"Ha," Malina laughed. "You say that now, but wait until you meet them."

"We could go now, if you'd like. I'm not sure if my father will be home or not. He goes on little adventures quite often. But I'm sure Rosa has made him stay back to help with the children."

Malina left the water and shook her head, shaking the water from her hair. "It's not far from here. Just over the hill." She started walking, humming as she did. "I must warn you, though. The herd will surround you and ask you billions of questions."

"Ah, there's Night Star now." Malina waved. "Night Star!"

Night Star looked up from the book she was reading and waved to Malina and then to Malina's friend. She put the book down and walked over to them.

"I was wondering where you'd gotten to, Malina. It seems you've made a new friend." Night Star smiled. "It's nice to meet you."

"This is Freeflight; Freeflight, Night Star."

"You must come and meet the rest of the herd," Night Star beemed, taking Freeflight by the arm and dragging her. Malina gave her an appologetic look and followed behind quickly.

Night Star stopped and waved to Rosa who was in her garden; her kids - minus Vox and Aphrodite who were in the small pond next to her - helping her with the gardening.
"Rosa! Malina's come to introduce her friend to us!" She called.

The children turned around and bounded over to Freeflight, all looking up at her with eager eyes; Vox and Aphrodite waved from the pond before going back to what they were doing.
"Hi!" They called in unison.
Rosa tip-toed over and smiled. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Rosa." She shooed the children away. "Don't overwhelm her, children! Go find your father."
They all nodded and ran to find Unity.
"Excuse them, they seem to have forgotten their manners."
Rosa nuzzled Malina and smiled. "Did you enjoy your walk?"
Malina nodded. "I did." She turned to Freeflight. "This is Freeflight; we met at the lake."

Rosa tip toed over to a table and chairs she had set up and sat down. She gestured to the other chairs. "Sit down girls, please." Malina nodded and sat down on Rosa's left, taking a deep breath so she could smell the flowers.

"Has papa been helping you a lot or do I have to teach him a lesson?" Malina asked, chuckling.
"Papa has been helping a lot." Another voice called from behind Malina and she looked up to come face to face with her father.
"Haha, hello."
Unity nuzzled Malina and smiled. "Who is your friend?" He asked.
"Freeflight."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Freeflight. My name is Unity."

Malina noticed Freeflight's awkwardness and shuffled a bit. "Dad, I think you'd better go check on the kids."
"They're fine, Malina." He smiled.
"No, dad, I really think you should go check on them."
Unity got the hint and nodded, trotting off into the house.
"Sorry, he is a little intimidating; I forget sometimes."

"Well, sometimes he intimidates me. He's big." Malina laughed lightly.
Rosa smiled. "You know he's a big softy at heart."
"For you, maybe." Turning to Freeflight, she spoke. "Would you like a tour of the house? Or something to eat?"
