1) Original Charicters or OC's do NOT count against your cosplay limit.
2) twins may be certed together
3) Co-owning is permitted but if its a Cosplay it counts as one cosplay against
each of you.
4) Baylk as Tropical Fish? - Yep! (Per Marr)
5) Art Q&A can be found under the Tutorial Forum <3
6) Yes you can make them for a friend
7) if you need someone to make you a punk, check the Requests forum!
cool General art assistance may be found in the Requests forum as well!
9) Eye colors should be natural please! (also fur unless its been dyed!)
10) Skin on Mensch and Koshka (where and if showing, likewise mixes) should be in the Human palate!
11) it IS ok to update the clothing on your cosplay so long as it is the same cosplay. (Example = Xigbar will be changing clothes)
12) Baylks can have tattoos, furry Koshka may not (unless they want to shave every time they want to show it off)
Partial Koshka may have them in a non fuzzy area.
Dying Fins - wouldn't really work so sorry but no <3

14) What kind of Species are there? - Mostly like earth, but there may be a few things that we have never seen before.
15) Can I trade pets from another shop to convince someone to make me a Punk? - NO We're afraid not! But art trade for Mensch trade is fine. (just no pets...like no capes... Etna would be proud)
16) We are sorry but there are no robotic-animals allowed at this time (no matter how cute they might be <3) Though 'sidekick' type smaller robotic things are okay!

Do things like tattoos and body paint and dyes count towards Mench & Koshka markings? And is it even possible to tattoo or dye a Balyk's skin and fins?

What kind of animal-life lives in this world? Are they mostly species similar to those on Earth, or would they be animals we've never seen before?

I have a question!!! Ok... not including cosplay characters due to reasons of shotties, time limits, etc....
However, in regards to other planned characters such as OC's and such.. Would it be a shop violation to rp them before the art is done and posted? I know we can't post the art in our sigs, journals etc... but what about rping them?
Like I said. I'd assume a flat no in regards to cosplay chars because of hte nature of those type of things... 3nodding heart
***side note::: asking because i have a character in planning and owrking on the fundamental stages of planning her... but.. I am eager to rp her and stuff. Just wondered if i have to wait for her to actually be done first.

For cosplays that are closer to canine than feline, is it okay to have them as Koshka? (I am working on puppy!Gokudera as a Koshka and want to check that's okay...)

Graceangel- Thats perfectly fine if you'd like to RP before shes done :3 Might help you develop the character, no? However, I'm sure your fellow RPers would love to see what she looks like, so don't let the art be too far behind!
Kalindara- Yes, they would be koshka. Imagine if your character had ben dropped into this world and turned into one of the three species- which would they be? think of it in those terms instead of getting the base to suit the character's needs, and I think you'll have an easier time translating :3
Fallen_Kitsune_theif- ONLY, if they are modeled after a fish that has those properties, and has the colors associated. >3<

If we've claimed a cosplay in the shotty thread but want to change it for someone else can we do that? I really, really want to steampunk Lara Croft, but I already made 3 claims <3

Well- the maximum now is 3, so if you do reclaim, you'll have to give up the other three you claimed. xD If you want to change your mind, just post that you're canceling your shotty and picking a new one (mention who you're canceling) But don't go back and edit anything.

I shottyed Hollow Ichigo from Bleach, and unlike you're normal human like being, instead of having whites of his eyes, he has blacks of his eyes. And Yellow eyes. I was wondering if I could do this on the mench lines?

I have a questionnn!
Does a genetic engineer working to prolong lives and build genetic immunity to diseases count as Health or Other in science? xd
And geeze, how many generals are you going to accept for Mench? @w@;; I was making a cosplay of Bishop Sasarai from Suikoden III (already shottied~) who... well, IS actually a general and aristocrat at the same time... I was going to have him be a Mench general... but then I went through all the submissions and saw at least two or three of them already. gonk ;; Is it still okay to make one? >.<;;
Oh, and last question! Is it okay if my genetic engineer OC , who is an expert in stem cell research, once did some really messed up "saving" on a dying, burnt-up semi-mench Koshka, and that Koshka now looks entirely mench and lives with her? >8D;;
