The Time Force/Wild Force team up is one of my favourite, definetlt had the best story, the other team ups were just an excuse to see both teams fighting together.

Still they had a great story for how the enemies came to be. And for once the enemy wasn't just last series villain, instead the main villain from last time was their ally.

Time Force was one of the first seasons to begin to bore me. But after recently reading an interesting fan fiction story I've grown to like it and watch it more often. When possible. I think that as a villian Ransik is the most devious and complex villians in the Power Rangers history coming in close to Zen-Aku and Koragg's ideals. Overall a decent series that never ended up explaining how they can contact the future. Why wouldn't they just contact themselves telling them not to be stupid?

TF was sooooooooo overrated. People think it was cool because it was super serious. It wasn't. Half the cast was ignored and the rest was annoying. TF was cancer on PR.

Can I set fire to him?

I really liked Time Force. It had quite a different feel to the other series and had pretty well constructed histories and characters.

As for contacting the future, I suppose I can technobabble up a reason.

1: They left a gap in the time stream when they came through, so the signal is like a lifeline designed by these people so they can keep in touch with travellers.

2: They can't tell their past selfs not to be stupid because it generally risks destroying the world (the same matter can't exist in the same place at the same time). Also, it's just brings up the even worse question of 'wait, wouldn't that mean they couldn't have told their past selves to not do that, and then they wouldn't have been told, so it would have happened anyway?'. I HATE that question.

3: No it was not a cancer on PR. PR only major downer is that the translations add to many 'whas' and such, and that you gripe alot.

Nicely put, I mean the whole use of time travel is a very difficult thing to use for any story because of all the "wtf?" that occurs due to the fact that the "what if" becomes a possibility... and the only cancer was PRT. bad show.

When you look at it, Time Force is actually a much darker series than those of the past. It's the first series in which a cast member has used the word 'death' (Jen said: "I will not let his death be in vain!" when Alex is 'killed'). Also the origin of Ransik is also so unlike PR, not to mention how if Alex hadn't intervined in the past all the rangers would have died. Of course whilst this series is a bit more mature, it still carries the regular childish power rangers traits, oh well it's one step closer to a more mature PR series. The lamest thing is that Eric, the Quantum Ranger, was originally meant to die, like his Sentai counterpart Naoto. His death scene was filmed, but the idea was eventually pulled by the producers.

A game of PR Time force was made for GBA, and apparantly, whilst it nothing really original, it was actually quite good.
Eric was supposed to die! eek gonk I wish they would release it so we could see if it was really that good. Let me guess though, If Eric died, Wes would gain control of the Q-Rex and Ranger powers.

BTW, Do know where to find the sentai quantium ranger's death scene.

Power Rangers Time Force was the best because it was dark and more serious, the acting was great, the rangers were awesome...And Im glad that they didn't kill off the Quantum Ranger cus that would suck and he's one of my favorite rangers along side Wes and Tommy.

Not bad really. Anyway the plot was pretty intreasting. I mean, four young and rookie cops from the year 3000 get traped in the primative year of 2001 following a evil mutant......Muhahaha....Excuse me, lol. I have t admit it was pretty good and well acted. It had a sad ending though. And yes i have it on tape, sweatdrop

yeah the ending was sad,i didnt want them to go back into the future....i want that series and all the rest of the power rangers series on dvd so bad! scream gonk Time Force is the best. Mighy Morphin, second.
