatherly voice he'd heard from his own father so very long ago. Unlike Mizuki, Numai's voice held no warmth or love as he talked. "Now!"
Tiponi walked over, sitting next to Door with a flick of his tail. How utterly miserable it was here. Perhaps their father would take him out of here now. He hoped so. It was not only a boring place, but an absolute insult for him to be there. He should have had the best things he could be provided, instead of having to share a bed with this group of unworthy idiots.

Petrar was up on her paws and striding across the room even before Numai cried "Now!". As she approached, she eyed Tiponi and Door sitting side by side. What a dilemma. Should she sit beside the brother that was a potential alley, though she hated him so much that her insides twisted at the thought of him? Or should she sit beside the sister that had a strong sense of leadership, even though she was as young as the rest of them?
Silently, Petrar settled at Door's unoccupied side. Her glance was no longer upon her siblings but on Numai. If they had to line up like this, that meant something was up. And if something was up, Petrar would be on her best behaviour.

Arlen sighed, hating the sound of his fathers voice. He sat a moment, watching the others line up before he too stood from his spot and made his way to the line. As he walked he took the time to stretch out his limbs and yawn, shaking his head. Unwilingly the white cub sat next to Tiponi, out of all of the cubs he stood out the most. He was the only white one. Though in that he took pride in. He enjoyed sharing little to no traits with his brothers and sisters. Again, his slender form sat, his tail wraping its self around his paws. He did not look at his father, instead he looked right beside him.
Lavona had layed down and was watching the display before her. Jeez, itd be nice if they listend to her like that. She was curious as to what he was going to do with the cubs, her body tensed in defense for them. Unfortunatly she would try rather hard to not let him hurt them, even though they gave her hell every day and made her angry, she wasn't sure why, but she loved them.

Numai's eyes narrowed on the lax way Arlen came over and joined the line up. Impudent little brat... He watched him, his eyes dark with anger. The only reason any of these cubs were still here, were even here at all, was because of him, and this little eyesore thought he could behave in such a way... It made Numai was to sink his fangs into the little brat and snap his head clean off...
He smirked suddenly, a cold, malicious look before he just shook his head. "What...do you all think you are doing?" He growled, his lips curling in a slight way to bare the tips of his fangs at them. "You are all acting like insolent commoners...Like the offspring of a dirty blooded Sibael!" He slammed his paw down, his eyes fixated on Arlen. "I will not allow this kind of madness out of my offspring. You will all do well to behave as your blood deserves and remember your places in this world. You are not in charge here, and if you so much as think for a second that you have immunity from my wrath...you are wrong!"
Numai swiped a paw out just hard enough to knock Arlen backwards and out of line. "I will not warn you again....If I come in here...If I even HEAR that you are acting as anything but the way a prince or princess should behave..." He snarled at the white cub, "Or if I see any amount of disrespect again...I will rip your ungrateful little throats out...Do you understand me?!" He bellowed, glaring at the white cub with fire in his eyes.
Tiponi bit his tongue to help keep his flinch hidden. He silently nodded, his eyes straight forward as he refused to look back at Arlen. The cub had asked for it, after all.

Arlen's eyes widend and he flinched right before he was struck by Numai's paw. The swipe made him land on his side, the wind wooshing from his small lungs at the impact. He scrambled to his paws, eyes wide, terror evident in them. Gasping and trying to regain his balance he looked back at his father. The small cub was shaking as he turned back around and ran from the older sibael. Up the ledges he want as quickly as possible, safely making it to the highest one, knowing he wouldn't be reached by any of them. Unless of course his stupid siblings came up and pushed him down....but then he'd die. He carefully peeked over the edge to look at his family below. Why did he have to be relaited to them? Why couldn't he have a happy life and family. He was sure there had to be one of those. He heard Ariana and Akumari talking about their mothers and how they missed them. Arlen had also heard mother screaming at Numai once. Apparently Numai loved his mother, wich was very hard to belive. Numai didn't love any thing.
Lavona was up and was swiping a paw at Numai's face, standing infront of the cubs. "How dare you!" She growled, her ears pinned back agains her skull. "They are babies! Arlen is a baby!" A snarl escaped from her clenched and bared fangs. Her indigo eyes blazed with motherly fury at Numai while also making sure all of the cubs stayed behind her.

Petrar's fur stood on end as Numai shouted, her eyes wide and transfixed on him. This was why she wanted to follow her father; he didn't hesitate to make them line up and listen. And he was right... they were acting like a bunch of nasty little commoners. She scraped her claws against the floor, her body hot with shame as Numai berated them.
Then she sucked in a sharp breath as Arlen was knocked out of line. Better him than her, at any rate. He deserved it for being so weak, so horribly loyal to Lavona. Petrar couldn't help but glance back at their mother at the thought, who had lain behind them. But she looked away quickly when she felt that little swelling of emotion stir again. She had to get control of herself before Numai's wrath turned on her.
Suddenly Lavona was in front of them and snarling. Aww, look. Mama's protecting the mama's boy. She couldn't help but grin at that, her teeth glinting like swords. She feared what would happen in Numai caught her expression, yet she didn't try to conceal it. Petrar found herself hoping that Lavona wouldn't get hurt in this confrontation.

Lady Door kept her eyes on her father as he spoke, never flinching away from the sound of his roars, never sliding her ears back in fear. She was not afraid, not much anyways, and she'd given no reason for him to lash out at her this time around. She saw his paw flick out and thrash Arlen to the floor, but quickly turned back forward before he moved back, and see her. She didn't worry about him as she heard him running up his ledges, nor did she worry for Lavona when she lashed out at Numai. He would take care of them both in time, even if not now.
She fought her lip from curling back angrily, wanting to teach her brother Karayan a lesson. Numai didn't bother hurting him the way he'd done to Arlen and she couldn't understand why. Maybe it was simply because he was unafraid, didn't want anything to do with Numai. Even so, that would never make her father happy. One day, it seemed, most of her siblings would get the wrath of Numai when on the warpath at some point or another...

Karayan was now sitting next to his siblings in the line as their father yelled at them. His eyes simply stayed on father, no emotion in them as he smacked Arlen out of the line. He deserved it.
When mother jumped in front of the other kits, Karayan wasn't too sure why. If they were hit, they obviously deserved it. The end of his tail flicked just barely as he cold stare sat on his mother who was now trying to protect him and his siblings from being hit by their father.
Father didn't hit Arlen too hard, that or it didn't look like he did. Arlen obviously got up from the hit quickly, so not too much harm came from him being hit. Of course, the question now was what would happen to their mother for disrespecting their father?

Numai moved his head back to avoid the hit from Lavona's swiping paw, his teeth bared fully. "You think you have any right to raise your voice and paw to me?" He asked softly, smirking. "With so much to lose, Lavona, you better apologize like a proper Queen and return to your spot, or you will pay dearly with more then you thought possible..." He whispered in a soft hiss, the threat more then evident.
He moved toward her, his anger at the children becoming a blinding rage of hate for her. "You are suppose to be teaching them to behave properly, and yet I find you allowing them to run like wild hellions, snapping at one another's heels instead of working on their basic training!" He snarled, throwing his massive body at her in anger, not caring if the children got out of their way in time or not as he slashed at Lavona with his claws extended and traid to aim his fangs for her throat.
Tiponi scrambled away from his mother's side, turning to watch once he was a few feet away. He wasn't scared of the fight, having grown use to seeing his parents fighting by now, but to see his mother actually strike at his father meant there was probably going to be something good to see. He stood watching them, seeing his father's larger body crash into his mother's with such force, he saw the muscles in his father's back legs tremble from the backlash of the force. Tiponi was sure his mother's bones would break from all that weight and force, and he watched eagerly to see if she would be alright and continue the fight or not.

"That's kind of hard to do Numai! When they don't listen to a damn thing I say!" Lavona screamed at him,her own built rage boiling up through her veins. She braced herself for the impact sliding back from Numai and becoming unbalanced, loosing her footing for a moment, falling onto her back. Watching in slow motion as his fangs came close to her throat she quickly rolled to her paws. Claws extended she sprang on Numai, satisfied when she came into contact with his side. The adrenaline that flowed through her veins, substituting blood made her excited. Lavona Mizuki had been wanting too do this for the longest time and if it killed her today, at least she'd go fighting.
Arlen's eyes widened and a small squeak of terror came from him. Numai was hurtting mother.
