Okay...this of course is self-explantory. So, what are you favorite pairings. OTP (please tell me you know what that is...), Slash, ...or just a random pairing you thought of. So, what is your favorite?

BUT AS FRIENDS...NOTHING MORE!!! See, that's how I envision Prowl and Jazz. (G1 AND TFA). They both seem best as comrades and best buds, as compared to... lovers. After all.. How more awkward could dating your best friend be? Personally, I'm mostly about the cannon pairings. Y'know, Inferno and Firestar, Ironhide and Chromia, Lugnut and Stryka... those pairings. (even if Stryka is... well, woof.)

I didn't really have a favorite pairing until just recently. I was pretty much open to all pairings, no matter how random or unlikely, the fandom could throw at me, waiting for THE ONE that would be my One True Pairing: OTP. But it just didn't come along.
Now my favorite pairing seems to exist only in my head...At least until I get off my aft and write some slagging fanfiction of it. Which, as I have not written an fanfics in the last 7 years, does not seem likely.
So the TF pairing that my mind is currently occupied with is...:
G1 Starscream X Shattered Glass Optimus Prime. heart
...You head me!
Not SG! Starscream/SG Optimuse (although that is kinda hot...) but the evil, backstabbing, out of his fragging mind Starscream and the ruthless, insane, possibly necrophiliac Optimus Prime of the Shattered Glass universe that Cliffjumper traveled to.
That is the pairing I love.
Anyone got any?...No?...I didn't think so. sad
I don't even know how I got started on this! I read an G1 OP/SS pairing fic on FF.net and then I read a SG! OP/SS on FF.net and I thought,"Wow...Shame he couldn't meet 'evil' Starscream. These two would love each other.....Oooooh....Hehee!" twisted

It's funny you mention the Twins and Ratchet. I've always seen their relationship as a father/sons type of thing. Like, they annoy the hell out of each other, but they really care deeply for each other. They're just not man enough (mech enough?) to admit it. razz

Springer+Arcee=OTP ...srsly.
Although, Starscream and Skyfire have been creeping up there. It's just most of the fanfiction is overly dramatic and makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

One, it was a different team of voice actors that was dubbing the movie, and Two, they mistook Starscream's high-pitched American voice for female... Though how they could make THAT mistake makes me wonder if females in France have horrible lung disease as a norm. I think people look too far into the whole "lol starscream is too feminine" shtick sometimes, lol. also, what? Ratchet and the Twins? eeeeeeeugh.

It's more in question when you have a robot, I suppose, though the female structure was always more streamlined. *shrug* PLUS the painted lips. fembots ALWAYS have painted lips. I guess the french don't know 'bot genders from a hole in the ground. *shrug* Because I know by the time the movie rolled around that the episode "The Search for Alpha Trion" had allready aired, so the archetype for females was pretty clear. Likewise, I've never seen a picture (except for joking/disturbing) of Cobra Commander with boobs. I think I just shot my imagination. *dies*

I like different pairings in different 'verses, just because some characters act really diversely in each verse (example: animated sentinel prime acts nothing like his counter part in G1). And I honestly like the weirdest pairings. Uncommon pairings are my favourite, to be honest.
Don't panic, though! If the pairings are not cannon, THE WORLD WILL NOT END. I promise they woun't make you gay, either!
