Charlotte Sometimes xx i've got lots of ideas I'm wanting to get the chinese symbol for dragon (with a fire around it) on my left arm.. below that i want the logo from pink floyd's dark side of the moon around my arm on my right arm below my hebrew tattoo i want a wolf in profile with a scroll below it saying "winter is comming" i'm wanting to get a penticle with the lines made out of swords and the circle made out of roses on theright side of my chest... i want an orouboros around my right anke... and bottocelli's birth of venus on my left calve a barcode on my neck just at the collar line the words "your name" on my butt and a large chinese dragon streching from my thing and butt on one side to my armpit and shoulder on the other on my back Can't wait till you get them all xd Just asking... why the Chinese dragon stretching from your thing and butt on one side to your armpit and shoulder on the other side of your back? Sounds like a big project blaugh

basically the dragon is part of my soul..part of my deepest identity....and they are beautiful and fearsome creature...
it started out as an idea for a largeish one on my right shoulder but the more i thought the bigger i wanted it..till now it's going to take up probibally 1/2 to 2/3 of my back.
i know it's big and gonna take a lot of time and cost me a small fortune..but it will be so worth it smile

Ahh so that's why you said you liked mine... xD Well, some good discreet places are back, thigh, and ankle (if you wear pants) As for me, I was originally going to get a second chibi to match the first, but, I've changed my mind a bit. I know I want a second tattoo but I don't know of what. So I'm gonna wait til I have a reason to get one again. ;P

Sayanee Yeah xD Thanks :3 No reason? What was the first? Ready for my long reasoning? xD Well just don't get my original character and I won't hunt ya down! (just kidding!) Anyway... The chibi on my leg is a character I've been developing since seventh grade. She's changed name and shape a few times, but, she's finally been completed. I got the tattoo with the hopes it would motivate me to complete her story. I finished a version of it this year! It was a school assignment though, so it's back to the drawing board for me. Anyway. She represents a couple different things. The wings on her back are flightless in grey and a reddish pink. The colors are based on what two people claimed my aura was at one point in my life. I highly doubt it, but, the colors were a pretty match so I kept them. The aura color meanings I found were www.thiaoouba.com/see_aura_color.htm Gray: dark thoughts, depressing thoughts, unclear intentions, presence of a dark side of personality. Pink (=purple+red): love (in a spiritual sense). To obtain a clean pink, you need to mix the purple (the highest frequency we perceive) with red (the lowest frequency). Pink Aura indicates that the person achieved a perfect balance between spiritual awareness and the material existence. The girl has a waxing moon on her left cheek. It's usually black, so the blue was just so it would pop out here - artist's idea. I took the idea for the moon itself from the Moon tarot card, where it often symbolizes confusion, highly charged emotions, unexpected possibilities, illusion, etc. The waxing part was a mistake. It was originally waning until my friend drew it differently, and it stuck. The symbolism that made me keep it was the fact that it's a moon becoming bigger, growing, changing - much like she has. The sigil on her book is also a personal addition. Lucifer, in my circle, has been known to represent the more positive side of Satan. He represents all encompassing wisdom and is known as the "light-bearer." My real name means "light" (just random. not relevant. XD) and a lot of my friends often consider me too optimistic for my religious choices. Found it in the Grimoirum Verum but it's very common in traditional Satanism. So there we have it. The books are there for the sigil, and the outfit's just plain cute. I used a bit of Wikipedia to more easily explain some of the stuff, but the link for the auras is above in the quote ^^

Sayanee Any ideas on what kind of tattoo/s do you plan to get in the future? I'm planning on getting a big tattoo for my first... its an angel I'm currently designing drawn anime style... but I'm not sure what "discreet" spot I would want to get it on. I've got a lot more... but I want to know what other people are planning to get ^^ if its your 1st tattoo you should get something that can be finished in 1 sitting, just in case you cant handle the pain (i'm not saying your a wuss or anything its just that i know a lot of people who started something super big and then decided after one sitting that they dont like the pain.)

I've finally got a reason to get a second tattoo. xd My ex went through this poetry phase one of the first times we were together *yes. It's one of THOSE relationships* He must have stolen this off a fortune cookie or something, but, he told me my soul was like a grey flower: "beautiful, but different from all the rest" We were together on and off for three years rolleyes and I thought it was a good idea to lose my virginity to him. Ha. Way to go me, just another statistic. So anyway, he broke my heart soon after. Once I was Google searching grey flowers because I was curious and I actually got a hit for this flower called Asphodel. When I looked it up I fell in love with it.  It's now become my personal symbol! XD I know it sounds silly, but when I see asphodel I think of how my actions have made me who I am as a person. I've done things I really regret, but, I've come back all the stronger. iFlorist.com actually says asphodel represents "Languor and Regret" I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself because he hurt me so badly, and I'm feeling ready to move on. It's been three months since he dumped me... I'm just now starting to get over it and I'm not constantly crying anymore. I was really shaken. Now I just feel kinda numb about it. -------- Now then! I'm debating getting a branch of asphodel showing one blooming and the rest closed, or, just getting one asphodel flower. I'm thinking of getting it on my right shoulder blade...

My soon-to-be-real idea is a black cat climbing down my shoulder. She's quite feminine and curious, even though she's in the classic 'snarling panther' type pose - except moving down, not up. Other ideas - a paw print on my left shoulderblade, to be continued to up to four prints. Not nearly so detailed as most of my other plans, but it'll be in remembrance of my cat - she's turning 19 this year. I've had her since she was three. Also a question mark on my left inner ankle, with seven tiny triangles around the outer edge. Possibly dots. Also two cats sitting on a wall in twilight, with the moon and three stars showing, roughly circular in total design. On hiatus until I can decide what Artemis and Maya (the cats) look like. I think one of them is a black longhair, but it's not...right...yet. Mid-back, centre. Also - but unlikely now - a small black vine-type design on my hip. Also and biggest and current think-out project is a bird-girl (she's an angel but her wings will be modelled more on something like an owl, to match her reddish brown hair, not the plain white wings typical.) She's sitting on a chain-wood swing, with her wings upraised behind her. She'd be anime-style, looking down, and out of me, face partly hidden by hair. There'd be a faint halo of dawning sky around the entire tattoo, blending it into my skin. No more than a centimetre wide. That'd be placed on my left hand lower back, with her feet dangling just above my a**. Her wings would extend around onto my left side and up to midback, likely ending on a level with Artemis and Maya.

I'm tempted to get the crescent moon from Kannazuki no Miko combined with the sigil of Lucifer on my back... 3nodding I made a little doodle of it, and it looks pretty cool.
My friend and I have been planning to get a Sun/Moon tattoo design together because we're such total opposites. We've fought a lot in the past, so it'd just add some emotional "angst" if we fell out again. rofl
