IM SO GLAD THAT YOU LIKE IT!!!!!!! because honestly speaking I didn't think it would take off.... I think its really original and interesting, especially the corruption controversy thing with the rich, healthy and well-off people getting all the rations and help THANKS! Though I do see a similarity between this and, I am LegendOH MY CHEESE GRATERS I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!! But not that much. There are more than like 100 people still alive and there arent a bunch of rabid cancerous humanoid vampire werewolf thingies popping out of nowhere trying to eat Will Smith

Name: Jewel Matthews, but she'd prefer if you called her Matty, thank you very much.
Age: Fourteen
Gender: I think we already used the female pronoun once here. You can figure it out.
Occupation: She's a thief, and a clever one at that. Doesn't rob houses, though-- pickpocketing's more her game.
Bio: With her dad dead, courtesy of the epidemic, and her mum mutated into God knows what by those demons-from-hell, Matty fends for herself in the streets, and learns first-hand how to fight off the evil that draws its strength from the darkness. And does a pretty damn good job of it, if she does say so herself.
Personality: Snarky, sarcastic, and full of spunk, Matty distrusts the world and everyone in it. Her personal motto is "Every girl for herself"-- deal with the gender personalization-- and will desert you in a second in a tight spot unless she absolutely trusts and respects you. . . which she doesn't, and probably never will. Pragmatic and resourceful, she acts through some kind of fiery instinct. She is a truly determined person, and will never, ever, EVER, give up as long as there's a drop of life in her.
History (opitonal ): Her parents were British (Londeners to be exact), and since they were her best friends for all of her childhood (the other kids hated her, and she hated them) she picked up a bit of a Cockney lilt, and occasionally uses the same type of slang. Her family was very artsy, her mom being a well-known landscape artist and her dad a prospering musician and poet. That is, until the world turned inside out and caught on fire.
Sidekick: Every girl for HERSELF, remember? A sidekick would just slow this firecracker down. Get with the program.
Picture/ description: Wiry-muscled, sunburned, chapped-lipped, scruffy and wild from living on the streets. Unkempt dirt-brown hair flops into wolfin black eyes. Sallow skin clings to her scrawny yet lithe body, and she in constantly tense and on an edge.

OOOOOH AND BTW since i dont have enough money for a guild ((well i do but im a virtual miser so i dont want to spend it until i have more)) im making a RolePlay thread in the forums. when im done wanna be the first to join? :3
