I'm going to be thinking about this for a while, it's kind of like picking the most attractive woman out of a group of 132 models. I like certain episodes for certain things.

For instance, my favorite season finale was Season 4's. My favorite season premiere was Season 6's. And my favorite episode opening was probably Season 5 episode 2 "Not Cancer" where 4 people starting with a tennis player just drop dead and 13 just walks in to tell the 5th they're about to die.

And I will say this, this House/Cuddy thing is stupid and we need to bring back Stacey.
