Robin looked the twins over. Yes thye were alike, but there was a subtle difference in their postures. Not enough that most people would notice, but enough for Robin.
Robin pondered their use of katana's, and eachother. Would they be able to fight alone, or would they always have to be together.
Robin made a note to find out as soon as possible. Robin also made a note to keep an eye on the rum and Gabriel.
She smiled into her mug and went back to observing her captain. Enough of the usual thieves in the tavern had noticed her interest and were leaving him alone. Which was good, otherwise she would have to interfear. Marius was an interesting man, waiting for his crew to come to him instead of going in search himself. That he trusted a drunkyard, though a clever drunkyard, to find his crew was an oddity that she resolved to puzzle out.

With a pleasant smile, reminiscient of that of a satisfied businessman, he pulled out a rolled piece of parchment, placing it on the bar and then withdraws a quill and ink from within his jacket as well, placing it next to the piece of parchment. As Marius looked between the group of people clustered around him, he simply smiled and patted the parchment, "Upon this parchment is a contract, of sorts. It simply says that the undersigned, being you," he said as he noticed a confused face on Gabriel at the mention of the word 'undersigned', "hereby pledge my loyalty to the Count Marius de Orleans, Captain of The Nebuchanezzar, and under pain of death will carry out his orders and the orders of the commanders serving him without question or hesitation." He looked around at them, hoping none of them would turn and leave. Gabriel winced ever so slightly, but stood fast, which pleased Marius, if only a little. "Other than those terms, you are free to roam about the ship, do as you please, though standard ships duties will still apply." With that being said, he unrolled the parchment and placed the ink and quill next to it, waiting for them to sign...

A young man, Suka Yagomi, age of 22, sat up in the bar. It was unusually crowded but he sat alone. Just watching over the many people talking; Searching for his own voice in the matter. Trying to find anyone discussing the life of piracy but he didn't want just any ship. This man was of class, he had standards. The waitress sat him another bottle down. Already he had one and not even phased by it. Pouring himself a small shot he quickly downed it. He pulled out a cigarette, placing it to his lips and then lighting it. He rather didn't care if it was a smoking or non-smoking area. He had to have one. Inhaling the intoxication smoke he let it fill his lungs briefly before letting it out. "Damn." He cursed. Continuing to look around for the right person at the right time to show up.

Marius watched as Gabriel reached down and grabbed the quill, signing his name in a kind of haphazard, "I want to get this underway already" kind of way. Gabriel set the quill down and stepped out of the way as the twins, Shinji and Omoro stepped forward. Shinji picked up the quill first, signing his name in Japanese, his long black hair dangling in front of his face. After he was done, he handed the quill to Omoro and he signed, scribbling rather quickly, his long hair hanging in his face as well. It was little differences like those that separated the practically identical pair. Marius smiled as he turned to Robin, the last member of the group, waiting for her to sign...

The man got form his seat, aggravated. Running hs finger in his short black hair he placed a hat on his head, paid his bill, and made ready to leave. A pair of glasses were dangling in the front of his shirt. This, of course, was to help him read. Moving to leave he stopped. Spotting a rather curious group. This snagged his interest. Grabbing the glasses he pushed them on his nose. Leaning over one of the crew and reading what it has to offer. "Is that so..." He smirked slightly. Perhaps this was the opportunity he was looking for. "Might I ask which one is best named said Captain?" Suka questioned unhesitatingly. He wasn't at all afraid to approach a matter. Or be ashamed to ask to do something.

Marius started as he looked up, seeing a man standing over the group, reading the contract. Gabriel nearly jumped out of his breeches and turned, glaring at the man, and the twins simply turned in the man's direction, though their hands rested on the pommels of their swords. "Oi there ya idiot! Whatter got by scarin' the wits outta people, eh? I 'ave half a mind to knock some 2 sens inta ya fer eavesdroppin'!" exclaimed Gabriel, nearly yelling so the whole pub could hear.
"That's quite alright, Gabriel. He was merely curious. Cannot blame a man for his curiousity, even if it could get him killed," said Marius as he stood, smiling politely, though his right hand too was resting the hilt of his sword as he extended his hand. "And as for captain, that would be me. I am Marius, Captain of The Nebuchanezzar," he said politely, though with a slight tang of derision, attempting to undermine the mans resolve, albeit slightly. He once again skipped over his actual title, naturally not trusting anyone who openly seeks piracy with amusement. "Whatever might your name be?" Marius asked.

Laughing, Suka shook his head. Placing his hands in the air like he was under surrender. "Now, now... No need for violence." He explained. The Captain stood. Right away he could tell this wasn't a mere captain. There was some sorts of royalty behind the man. Taking the man's hand and shaking it politely. He nodded his head gently in respects as on hand lowered and the other took Marius' hand. It was a firm grip that showed he had muscle but not to the point he was threatening in any way. "Suka Yagomi, Navigator for no one." He smiled gently. "If you think I simply mean to seek out silly play you are mistaken. I was merely curious as to a good crew. Hardly have I seen any, rather, around here that are quiet.." Looking to Gabriel and laughing a little. "Interesting." Out of the corner of his eye he could see someone heading over. Probably to tell them not to cause trouble in the bar from that earlier outburst.

Marius smiled slightly as he followed Suka's gaze to Gabriel, then chuckled himself as he caught his meaning. "Aye, and I'm happy to have them," he said as he let go of Suka's hand, allowing himself to relax from the controlled state of alert he was in only moments ago. A flicker of movement caught his eye and drew him to someone approaching their spot. The look on their face was rather determined, or so it seemed, and Marius once again readied his grip on his sword, knowing he might actually have to draw it...

The man looked back briefly at the one coming at them and then looked to the Captain. "How about it, Captain, do you need some help?" He questioned quickly before he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"You. Don't think of causing trouble. Now get your sorry asses out. All of ya." Suka twitched. Hating the fact someone touched him without his permission. "Count of three... Get your hand off me, buffoon." He spat out. This only made the man angry. Pulling his fist back to knock him square on his feet but to his surprise he missed. Suka was dropped down, thrusting his foot up in the air to hit the man in the jaw, sending him flying back into a table and breaking it. The black haired man flipped over from the slight hand stand he was preforming and stands, brushing his shirt off and smirking.
Of course, this only willed other to start a fight and soon everyone was hitting someone. "Hate to break up such a lovely--" He dove out of the way as someone comes rushing at them wish a sword. "Oi, not my area of expertise."

Marius saw the man that was rushing at them with a sword and smirked, a dark gleam now taking place of his usually peaceful eyes. He waited until the tip of the man's blade was a few feet from him before, in quick and fluid motion, Marius drew his rapier, Jeanevieve and slid the flat side of his blade along the length of the mans, gently pushing it as he moved closer. Then, with one simple flick of his wrist, Marius knocked aside the blade long enough for him to rap the man on the knuckles with the flat side of his blade, causing him to drop it and clutch his hand in pain. "Come now, no need for steel..." with that, a dark smile played across his face as he planted a sturdy kick into the mans chest, sending him flying several feet and crashing into the bar with the dull thud of flesh against wood, rendering him unconcious.
"I think it best we leave captain! Brawls like these aimt ter cause lots 'o trouble when we aint needin' none!" exclaimed Gabriel over the commotion, planting one of his large fists into the face of some drunken brawler, sending him flying through the air and slamming into the wall.
"Agreed," said Marius with a sense of finality, sheathing his sword and grabbing the parchment, rolling it up quickly and sticking it in his jacket. With a look to the Twins, who were in a guarded position, clutching the hilts of their swords as they scanned the rest of the room, he tured to Suka, "I would like you to join my crew as chief navigator. You'll have to sign this contract later, as now would be most unwise," he said with a nod towards the ever growing brawl. With a final nod, he ordered Gabriel, Robin and the Twins outside, quickly following suit...

"T'will be an honor." He said, looking back at the bar people fighting. He bowed. "Have a good evenin' gents." He spoke, backing out of the bar and following after the crew. Rather, he didn't expect to find a crew at all to be honest. Much less a good one. Shoving his hands in his pockets and walking after the Captain and his crew he smirked. The should be an interesting time, if it may be said.

Marius slowed his run to a casual walk to deter suspicion from the local port authority. As he made his way casually towards pier 7 where his ship was docked, he looked over his shoulder, a pleasant smile now played across his mouth once again, "Monsieur Suka, in light of our situation, I want to take this time to informally welcome you to the crew of The Nebuchanezzar. We're making our way to the ship as we speak. I would like to get underway before the the authorities take notice of the brawl." Gabriel, Robin, and the Twins followed suit with Marius, with Gabriel and Robin walking along side him, and the Twins following behind him. They maintained a semblence of equality with Marius so as to throw off the fact that Marius is a captain.

following up behind the twins as they walked. Wasn't really before long he found himself looking back to the bar. He rather liked fights. Though he didn't like authorities. "Well, I have to personally thank you," Slipping his hands out of his pockets and crossing his arms. "And do inform me, where exactly will we be dashing off too? Any area in particular?"

"Well, I we will be paying a... visit, if you will, to southern England, and then from there, it will be along the French and Spanish borders," Marius said with a smirk, finally stopping before the gangplank to his ship, looking up at it with a fond smile. We will be out on the open sea soon. And then you can unfurrel your sails. Marius turned and surveyed his crew for a moment, "There will need to be some repairs made first before we can be underway. Some patchwork to the hull, sewing a few holes up in the sails, and some other minor repairs. Nothing we can't fix up in a day or so, right?" He smiled at them all then turned and walked up the gangplank, revelling in its majesty. He placed a hand gently on the rail of the boat, smiling softly. We will be the most infamous pirates on the seas with your help...
