WyldeLady one of my friends had a link to FG in her siggy, I think, or I was browsing the quest/charity forum, I'm not entirely sure. I do remember that when I first got here, I lurked for a few days before venturing out and posting. I didn't want to waste time in a thread with people who didnt care about anyone but themselves. Its hard nowadays to find such an amazing thread as this one, and I had been close to quitting gaia because I was sick of all of the fake people just here to get items. after lurking for a few days and seeing how everyone was very welcoming and loving to the new and old, lurkers and posters...even spammers were treated with respect. I hadnt seen anywhere like it! I've found a few places similar to FG since then but nothing can beat FG in the way I felt coming in as a girl who had recently given away most of her items in an attempt to leave, and was looking for some place that would make her want to stay. oh and I came here about a year ago (in november or so 2007). I've stayed because we have a warm friendly thread, and even though we don't have posters around 24/7, we know we can leave a post, go to class or work or whatever, and come back and someone will have answered it. its very comforting in this day and age where we barely have time for sleep, let alone friends online.

I followed a link to it a while back. Don't remember whose sig it was in though. But everyone was so friendly and it was just a great environment so I stayed! Gee, maybe it's been a year and a half or so...? Now I just pop in every once in a while (caught up in some RPs) which is sad, really. I still love ya'll, though! Oh, and another thing I love about FG is that it taught me how to make great avis under 20k! What a great talent to keep in your pocket.

Well back in 2005,first my sister used to vist FG. I always remember her being so mad about how she could never win. So when she was banned she gave me this account and i made it a goal to find FG and check it out.
Most likey the best choice i have ever made in my gaian life.
Everyone here is just so respectful and fun. Were so diverse and friendly. I love how you can go there. then suddenly go away for like a month then you come back and you feel the love. Once your apart of the reggys your apart of a wonderful family. I love that i get to throw the Fashion G. Ball every year now. Its just ah-mazing how accepted you are at FG.
And really now the only reason i keep coming back to gaia. (:

I completely forget, but most likely I was lurking the Charity forum looking for new giveaways and charities when I happened to stumble upon it...

For he's a jolly good fellow... I dunno, I was link hopping, twasn't memorable... Ah! No, I remember, you guys were spotlighted! *snaps* That's what it was! It said for Fashion Emergency, and something about creative charity...
And I was going "Snap! I need some fashion advice, pronto! They help Gaians not look like spaz-cases as a Charity! They can help me not look like a Spaz!"
Then I saw it was an actual charity and met MAD... had to stick around cause everyone was creative and spiffy. 3nodding
