Story- In Silver City there has been a massive oil spill in the ocean and a nuclear meltdown. This has caused many humans and creatures to be turned into mutants. The demons have come up from hell and in from the forests of this world to take over, and they are starting with Silver City. The demons rip the soles from humans and animals to turn them into creatures which are reffered to as, 'Mutts.' There are many hunters in the city who are hunting down these Mutts and Purebreds. To hunt a Purebred one must have great senses, for these demons can come out in the day time disguised as humans. The Mutts stay inside all day and come out to hunt at night. Only a hunter has the courage to leave the safety of their residence at night. The city has also been stricken with a massive, very contageouse disease. Also, every resident has a food rations card. This tells them how much food and living supplies they may get each week. How much food and supplies a person gets all depends on their rank and what medical condition they are in. For instance, a sick person does not get as much as a healthy person, because they may die at any time. So the military does not care if they get enough to eat or not. The same goes for young children. Rich people get the most rations. Hunters do not get a large amount either, because they are considered scum, even though they are trying to help. It generally goes by this- the weaker or more pore someone is, the less rations they get. Inmates and gangsters also get a lower amount of rations. People must be careful out on the streets because muggers, pick-pockets, or very desperate people may try to steal their ration cards. However, not all purebreds are evil, some have come to Silver City to rebel and help the people in need

Purebreds- The purebreds are demons that were born the way they are. Which means that they were born from a demon mother and demon father. These creatures are able to take on the form of a human during the daytime. But they can not stay out in the sun too long or they will turn back into their true forms. They can rip the soles from a human or animal to turn it into a mutant.

Mutts- The mutts are soley mutants, some mutants are born by one demon parent and another. They can also be humans or creatures that have been turned over. Some mutts are born by parents that are both mutants. These creatures can only come out at night. Some humans and animals were turned into mutts when the meltdown happened

Some breeds of Mutts are......
Chupacabras- Their name litterally translates to, “goat suckers,” these creatures can suck blood through a tube in their throat. They also reak with a terrible stench.
Lockness monsters- These live in the ocean

Everyday life- Humans may come out in the day time but must be back in their houses once the sun goes down. Most people have made steel blinds to stick over their windows and steel locks to keep their doors locked and prevent anyine from entering.

Weapons- There are a few weapons that can kill or harm a Mutt.
Febreeze fabric cleaner- This burns holes into their eyes
Water- This makes them melt
Sunlight- This also makes them melt
Fire- Burns their skin
Gun- Any old gun can kill them
Salt- This makes their bodies shrivel up, which kills them

Special Weapons- Only custome made weapons can kill a purebred
Silver bullets- Kills them
Silver blade- Kills them
Sunlight- They can stay in the sunlight but not for long. If they stay in it too long then they will get ill

I think its really original and interesting, especially the corruption controversy thing with the rich, healthy and well-off people getting all the rations and help

Bio: She feasts on the rich snobs that Find themselves eating while there are many starving, she has become a custom to eating the cruel plentiful and giving their ration cards to the ill families that need it.
Personality: She is silent and seems to not give a care about many things, yet truly deep inside she is very emotional and has a heart that is broken easily by any such thing, though it may not seem that way.
