Sophia doesn't sucks, she is only very hard to train.... Because of her bad accuracy....
She can't hit really well especially she is comming at level one at such and advance chapter. She often miss the easy target like the axe users... Even at level 15 unpromoted, she often miss. Seriously, she is way harder to train than Nooru-san... sweatdrop
I try her for a while but kinda gave up but I have heard that she will have awesome pwn @$$ magic if you have the patience to train her....
As for Cecila, I never really try her...but I've heard that Clarine suparse her by a lot... and Cecila came at a bad level...she is on a horse and horse doesn't like sand...she is like a slowpoke in that level

I don't beleive that Fuuin will ever be release in english in america. They have Seima No kouseki and Souen to release.... So, you can always order on ebay in japanease or download the rom in japanease...they are translation by the way
