Right now, I kinda think that Cosmos is a descendant of their line. It just turns out that she is the most powerful of them all. I wouldn't be surprised if she was a reincarnation of Sailor Moon, but I want to just guess that through the turn of events she was given much stronger powers than the original Sailor Moon. Or...Gah! This always confuses me. xD
