*kobbeh licked her lips as she quickly finished. She didnt notice maion, or anyone else but Apoc. She watched him for a moment as her long tongue moved over her lips quickly. Blood stained her fire printed muzzle, chest and tained her rainbow dragon pattern and small white wings on her feet. Blood ran down the roof top, the remains of the human little more then some fleshy bones, cloth and most of the head. She slowly padded across the roof, glancing across the street to see a few more shadowing figures; she assumed they where her own followers and thought little of it. She stopped for a moment, an unsually familiar sent crossing her nose. Her eyes flicked behind her, but she really had no desire to see who it was, if anyone at all...*

Apoc cast a quick glance in Kobbeh's direction before redirecting it back down towards the street. Just a few more minutes...the right prey would come along eventually..
And it did, though not in the form of a man like Kobbeh had gone after, but rather in the form of a child, just approaching her teens. So foolish of the little one's mom to allow her to walk the dark streets alone, but it was to the tigon's advantage. Apoc's tongue flicked over his lips, the hybrid eager to fill his belly once more. He waited just a moment longer, the little girl stopping just below his rooftop to look at something, before he leaped off and dove straight down at the child. The girl didn't even get a chance to scream before strong jaws had punctured her jugular. In a matter of seconds it was over, the girl dead, and Apoc latching his claws and teeth into the corpse to fly it back up to the rooftop to feed.

Although it seemed the muscular white tigon had been in a trance as he viewed the leader he wished to follow under, he soon snapped from it to look in Tasaaki's direction. He lowered himself respectfully in her direction, but did not respond with such a cheerful greeting. His behavior seemed so much colder than when he had spoke to the young foxen alone. It seemed the chill air, cold snow and gathering of the many other tigons had brought out something from inside the male. Through all of this, however, he did notice her distress. A slightly worried expression decorated his maw for a brief moment, but he could hold the emotion long- he had a growing interest for Kobbeh and wished to greet her personally.
Polaris was still in shock over the entire event and found his disgust for both Kobbeh as well as his brother growing deeper in the pit of his stomach. "Corann?" The name left his mouth in a whisper as he tried to understand what was going on. Was his brother not to follow near his side with the Earth house? Had Corann changed his decision for good? Sadness was overcoming the male and his ears folded back onto his head to express his distress more visibly. It had been quite a long while since the two tigon brothers had spent much time with one another, but Polaris had a solid loyalty to his brother that could be replaced by nothing. Corann's loyalty, on the other hand, seemed to have already vanished.
Broken from his thought, once again, Polaris heard a very familiar voice from nearby. Nearly missing her small, hidden form in the snow, Polaris was surprised to see that Obsidia had made her way to the clearing as well. Before he could offer greeting, he noticed the clear expression on her face - fear. The larger male tigon remembered back to when he had first met the female and how incredibly shy she had been. This entire scene must have been incredibly new to her. Although hunting was not new to Polaris, this savage behavior was something he had never seen from another hybrid. Turning back to face her now, he lowered his maw to hers and spoke quietly, "Obsidia, fear not... you are safe with me." He held a sort of confidence in his voice, but could not keep his tail from curling close beside him.

*Kobbeh watched Apoc with a light smile. If she hadnt been full from the meal she just ate, she would have fought him for his catch too. Her eyes travled back to the street as she noticed people leaving the pup. Some noticed the blood stained ground and the paw prints around the area. Kobbeh mearly grinned as she watched them. She continued to watch them however, her smile growing larger as blood continued to slowly run down the snowy roof; a few drops falling down onto the street below*

Obsidia curled herself into a small, grey ball behind Polaris. His voice seemed so reassuring to her but, If Kobbeh was willing to go after that man and seeemed to show no fear when Daniel and Tunilio stood up for the death of the human, what was stopping her from coming after either Polaris or Herself. She even threatend to eat the ticorns. Ears drooped and eyes wide she scooted closer to Polaris.
Danny watched with pure hatred and disgust apparent on his face. Like Maion he too felt that this as close as you could get to a real act of canniballism. His black tail ended with white whipcords thrashed behind him. His hooves stomped the snow a bit. He was again smacked in the shoulder by Tunilio, scolding at him.
"You mind your place, runt" Tunilio said, face stone cold, no sign of humor anywhere on his grey face down to his blue maw. "Don't you dare try to risk you worthless black a** to save some nameless human. Be thankful that wasn't Raisa." Not that Tunilio would ever use such language but in conditions such as these he knew his brother tended to loose his head and he didn't want that term to become literal. He ignored Danny's obvious glares with another smack of his tail.

K'iamari padded into the area, fairly far away from most of the action; he couldn't see much of what was happening, but he could see that some of the Hybrids were quite distressed, so he was keeping his distance. He lept easily on top of a small wall, folding his paws under him and laying his tail out behind him; hopefully the smell that entered his nostrils, the smell of death, would fade soon.
Feoren snorted, his breath coming out as a light vapor in the cold; he wasn't used to these temperatures, but they weren't very unpleasant. The Superticorn looked around, also sensing some sort of distress, but not smelling what K'ia had. Both Hybrids were close to each other, but where K'ia chose to stay back and see what would happen, Feoren started into the heart of things, toward the pub. He advanced at a slow walk, since there didn't seem to be anything interesting to go toward.

It was a good thing for Apoc that Kobbeh wasn't interested in his kill. The smallish Tigon would have easily given it up to his leader, whom he trusted and looked up to. While angry whispers had once been heard among the group of followers, mainly as they walked the cold lands hungry, Apoc had stood loyal, the young hybrid's faith in his leader unwavering. It had served him well, or so he thought, as here he stood devouring his first meal in a while. Sure it was human flesh, which was't quite as tasty as other meat, but it was something and that's all that mattered.
So focused on his meal, Apoc didn't notice the scents of the other gathering hybrids.....or perhaps he just didn't care.

Polaris was worried that this whole scene could cause a sort of damage with the already sensitive tigoness. Taking a step or two back, carefull not to hurt Obsidia, the large tigon tried to keep incredibly close to her for comfort, "Let us leave this area..." His voice still came out in a whisper, as if he held a certain fear that others would grow upset if they overheard the conversation. Although unspoken, the tigon was angered that Mars had not remained close to his sister. Where was the brute anyhow, he wondered. Naturally, the earth house counsil member would have gladly led the female away, but he awaited a response from her, worried she would be frightened if he stepped too far off.
The small tinix only noticed the larger Tunilio bumping roughly into his darker brother. Slightly confused, Ciara brought herself forward to question the two of them. Afterall, it was nearly Christmas and the two of them would be better off without arguing, "Hey you guys..." her voice purred, a pleased smile on her face. Ciara had managed to keep her spirits up, despite the cold. A thick scarf that was wrapped snugly around her neck helped her quite a bit, "...Wouldn't it be better to smile and enjoy the season?" She continued, oblivious to what had previously been going on.
Layla followed her sister into the town, curious about the area and news about a group of hybrids gathering together. Like the many others that had brought themselves there, she could smell something wrong in the air. It did not take the pink ticorn long to spot the blood stained snow and after following the drips, she spotted both Apoc and Kobbeh over the remains of what looked like a human and younger woman. Sapphire eyes widened in shock as she took multiple steps back. Fear filled her entire body as she wondered why this sort of this would happen so close to the holidays. Had she known her mate was so near, she would have scurried to him for help, but instead she seemed to freeze, her eyes locked on the disgusting scene.

"Layla!" Feoren yelled across the space between them, quickly galloping toward his mate. "There you are..." The Superticorn snuggled close to Layla, nipping her ear affectionatly. "You..okay?" Feoren's eyes widened slightly as he turned his head toward the scene that was causing Layla such distress. The carnage unnerved him, and he swallowed hard, unconsciously settling his chin on top of Layla's head. "Man...That's bad..."

Emerald orbs still very wide, she nodded. She readily began to follow Polaris but not before taking a quick peek at Daniel and Tunilio. Worried that her presence may be missed, she was thinking of running over and saying a small 'hi' and then remain with Polaris. A small violet, tinix began speaking with them. She smiled, they'll be alright without her and she skittered after Polaris.
Danny glared at Tunilio, dang! Again, telling him what to do! He would very much like to slap that blue fuzz off Tunilio's maw. "Hmm?" he snapped out of his angry trance and looked about him for the unfamiliar voice. He could'n't see directly behind him for his bridle kept him uncomfortable close to it. He finally spotted her. "Hello? Uhm, who are you?"
Tunilio kept his brilliant blue viods on the fret of humans gathering around the scene. Ears back and tail thrashing behind him, he violently shook long purple locks from his mug. He barley noticed Ciara, "Who are you talking to?" he asked Danny clearly aggrivated by just the sound of his brother's voice. he followed Danny's gaze to a small darkly colored tinix with brilliant violet wings, "Ciara? Well hello, Merry Christmas! How are you doing?" voice taking a sudden turn from vicious to kindly seeing it wasn't his annoying sibling speaking. "Yes, I should be happy about right now but due to recent events, I guess my mood will be a bit greyer than my pelt."

((Ack! I'm behind!!! *hurries to type reply*))
Tasaaki was snapped out of her reverie with Kobbeh's hunting upon the roofs of the buildings. She felt herself suddenly overwhelmed with fear as she heard Kobbeh's threat at the ticorns, and then noticed that Corann was there, along with her brother Polaris. Confused, she nodded to Hisoka, and jumped down, landing next to Corann. "Corann?" she inquired quietly, wondering what was wrong with him. She was shaking slightly with fear, and couldn't understand why she was so scared. The tigon was so much more bigger than her, and with his odd behavior (yes, she'd noticed that he was more... colder... than before). With the snow, her behavior had led her to show more of her emotions. "Corann...?" she prodded him, trying to get his attention. Not able to contain herself, she felt herself exposed as her fur was dark and long, visible against the snow. She mentally whimpered; she'd never been so scared in her life.
Hisoka watched as Tasaaki stood and nodded to him, then jumped to land next to the big tigon he recognized as Corann, a friend of Tasaaki's. She had told him all about the tigon, but at the moment Corann didn't seem quite so "sincere" and "gentle". The tigon still looked lonely, but with Tasaaki in range... Hisoka felt his fur stand on end. It was Kobbeh. She was... frightening... Moving so that his form was hidden in shadow, he watched the scene, both grossed out and full of fear. Tsuzuki the squirrel was hiding in his fur on his back, shivering. "It's okay, Tsuzuki," he whispered, more to comfort himself than his pet. "We'll be okay..." He was as scared as Tasaaki; although possibly less scared, as he wasn't so exposed as she was.

*shadows of kobbeh's other followers moved across the area. Most stayed within the cover of the shadows, but one could see the occational flash of eyes, claws and teeth as these faceless evil hybrids watched the gathering of humans. Kobbeh knew that soon the word of what happened would spread and armed humans would be coming into the area. She was feeling quite devious tonight, however, and knew that Mayville was far enough out and so sparcely populated that they would be an easy target for her hungry followers. Her eyes flashed a violent green as she watched the humans eagerly; the hybrids in the area would also be a target if they interfeared. Kobbehs newly gained super ablities made her unstable, more violent and spontanious then she used to be, and this was a prime example.*

((*is so extremely far behind*)) A look of malice grew in Kirit's eyes as he watched Apoc and Kobbeh. Human meat, he thought to himself, over and over again. It wasn't very tasty, but the kill was most satisfactory. Humans were smart enough to think about death, realize they were about to die, you could see it in thier eyes. The next target to walk by was a small boy, carrying a wooden toy. All in one swift movement, Kirit swooped down, and silenced the boy with a bite to the neck. He brought the boy up on to the roof again, and watched the life fading from the boy's eyes, his mouth foming the word; Mom.

Layla had been frozen in her spot, eyes locked on the carnage before her, but the sound of Feoren's voice seemed to snap her from the trance in an instant. Turning her head, her eyes filled with hope that he would be nearby; she was glad to see he had come to her and remained close. His warmth was both comforting to her fear and her chilled body. To his question, she only nodded, feeling slightly shakey. She might have expected that the tigons would need fresh meat, but she could never grow used to it, let alone the fact that those tigons were not only eating meat, but humans. Eagerly, she tried to bring the two of them away from the site and onto the path that led through the other shops and buildings. Layla desperately wanted to leave that area, even if her siblings were there.
Polaris nudged her over to the side a bit, much like he might have done with a small hybrid kit. He wanted to make sure she remained clear of the blood spots on the ground and slightly in the middle of the path. If any hybrid chose to jump from a roof, he wanted to see it before it had a chance to get to the two of them. He noticed Layla and her mate had wandered off on the same path he was bringing Obsidia, it was comforting that there would be others there as well. Keeping behind, he let the two ticorns enjoy the company of one another and soon up the path, turned to the opposite fork that seemed nicely lit. Turning beside him to look at Obsidia, he smiled faintly, "Quite a night, eh?"
Ciara giggled a bit, watching the dark ticorn struggle to get a better view of her. Even if he could look behind, he might not notice her due to her very small size. Walking quickly beneath him, she appeared on the other side and sat before him with a grin, "Ciara, both Polaris' and Corann's sister." She seemed to beam with pride when she announced this. Upon hearing Tunilio, she took a short curtsey and giggled once again, "Well, I am fine, Tunilio, but it seems.." and the small hybrid looked around, "..that everyone is in distress? May I ask why?" Behind her was still the remains of Kobbeh's meal and blood littered the ground below the roof stop she still sat atop. Before they could answer however, she had began flapping her lavender wings and brought herself up to where they had been tied, "I am sure you both are very uncomfortable, " With quick use of her paws the two of them were untied.
Corann shifted his gaze from the scene up on the roof tops and looked in Tasaaki's direction. His pupils were dilated completely, much like the eyes of an excited cat stalking it's prey. After a brief moment, they widened slightly more, but not as much as usual. These minor changes in the cat's behavior gave him a much more frightening appearance. Lowering his head, he whispered to her, "...Tasaaki... you should probably go." A hint of kindness could be found in his voice, although it almost sounded like a threat. While his predator instincts had begun kicking in, he could sense something was wrong with everything - including himself. If Kobbeh grew hungry once again, he wanted to be sure the small foxen would not be around. With a deep inhale of the air around him, he quickly finished, "Ciara is just a few feet back with the ticorns... you should leave this place with her.."

Feoren walked beside his mate, quite happy that they were leaving the scene of the carnage. "Let's go somewhere a little more quiet, ne?" He put on a soft smile, although he was still deeply disturbed, and a little scared. The last thing he wanted in the world was his mate unhappy, especially with how all of the other Hybrids were acting. There was more than just the threat of dead humans; there had to be, for everyone to be so disturbed.
K'iamari stood and lept easily off of the wall he had been lying on, turning toward the same road Feoren and Layla were going down. He had seen enough of this, and wanted to go somewhere where he could relax and enjoy the new sensation of snow without having to worry about being attacked or witnessing some other act of destruction.
