"The whole picture. It is not Shadow's job to comand life, that is Light's job. It is not Shadow's job to keep us healthy and fit, that is the jobs of Earth and Plant. If Shadow so wishes to take back her responsibilities, or is able, then Void, Mother of all will let her. You forget the roles of the Spirits themselves. Shadow is NOT the keeper of life or life's pleasures. She is the keeper of Death, and she hates it! I say give her what she wants, let her not continue her job. Let her misery end without the needless destruction of all. You want the world to keep going as it is. You want them to stayed buirred at their oppressures FEET!" Lrak declared with a stomp of his foot as emphasise. His follwers gave a roar and so did some of the crowd.
"You sir, are a agent of destruction. I would suggest you leave unless you have proof other wise," Lrak said. His sword was in his hand now, aimed at the young man.

"did i say it was her job to command life, no, did i say it was her job to provide health, also no, i merely said that without death those things would be null and void. I do not forget the roles of the spirits i have thought on them and explored their meaning all my life and i know more about them then you'll ever hope to." Dunya grinned when Lrak aimed his sword at him. "I do not wish these people to stay opressed quite the opposit but there are better ways than violance and stupidity, try logic and reason i find they work better." he looked around again only this time withou moveing his head only his eyes he scanned the walls and noticed small vines sprouting from crakes in the stone. "put that knife of yours away old fool it will only bring trouble."

"You think Plant will save you here fool?! No, this is not his country to oversee. It is Fire's realm and if he sets foot, well, their will be a clash of Spirits here. You say they life and health will be null in void, but then you say the Spirits themself will be," Lrak sheathed his sword and turned to the on lookers, "I have said my peace here. If you wish to submit to this rule, that was foced on you by LOGIC and REASON, then stay. I will go and see if the LOGIC of NEW leadership can reach the ears of others."
Lrak turned away and walked down one of the many side passages, his followers hurrying to fallow. He was content with the show. For he knew Fire's ensashable appetite for a challenge. Though Plant had good reason to come, if that was so Plant crawling up those walls, his presence would be challenged. Fire would have her fight and by then he would be gone.

Kristin shrugged, turning the wrench in frustration as the bolt refused to tighten. Cursing under her breath, she finally forced one more turn, and looked back at it in satisfaction. “Damn bolt,” she muttered again. Kristin’s eyes glanced at the water heater, positive that it wouldn’t be giving the family anymore trouble. As she dematerialized the wrench, she became increasingly aware of the haggard breathing nearby.
“Hello?”

Silena's breath cought in her throut and her hands covered her mouth when she heard the soft question. Was her freedom over so soon? She began to tremble and look around for the source. The only person she say was a strange looking older woman kneeling by a weird contraption. She has seen a few families with them before. The things kept them warm. "Hello," Silena replied in a timid voice.

Dunya sighed softly in defeat he had said all he could it was obvious that they had gone far beyond the point of reason. he reached in to a pocket and pulled out a pen and piece of parchment that had names of towns writen on it. Dunya scanned down the list, found Naret, and crossed it out. He was sure that he would not find any help here and he cursed his stupidity for comeing here in the first place. "Why in the name of all that is green and growing I ever thought to seek help in one of the Fire Spirits cities i'll never know...tch... well plagues to all of them then." still he couldnt just up and leave, not yet, he had to give who ever was running this city, or was supposed to run this city fair warning of the coming revolution. Dunya returned the parchment and pen back in the poket and ran off in search of a way out.

Lrak was pleased with the result of today. The majority of the crowd trailed after him. Lrak soon found this stepps lead him progressively up towards a door bathed in light. That was why he had spent all night telling his story. To give these yelps this symbolic jester of walking through light, into reason and relisation. Lrak smiled at his cunning. On the other side of the door there was an large army waiting for his return. He had been travelling for five years now, just gaining followers. Now it was time to enact the next great step in his plan. He needed to move to another county, bet he had to be carefull wich he choose. Plant spent to much time in the buisness of the living and the people of Aquilo were to enfeeling. He would have to change his whole premise for them. Unda was to large. He would need more peolpe and the technology of Aquilo to conqure them. No, Humus would be where he would go. Of all the countries, it was Ignis and Humus that where best paired.

After a good long hour or so Dunya finaly saw light at the end of the long dark that he had been running through. He stopped at the opening so that his eyes could adust to the light. Dunya had somehow made it outside the city and infront of him lay a large green forest and further to the horizon the mountains of Humus. Dunya looked back to the sewers. "this city is lost but perhaps the people of the great Earth Spirit will listen to the warnings i bring"

"Dlin, have we enough equitment for the newcomers?" Lrak asked. Dlin had been with Drak since he started. He was orignally from Aquilo but found the work there boring. Lrak thought his current job of overseeing supplies boring but the man never complained.
"We don't quite have enough, but I have sent a group to buy some already. They are eating now," the thin man answered.
"Good, good. We will stay here for another day or so, and then move on to Humus."

Dunya started his long run through the forest dodgeing and weaving, under and over trees, low branches, roots, and bushes. he even went as far as to climb and swing from the higher thicker branches as he was trained to do so back in glorious Sero in the city Tree of Yggdrasil. He loved travleing through the forest some how he always seemed to move faster.

Kristin looked down at the struggling girl and shrugged for a moment. "What are you doing down there?"
Kristin caught the scent of the sewer clinging to the girl's body and tattered dress. "I promise I won't turn you in... but you need to come with me for a change and shower before someone notices you." She held her hand out to the girl, almost anxious. There were laws in Naret that prohibited helping the people from the sewers. Besides, she was a mechanic, not a missionary. Maybe it was a mistake.

Silena looked up intot he woman's face. Her eyes where anxious. She hesitated for a second before griping the women's hand, afriad she would disapear.
"Please help me! I don't want to go back," Silena pleaded. Images of sleeping in dirty water, being harrassed by people on and below the streets, and fighting for scraps of rotten food came to her. Tears welled up in her eyes. "Please!" The word came this time as barely more than a whisper.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lrak sat his is tent, largest of any of his army, and sipped at wine. His knew followers where eating all his food supplies but he didn't mind buying more. No, not for a compatant army. Every man, woman or child that joined today was a pretrained fighting machine. That was the best part of rooting out Ignis first. You were sure to get fighters.
"Commander Lrak? The food stores are almost out and the replacements haven't gotten here yet. The new Followers are getting testy. What do you want done?"
"Pass out the Liqure Dlin! We must have fit followers if we want to spread our message successfully," Lrak smiled.
"Yes sir," Dlin bowed and Lrak sipped at his wine agian.
Kristin firmed her grasp over the young girls' hand, cringing as she felt the texture of dirt and grime on the girls' palm. Taking quick strides, she found the Inn she had stayed in nearby. Passing the front desk, Kristin walked to where the room was, and led the girl inside.
"There's some towels and soap in the bathroom. I'll get you some new clothes. Stay in here, and do not answers the door," Kristin ordered. With that, Kristin had left in search for a clothing store.
Selina had to widen her strides to keep up with the woman. Going through the inn scared her, she thought for a second the woman had lied and was leading her to the police but then she was hurried into a room. Before she had time to ask what a bathroom was the woman had left. With a sigh, she headed to the room the woman had pointed to. A far off memory chimed when saw the tub. She carefully walked over to it and turned a handle. She was startled by the water and jumped back. When she looked closely the water was clean, and warm! She discovered that the water drained through a whole in the bottom and quickly found something to plug it up with. Selina threw the rag of a dress she wore to the side and climbed into the water. It was heaven. She grabed the soap and sniffed it, not sure what to do. Then she noticed that some of the grime on her hand had come off and she scrubbed at her body until the soap was almost gone. The water even turned a murky color so she let it drain and more water filled the tub. She was in bliss. Then she relized that the woman would come back, so she let the tube drain and wrapped herself up in a towel. Her hair, still with knots in it, came down past her elbow, but had a nice shine to it. She sat on the bed messing with her hair as she waited.
Kristin, realizing that she had no idea what size the girl needed, took at least an hour to find an area that looked at least semi-right. Much of the clothing within Naret's stores had battle-plated armor, chain mail and helmets. As soon as she came back to her room at the Inn, she noticed that the smell of the sewers was very faint. It would just take time for it to go away; but nothing that would alarm anyone who's looking for it.
She felt nervous when the small girl looked at her. "I have some clothes in this bag," said Kristin. "I bought a couple.. Some may not fit as well, but I'm sure you'll grow into them."
