Shadow Link- I'm afraid not- black Scleras are reserved for baylks, and yellow pupils for kashka, that may be a cosplay that won't be doable without being an SE. xD
Mythee-Question 1, if it's endorsed by the government or a positive institution then it's Health- if it's not then it's other.
Question 2- I think the millitary threads in this forum will better answer that!
Question 3- Well, I geuss? XD; The creature wouldn't be genetically mench though the koshka parts may be burnt away/amputated- they would still have the mental traits of a Koshka.

Is it possible to choose by example the body line of a koshka and the head line of a mensh ?

an about the shotty thread, if I finish and submit my claimed cosplay before a week has passed. Am I able to claim another one, or should I wait that the week is passed to claim another one ? 3nodding heart

The first one I have done myself <3 Just erase or add the bits you need (pointy ears or remove tail <3)
At this time I, don't believe we have a wait period for claiming another cosplay so as long as it is still one at a time I belive it's alright?

Is it possible to make a 'punk inspired by a licensed character without being an actual cosplay of it?
Edit: While I'm already here, here's another dumb question~ @@ How floofy can we make koshka tails? Would it be permissible to make the tail thick and fluffy almost like a wolf's while maintaining the rest of the koshka's feline features, or do their tails have to stay thin and obviously feline?

OHH! Here we go, I've got some other ones... 1) Can a Baylk have some fish scales? 2) Can a Baylk be brown? xD;; I hope we're allowed to help answer some questions for people... although I'm not actually answering it. xD;; @Taerar: There are all kinds of cats, and the majority of semi-long hair and long-hair races have VERY fluffy tails, like the maine coone: http://mainecoonkittens.co.uk/193_9364_copy.jpgAnd I've seen people edit Koshka tails into lion tails, maine coone-like tails, cougar tails etc. so far. 3nodding

Out of curiousity*, what's the official stance on cosplays of the same character from different games/timelines?
As a more specific example, Old Snake from MGS4 is technically the same person as Solid Snake from MGS1/2, but he looks and acts rather different. And Revolver Ocelot has three different incarnations throughout the Metal Gear series. So could someone do a cosplay of Solid Snake, even though Old Snake has been claimed?
* I'm not interested in doing this myself, but I found myself wondering nonetheless.

Eh, I'd think it would be more appropriate to do Naked Snake and Solid/Old Snake as far as being separate 'punks'...especially since Naked Snake looks exactly like Solid Snake.

I have a little question regarding the police and ranks. My Prowl cosplay traditionally wears 'sargeant' stripes on his paint job (Though rank wise in the series he comes from he'd be the equivalent to General Lieutenant, but his 'robot mode' always has rank stripes on his shoulders and police patrol car lettering.) My main question is if there's any problem with him having the stripes on his armor.

Okay, soooo~
Taerar Licorne- No, I'm afraid not. XD If they want to like... 'steal a hat' or something from someone, it's okay, but they have to have different personalities and wear.
Mythee-
1) I imagine so! Their species types range as much fishwise as the koshka do catwise.
2) Yes they can :3 yey go from aquagreen to dark blue and dark grey to reddisgh-brown, or any fish species you can fidn to emulate.
Slander
It goes by 'soul' or person. So there can only be one Solid Snake for example, even though he shows up at different ages. Same for Ocelot (It's unfortunate) but a suggestion is to start this character out AS a child, and grow them through their life cycle! That way you can experience the whole fun. Oh boy, you get to RP the moment Ocelot BURSTS forth from boss all the way to where he gets to suck face with pseudo Big Boss 8D
As for time paradox, Naked Snake and Otakon type stuff- consider this a AU. xD They can either "DROP INTO THIS UNIVERSE OH GOD WHAT HAPPENED" or it just happened that they existed at the same time- or didn't. Once again- collaborate between series to form a timeline!

You'll have to sign up to actually be in it, though for a Sergent the "requirement" is little more than merely being the first person to claim the position. (This is for when sign ups are actually open, not right at the moment) If its a higher position you want for him, there will be an RP contest for it.
However, his having today's sergeant stripes on his actual armour isn't an issue since they won't mean anything in this universe.

I was going to put the Officer & Command emblem on one of my certs as my 'punk's job, but am I going to have to actually sign him up in the military in order to give him that job on his cert, or would I only have to sign him up if I wanted to actually RP him involved in the war?

Perri Indiya- I'm afraid thats something we'll have to frown on, as we've created our own species, and bringing in a large number of one kind of species would confuse it. The Zoras that have entered the pool are both cosplays. Though they are their own species they're specific people, so they can be considered 'oddities' kind of.
