Though it was rather subtle, Adhara managed to notice the fact that the other girl seemed a little offset at the idea of something being afraid of her, despite the fact that Adhi's tentacles had their own strange minds, and didn't fancy being eaten. At least, Reena was so shy; Niita, not so much. "Don't worry," she said with a kind smile. "Reena's usually scared of a lot of people, anyways." Adhara nodded a couple of times after this statement before taking a step closer, egging her left tentacle to move closer to the Gluttony girl, though Reena merely poked at her hand nervously, whereas Niita took the closeness to investigate the other parts of the girl- her wings and ears and the edges of her tummy-mouth, for example.
Adhara laughed a bit at the idea of the girl's stomach-mouth simply being named Belly Mouth, though she kind of thought that it, in fact, being a name would be quite befitting, obviously. She smiled a bit brighter as Reena gently nudged against the palm of Chloris' hand, looking for pets and other such affections. "Actually, my tentacles usually get scared when I try to fly and stuff, and they just cling to me, or the shelves," Adhi added with a sheepish chuckle. It was true, after all, that they weren't the bravest appendages that existed. She giggled at the note that the candy wrapper wasn't very good. "Hmm..." she fished back into her pockets, and pulled out a small palm-full of different little candies, all fancily wrapped and such. She extended her hand toward Lori, so that she could pick her own choice of candies. "These probably taste better than the wrapper, then."

The prodded hand lifted, lightly stroking along the shy tentacle as the other prodded at her - the edges of her second mouth pulling into a frown before it opened with a soft gurgle to flash it teeth at the invader.
"Well, maybe they'll get used to it one day?" Lori mused at the confession, smiling warmly and trying not to giggle at the mental image of Adhara flapping her wings with all her might and her tentacles clinging to the nearest bolted down object.
"Ah... You have a lot of candy," the girl offered, blinking slowly and tilting her head at the colorful wrappers in her palm and reaching out to lightly poke through them before selecting one with a wrapper the same shade of green as her skin and unwrapping it, popping the candy into her own mouth and the wrapper itself towards her tummy, who grudgingly accepted the lesser of the two parts.

Reena, as though she hadn't been expecting pets, quickly shifted her opinion about this person, nuzzling against her hand happily for more petting, which wasn't really abnormal for either tentacle. Niita, on the other hand, pulled back a bit at the teeth that were shown at her. She paused a moment, before tapping at the edge of the mouth again and pulling back abruptly- had she vocal capabilities, she would have been snickering. Adhara tapped her lightly on where would be a head with a soft frown. "Niita, don't tease people; especially if their tummy mouths that belong to our friends," she noted, wagging a finger at her tentacle and smiling at Lori a bit. It was better if she didn't make the mouth angry, or get bit in the process.
"I certainly hope so," Adhara commented, chuckling softly. She didn't really want her tentacles to be all annoying, clinging to earthbound things that would probably include her friends if they were close enough. She smiled a bit, taking a yellowy butterscotch for herself, unwrapping it and popping it in her mouth, before she took a purpley candy that she had and offering it to the girl's stomach mouth as well, so that it had as much as the other's had. She would offer some to her tentacles, but they didn't have mouths, and would probably end up throwing it at people. "I think it's just 'cause you met me at a good time. Usually, I don't have a lot of candy or anything with me, but Ginny took me to a store that had some cool candies in it, and I wanted to get some."
She glanced back up at the girl curiously, sticking the remainder of the candy in her pocket and offering the mouth the wrapper from the one she currently had, as well as one from earlier. "So, what're you here for, Lori?"
