Magnificent F.T.G.: I believe you've fought personally with half of them. Catman, Ragdoll, and Deadshot. The other three members led by Mockingbird were Scandal Savage, Parademon (apparently one of the infamous minions of Darkseid found its own mind and escaped), and Cheshire. Obviously, the two big names were Deadshot and Cheshire. Before Catman, the Fiddler was a member, but he was executed on order of Mockingbird for failure to complete a mission. Parademon was killed in battle, though some reports state it was a suicide attack that cost him his life. I'm inclined to believe the latter, it fits the typical parademon bill better. Cheshire turned out to be a double agent for the Society, and left the group. The other four members lead their own team now, filling in the two holes with Bane, someone with whom you're familiar with, and an unknown named Jeanette. Other, brief members were other you know quite well. The Mad Hatter and Harley Quinn. Ragdoll kicked out the Hatter, and Harley quit.

B: Alright. To be honest, what I'm really worried about is that partner of his. I haven't been able to find anything on who it might be. Someone he's at least a little frightened of... Maybe Darksied is pulling strings? That's happened before...

Magnificent F.T.G.: Possibly. Possibly Brainiac, as the two of them HAVE been in equal partnerships before, however short-lived. If you want someone he's frightened of, Black Adam might fit, except that he's more concerned about his home country than even the rest of his Marvel Family. If it doesn't affect Khandaq, he won't bother. Maybe Neron, rising to power in Hell again, but Luthor doesn't believe in souls, and so Neron holds no control over him. In the interest of looking every possibility, no matter how unlikely, possibly Ra's al Ghul, but Ra's would rather use his own League of Shadows than go too far outside his trusted group. Other than those possibilities, I'm out of ideas at the moment, as far as people from our own Universe. Remember, it could very well be someone from ANOTHER Universe that Luthor talked into adopting the name. Of the people we know, scarily enough, Darkseid is most likely.

Magnificent F.T.G.: Anytime, B. By the way, I should tell you, because he wants someone to spread the word, and maybe you can spread it while sharing our theory... the Spectre has just arrived in this merged Universe. The Phantom Stranger has been here for a little already, but I think this merging crisis is starting to come to a head, to be serious enough to attract the Spirit of Vengeance here. I'd worry about the world crisis more at this moment, because the last time the Spectre was directly drawn into a conflict, he faced the Anti-Monitor, and I'm sure I don't have to remind you that he was the only one capable of fighting him directly.

Magnificent F.T.G.: Besides, whatever Luthor is plotting, you can be sure that Earth's survival is neccesary. You can't control what doesn't exist. You might have to work with the proverbial demons before this crisis is through. However, that might give you an opportunity to sneak a look at an extra card or two of his.

With that, Bobo finished the bottle of whiskey, and said to Nightmaster, "Jim, I'll be returning shortly." With that, he got up, and somehow walked in a straight line into the back room, and therefore into the Oblivion, Inc. bookstore. From ther, he walked out into the street and towards the first place that came to mind: Metropolis. Seeing Superman sounded like a good idea right now. Here's hoping that he was there...
