Any ideas on what kind of tattoo/s do you plan to get in the future?
I'm planning on getting a big tattoo for my first... its an angel I'm currently designing drawn anime style... but I'm not sure what "discreet" spot I would want to get it on.
I've got a lot more...
but I want to know what other people are planning to get ^^

First, let me say thank you for all your contributions here at the guild. You have really shown an interest and desire to fire things up around here. I appreciate your help.
Now, on to tattoo ideas. I had mentioned in one of the other threads that for my next tattoo I plan on getting Jesus hugging a woman on my upper left arm. I have the picture on my profile. Then I plan on getting a full sleeve on my right arm of Disney princess'. One to represent each of my daughter's and myself. I already have my granddaughter's name on the inside of my wrist on that arm in a magical theme, so it will fit in with the princess'. Then I plan on having the top of my right foot done with a bride of frankenstein style glamour girl. I also am planning on an Atomic sign behind my right ear. After all those, I don't know what I'll do, but I have a few more ideas in the making. That seems like a good start to me, afterall, tattoos aren't cheap, not if you want a great one.

I have a few planned... Im getting all the characters from the JTHM comics and the main ones from the invader zim cartoon (its all by the same guy) in black and white and then connecting it all up with a colour background.
I've mentioned in another thing that I want roses. Lots and lots of roses, red roses with a few black ones worked in there... that will cover the left leg.
I'm saving my back for a giant set of dragon wings... they'll be earthy colours and kind of rotting a bit and they will start at the lower part of the shoulder blade, goign up to the top of the shoulders and down to the top of my a**...

I'm going to get a pentacle{[five-pointed star in a circle]}on the back of my left wrist,and a red bow with white lace above my shoulderblades,with the ribbons coming between them. Maybe a lower back tattoo,but I'm not sure if my broken tailbone is a problem.
@duquie:My cousin has a plan like that,little dragon wings on her shoulderblades though.

I've never really thought of that before, most people get angel or fairy wings. hehe iv seen ppl with bat wings and angel and fairy... i want them coz its something of a power symbol to me, rising above my old self destructive habits and growing into a more whole person. being a dragon myself (chiness zodiac) i love idea of dragons wings and the bigger i can get on my bac the better razz

Maybe a lower back tattoo,but I'm not sure if my broken tailbone is a problem. @duquie:My cousin has a plan like that,little dragon wings on her shoulderblades though. hmm about the tail bone thing... unless theres significant scaring im sure u could work at tattoo on ur lower bac... the tattoo on my bac will be over a set of scars that cover a chunk of my bac 7 by 5 inches and after a few measurements (of how deap the scaring was) my tattooist agreed that she will be able to do it. other than that i dont see much problem with gettin a tattoo there. tattoos only go so deep, they dnt hit bone.

It's a phrase from my favourite book, House of Leaves. It's had a huge impact on my life. The words are repeated throughout the book by the main character, and together they are phoentically the same as "non sum qualis eram." It's Latin for "I am not what I once was." It ties into the book, and I think it's a statement that's true for me. The leaves are a play on the book's name and I drew them out myself. In my day planner, as you can see. xd

It's a phrase from my favourite book, House of Leaves. It's had a huge impact on my life. The words are repeated throughout the book by the main character, and together they are phoentically the same as "non sum qualis eram." It's Latin for "I am not what I once was." It ties into the book, and I think it's a statement that's true for me. The leaves are a play on the book's name and I drew them out myself. In my day planner, as you can see. xd
That is really unique and it's cool because it holds so much importance to you.

i've got lots of ideas
I'm wanting to get the chinese symbol for dragon (with a fire around it) on my left arm..
below that i want the logo from pink floyd's dark side of the moon around my arm
on my right arm below my hebrew tattoo i want a wolf in profile with a scroll below it saying "winter is comming"
i'm wanting to get a penticle with the lines made out of swords and the circle made out of roses on theright side of my chest...
i want an orouboros around my right anke...
and bottocelli's birth of venus on my left calve
a barcode on my neck just at the collar line
the words "your name" on my butt
and a large chinese dragon streching from my thing and butt on one side to my armpit and shoulder on the other on my back
