It gets even odder when people are pairing mortal enemies.. lol.
Optimus:"One shall stand, one shall fall"
Megatron:"Uh.... are you coming on to me?"
Optimus: "After some of the fanfics I've been reading, I'm not even sure anymore..."
Yes, enemies who've fought for millennia, now the strangest of bedfellows! Even if it weren't slash, it would be wierd! Film at eleven! XD

Steal_this_username I like different pairings in different 'verses, just because some characters act really diversely in each verse (example: animated sentinel prime acts nothing like his counter part in G1). And I honestly like the weirdest pairings. Uncommon pairings are my favourite, to be honest.
Don't panic, though! If the pairings are not cannon, THE WORLD WILL NOT END. I promise they woun't make you gay, either!

Lets put it this way; I pair characters that have no business being paired. EVER.c: Anything written well enough makes me happy~ There's even a pairing generator online that makes random character slash (and prompts, too!) so weird pairings are easy to come by. 4laugh linkage; http://www.freewebs.com/tfgenerators/TF2007generator2.html

I like most of the relationships in the series. Hints of diverse relationships are great too such as Tigertron and Airrazor although US didn't really accept that diversity lol.
My favorite in all times is the love hate relationship of Blackarachnia and Silverbolt. Lined up behind is Optimus and Elita with their undying Long Distance relationship that lasts.

On that note I have look just about everywhere I can possibly think to look and to my knowledge I am the only one who ships SG!Optimus/G1!Starscream! twisted I've seen odder and I've also seen SG! Prime/SG!Starscream shipped before. I must say I like SG!Megatron (that math nerd <3) and SG!Starscream (science ftw~) pairing better. n_n Starscream is the little black dress of the fandom, everybody's wearing him. <3
